IDFC FIRST Bank

I am kunika from West Delhi I have an account in this bank. I opened an account in this bank for 2 or 3 years. I did like their services and interest rates but Now I can this is a worst bank they cannot solve your query I have been complaining here last 2 months over mobile and also went branch but they cut charges on interest without any reason I opened fd and that fd premature date was 20 th sep and 19 th sep they marked that I said close my fd but I did'nt say for closing and none can say that close fd only 1 day before premature date but they are lutera bank they want money from customers without any reason so they cut charges without inform their customers I have never face any problem but they wasted my time so much over call and also in branch. Don't open your bank account in this bank and I will be also close my mom and my account in this bank

Very Bad Experience. Didn't want to do even a little bit of hard work who was sitting at number 3 counter on 24th July 2023. He didn't want to do anything with his hands even though everything is in his hands.

Terrible service, they only speak to u in time of account opening. Then they start screening ur call and never respond. I am not able to close my account even in 6 days as they have incompetent staff

Not good experience
First went to idfc bank loan branch around 4: 15pm for cheque clearance was told to visit district centre branch bank will be opened till 5: 30 once reached got the update bank was closed at 4: 30 need to put the cheque in the drop box.

Very poor experience. All are busy on phone and interested in send back in place of doing work. I going close my account from idfc. They need to learn customer service from kotak bank.
