Customers are waiting for hour's no coffee/ water facility.

Things moves very slowly here.

No one know what's the value of customer.

Very bad experience, I had discussed via call with Raj Sharma from rajendra nagar delhi branch employee regarding PL loan but due to high ROI rate I had denied for loan but without my permission (approval) loan amount disbursed in my account why? Then I had requested to closed this loan but there is no response from Raj Sharma side, after that I went to loan centre navyug market ghaziabad but they also did not give any solution they said that I will have to go to rajendra nagar and no one wants to do the work if the loan will not be closed at the loan centre then where else would they go, after that I called to idfc customer care and they explained the complete solution then I deposited the loan and the loan was closed. This is very bad experience with IDFC Ghaziabad loan centre and rajendra nagar delhi employee Raj Sharma, so need to help to the customers.

What a disaster banking services, for closing a loan they will torture you nothing like anything. Horrible experience with the person Named Dhurva sitting at Pusa Rd branch.

I received a call for personal loan but I denied to take loan because of high percentage etc. After I refuse to take loan "SHE was behaving like street goons". Name & number both are available in screen shots of your employee. Do something for professionalism.

Tooo bad a en experience. They first approved my personal loan. And even the kyc was done. And then did not disbursed the amount in my account for whole month. After repeatedly writing them and calling them again n again they finally send ne a mail that my loan is rejected for no reason. Above all they even issued a safeguard policy in my name against that loan. Such cheap ppl, highly shameless. This bank should be closed by RBI from immediate effect. They are duping ppl in the name of loan. They will approve ur loan but u will never get the money.

IDFC BANK HAS NO CURTSEY TO PROVIDE THE PARKING TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. GUARD REFUSED ENTRY OF MY CAR

Very disappointed by the service and staff attitude they charge us money for their own mistake. They delayed the bank process and then fined penalty

I visited their branch on 14th sep, made the part payment the same day and it still hasn’t got reflected and got adjusted in the principal amount. Ideally it should not take more than 5-10mins for the amount adjustment but still no update. I called customer care multiple times but they open a fresh ticket every time and close the prior ticket. Very very bad experience

One of the worse experience I have seen with bank in my entire life. They are trying to provide me loan for bike for last one month however I have purchased bike and still the finance has not been done till date. I must advice not to adopt this firm

Worst bank experience, they cannot even close the loan account and give the NOC to their customer even after 02 months of taking the full payment from the customer. Every time you visit the branch for NOC they will give you excuses and promise the customer that witho3-4 day’s everything will be closed. Very unprofessional staff and service!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in loan repayment. They keep adding and extracting money through various "bounce charges" and "penal charges", even though they are not valid. On top of that, you have to visit Rajendra Place every time you have to discuss the exchange. Idk why the other branches even exist.

Pathetic experience. I took housing loan from this branch and due to the negligence of the officials not only I lost the option of getting PMAY subsidy but also came to know the officials misplaced few of the confidential documents. I chased alot from the bank over email but even the higher authorities are dead silent.

Kindly go with some reputed bank which not only care for their customers but also provide better services.

Salient features of IDFC first bank employee talking with customers.

1. Shout at customer and talk with a high tone while I am talking softly.
2. Misguided information compared with other banks.
3. Threatening to customer at branch.
4. No support to the customer.
5. Advice to customer that dont 2 to 3 month pay EMI then they will consider settlement.
6. Poor Consultancy.
7. First they offer a waiver but at time of payment they want the full amount.zero commitment towards the customer.
8. There is no sitting space for meetings. You have to discuss all things standing at the gate only. I have experienced this quite wonderful. All the conversation is open to all. No privacy.

I think it is a good quality of an ideal bank or organization.
Take a loan after thinking carefully. Because the interest rate is heavy.but important is behaviour of the staff is not good.

The security guard and also Bank staff both are so not responsive, rude behaviour, poor quality, not professional. The security guard is not cooperative and also staff so rude.

In overall please don't take any loan from Idfc Bank and don't go this place.

