Ifixz is good for general fixing of problems but they’re not technically sound specially in my case about android tech support & technical issues

Read this before taking any service from ifixz. I am writing this review so others don't fall prey to the ifixz scammers.

I had approached them to replace the broken screen of my samsung galaxy note 9 phone. I didn't know that the display has two components. One is the glass screen and the second is the display itself. While my display was working fine, the glass was shattered. They replaced my screen with an old repaired screen and took my original display with them - they would fix the glass and then sell it again to someone else. I paid the price of a genuine samsung note-9 display which is 15.5K.
Their replaced screen stopped working within a week. I was told at the time of purchase that the new screen has 6 months warranty. However, when I asked them to replace their old and faulty screen, they refused saying I have damaged the screen but there is no physical damage to it. They refused to refund, or return my original screen and stopped taking my calls.
After chasing them and multiple reminders, I had to visit their office in Rohini and after much argument they returned my original screen. They have still not refunded my money.
I am going to take legal action against them and would advise everyone to not take their services. They are scammers who dupe people of their hard earned money by passing old/repaired phone components as new. Be especially wary of Abhishek and Rahul at ifixz. Abhishek poses himself as the manager and Rahul is the customer service person. Both are both scammers.
I am giving them 1-star only because a zero or negative rating is not available.

Never use there service before they will talk so calm and polite. But afterwards they need time samsungm31 screen I replaced within 10 days it's not showing display

Very Poor Service, other Parts got damage while repairing Phone which not resolved till now After repeated calls.
Still Phone is not working Properly.
Still there is no response and update from there side

These people do not respond after they give the first dispay fix. They are again frauds i kept on calling nobidy turned up.

These guys are fraudsters and cheaters. They promised to put a new screen and put a damaged one that too with dust particles inside the screen. Thereafter refused to correct their mistake, saying I should not have made payment to them if the screen was defective.

Very poor response.poor repair quality. Don't repair phones from ifixz totally wastage of money and time.

Very poor quality product they are providing as I got my phone screen repaired before 2 months now it is showing blue dots problem on my screen.ifixz if u r reading this message then please contact me

Poor customers support, poor service, thugs of mobile phones don't waste ur money or time. They repaired ur phone fm karol bagh local boys. They take valuable information from ur phone. Taking huge fees with local repairing. Avoid ifixz. Save ur phone and information

I gave my mobile to a staff, but after getting money not much responded. Not picking my calls. Very bad behaviour.

The technician was very polite. He answered all of my question prior to completing his work. He also told me how I can check the genuineness of the product. The price is fixed and reasonable. I had a very nice experience and personally feel that I will recommend Ifixz to my friends too.

Technician Virendra was very skilled and professional. I am happy to avail the service.
I am a bit unhappy with the way I had to follow up several times over two days for getting my payment receipt.

Virendra was the guy that installed the screen for my phone very polite good service value for money

Pathetic service.literally very pathetic and complete unprofessional guys. Scamsters and fraudsters. Given my phone to repair, they took 9 days and after 9 days delivered dead phone to me. Since 5th day onwards I was having word with them that how is my phone. They said it's not repairable from our side. I said fair enough not a problem u trid, just return my phone as i gave. No body told me that while repaired it got dead. When they delivered then I came to know that it's dead Guys don't even think to go for this company. Complete unprofessional. Zero star from my side.

Fraud company, actually replaced my screen with a first copy and charged for original screen. Don't take their service ever

On time service I got. Fully satisfied from the service.

Very quick and professional service. I got my phone repaired within 24 hours of damage. Mr. Mirza who provided onsite service was very polite and did a great job within no time.

Grt doorstep mobile repairing service n trustworthy. They were very accommodating and helping that too with a very reasonable cost.

I would suggest everyone staying in delhi to use ifixz's service. Their technicians are extra ordinary perfect!
Home inspection and repairing is best from ifixz's!
My iphone 12 pro is repaired by them in low cost as compare to others!