Very very bad experience i visit more then 1 year ago for TDS refund and again visit in July-2020 but till the date i have not received any amount or call such a very bad experience and employee are unprofessional they didn't have any update for customer

Worst bank.when they given me loan they said 15 16 persent.now they take 24 per.intrest.now iam not able to oay emi.they start abusing to family.niw they take frim court.

I had also visit this bank for forclosure of my loan then they said the server is down, i think they are not like to foreclosure of the loan.

This idfc bank is fraud bank.i am facing the problems from starting of loan.they dont reply any emails, calls and tweets.very poor and 3rd class system.idfc bank staff also very irrespective. I was visited ghaziabad home loan branch.there is Mr. Ravi singh & Mr. Sandeep Tyagi. He tricked me.my loan account no. 22980011.i have 50 plus called to customer care and emails but not resolve my issues.

Unprofessional approach of Staff and Bank.they say they are virtual bank but in fact they believe in manual working they don't have contact you have to visit physically to loan office and they keep you waiting for 2-3 hrs for trivial issues and more concern about collecting cheques and not able to answer your queries you have to come to their office again.

Bank with worst services possible. Completely mismanaged. Long queues and waiting times with no mode of communication with bank employees. Visited 2 times but the bank server is always down and that is the least of their problems. No proper way of handling customers. We truly understand the problems caused due to pandemic but a good way of passing on the information does help a lot. Misinformed customers will always create ruckus. Few valuable suggestions-

1. Please open more service branches. You provide loan facility from the smallest of the branch but for pre-closure and other emi related services you have only one branch in whole of delhi!

2. It only requires one staff to provide the relevant information to a group of customers at a time and that saves a lot a headache. Relying on your guards for that purpose is not ok. They can mildly assist but never satiate the eager customers.

They don't have professionalism. Their toll free no.never reached, they don't reply on mails. And last but not least cheat on customers.

That is Very high however others bank rate of interest rates are 11.00 % to 11.50

I wrote multiple mails regarding moratorium, but they are not responding. But executive always calls for recovery. For responding mails and calls their staff are not working due to corona. But for recovery they have full active dedicated team.

When I called directly to executive who was supposed to my manager, she denied and said she can't help me. I asked her what can I do she said I can't help you you may call on customer care number, if I could able do that I won't called you madam.

Fraud company.
I already paid emi and send screenshot of my repayment but thereafter i am getting call from recovery department.
And they hack my all conctact details and calling my relatives n using abuse laguage.
Customer care number is also not working, no one is picking my call.

Better to look other options then to regret dealing with there staff and don’t expect any customer service. They can’t be trusted.

This company sucks! The customer representatives and the managers doesn’t know how to behave and talk and they all are very creepy and very mischievous. They don’t know how to talk! They seem to talk like goons irrespective of being a women representative or men both are very manner less! Really a bad company made by goons!

Never apply for any loan with IDFC Capital First Bank. Very unprofessional staff who never communicate you with EMAILs. They hire cheap touts who will keep you calling and calling from different numbers with no identity. Abusive behaviour and they will call your friends and relatives hacking your phone book. BEWARE!

They are totally fraud. I have taken bike loan from Capital First. And I have done bank change request from HDFC bank to ICICI Bank but they change HDFC to HDFC wow huge and after they charged too high bounce charges. I told them you did mistake but they are not listening. Similarly they charged many time bounce charge without any reason. Pathetic service. No support out there. Call center have a team of fraud person they will not listen. And when you visited branch then you can see customer and employee fight. They are not professional. If you want to take 50k loan then you have to give 90k because there charges are higher and they will deduct bounce charges even you have paid the amount. So beware from this grocery shop. It is just a shop and soon you will finish.

One of the worst banks to deal with. These guys have no professionalism. They behave as a recovery agent even if you have been sincere with your payments. The service levels is pathetic to say the least. The employees are not trained in customer service. The bank is basically run by rogue agents. Absolutely pathetic.

BTW I am an HNI customer of this bank and am right now witnessing pathetic service rendered to other customers.
