Pathetic experience. I will never advice any one to take admission in IGNOU. Very rude staff. I have been mailing them to update my assignment marks. I have dropped all the proof from my end, even visited study center. Instead of resolving my grievence they are showing me anger and telling me to visit study center again.

The place is too small and the staff is less cooperative
IGNOU is a prestigious institution and it needs to showcase that in their every beholding place.

Am not getting any notifications, zero information, am soo scared shyd meri back aane vali hai, there is no one who can guide me, atleast mail krke he informe kr dijiye ap students ko.

For any query reached at Window no 1. This center is near by Nairaina vihar Metro Station and You can travel by Rickshaw with 20rs.

My experience was far better than where they previously located. Male staff was quite good but there was one female staff who kind a look rude. Although everything was okay.

Very time called for ignou question but no anyone attend phone and waiting. Iam going ignou but no attended any one friend behavior this too much attitude staff.ignou location old is too good and now location area very heavy distance no any other study this side because very longest.

Center is distance from nearest metro station. They never recieve calls. After admission bo guidelines is provided about what to do. Sometimes Study materials are not provided on time. Application and website is just too difficult to use (no clearity where to go related to students affairs). Mostly old article are there on website. No updates are available even on their website and application. Books never reaches you, you have to go here and there to receive books, but they always say we do not have information.

The staff cleared all my doubts nicely when I visited the centre but the problem is that their phone always remains busy.

Unorganised center, no sitting arrangements for students, takeaway degree system is very inconvenient for students, doesnt cares about their students

बहोत बेकार यहाँ admision कराना staf membar सही नहीं एक काम के लिए कई बार चक्कर लगवाते और वो काम भी नहीं करते हैं email I'd change कराने लिए मैं लगभग 4/5 center में जा कर from submit कर चुका फिर भी अभी तक कोई respons नहीं हैं 5/6 month बस चक्कर लगवा रहे हैं।

मैंने सत्र 2021-22 में बीएससी (विषय बायोकेमिस्ट्री) फर्स्ट ईयर मैं ₹15000 रु देकर नामांकन करवाया था। इसका कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस नारायणा विहार मे है प्रशिक्षण संस्थान भास्कराचार्य कॉलेज, सेक्टर 2 द्वारका में है। अभी तक कोई ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन पढ़ाई शुरू नहीं हुआ है। पढ़ाई कब से शुरू होगी यह पता लगाने गए, भास्कराचार्य कॉलेज, तो पता चला कि बायोकेमिस्ट्री के लिए शिक्षक या शिक्षिकाउपलब्ध नहीं है। अब आप सभी बताएं कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए! मैं तो पढ़ाई से वंचित हूं और रुपैया भी भुगतान कर चुका हूं । कृपया उचित व्यवस्था करवाएं।

Come via the main road. Don't try to come via the short cut that maps show while coming from Delhi Cantt metro.
Your work will be done in slow pace as expected. Staffs are extremely slow, and least bothered.

Very bad experience. The staff doesn't pick calls from students and just keep aside the phones so that they don't have to answer the calls.

Worst place.i am feeling bad after getting admission in ignou. People who is working there have no heart. Govt should shut down this regional centre.

On 11 july i went to regional office dwarka after taking half day leave from my office for a small query and after reached i came to know that its shifted to naraina. No information has been given through mail or sms.

IGNOU University is just for name no Facilities no solution of anyone quary. Students get mad after seeing their results. Its a open learning University.
And recently RC-3 center which was in palam now shifted to narayan. The institution condition is too pathatic. Lack of space. Less staff is there. Never ever visit the institution around 1: 30 to 2: 30 because it's a lunch time.

I do suggest you guys work hard. Otherwise you can get the results.

Contact no.is unable to reach. Dwarka Delhi 3 regional centre which has been shifted to Naraina Vihar is of no use if we are unable to contact regional centre. Before shifting they had provided good service.

Due to no response on mails and calls I reached RC naraina Vihar Delhi, My concern was why 2nd year promoted paper's (TEE June 20) marks not updated to grade card? The man sitting in Counter No. 2 replied that it will be given when you will clear 3rd year, but actually it should be given based on 1st year marks average. Means the officer sitting there had no idea and confusing the students by his lack of knowledge. So I wrote to the VC and other superior officers of IGNOU with all these things with proof and finally got updated my marks.

The management of (IGNOU delhi rc-3) is too bad. I had taken admission in july 2019. I had also submitted my assignments but still now they hadn't updated my marks/ grade card. I was eligible for promotion but still they haven't promoted me and when I visit there (when lockdown was over) they just said wait for some time. But still now they haven't updated also they didn't reply to my calls and emails. My almost 2 years are waste. The worst management. Now what should I do please tell me.

Don't even want to give a single star but have to, the staff don't respond accordingly. Helpline numbers are useless nobody answer the call. No one wants to work but getting paid on time.

Worst centre.so irresponsible people. Never answer the calls. The biggest mistake in my life was to change my regional centre. My previous centre in kerala was simply awesome. So helpful and nice staffs. Never thought IGNOU delhi regional centre will be this bad. Very disappointed

Staffs have very bad behaviour.
They don't even answer to your queries properly.
They ask to collect your books from Rc but when u reach there they will simply deny to give books by saying they don't have your books.
So from where a student should get his/her books?

That Place was gud also location gud but they staff worked very slowly or thay solve your problem

Too much traffic & road are occupied by parking 4 wheeler vehicle. Cleaning is not up to the mark. Presently ग्रन्थालय building used for IGNOU RC -3. RC didn't have storage space for learning materials and all are under the open sky, if weather goes wrong they all wet and start getting decomposed. Query counter didn't have much space for students with social distancing and fill with Boxes & Goni bags. Overall RC under limited space and resources. Students are compromised with COVID-19 guidelines without any personal intension and no hand sanitizer placed near entry point or near entry register point. Overall a education institutions must take care of these things for safety of their staff & students community.

Didn't liked the place at all. No facilities, less supportive team. Didnt like the infrastructure. Windows are also not mentioned

Okay, so they have recently shifted the centre from palam to Naraina. Service is the same, no response on call. So you have to visit the centre if you hve any query. The place is total mess, they are still under the shifting process. In short its the same institution with a different location.

IGNOU regional centre Dwarka has been shifted at Nariyana Vihar, accessible via metro and buses

Due to Covid it has become difficult make enquiries here and there are long queues but fortunately staff is still very helpful although their availability is quite in short supply

Worst experience.as the workers are not intend to work as always they give a time that come after 4 days when we will go to after 4 days then they say aap 2 din bad aaiye please.literally disappointed.

Does it really gonna make a difference by taking our review.if yes then listen.change the staff members asap. I tried to call them n number of times.but no response from anyone. It's the worst service I have seen in my life. I don't know what the hell those people are doing there

Recently there has been COVID 19.

Only 3-4 are allowed to entre the centre at once and there is always que of 50-60 persons outside. So take enough time to get your problem solved.

Well, the toilets in this place is horrible. The computer room has ancient version of PCs which barely works. Some of the office employees r also not polite. They often talk like they r doing a favour for u.

1. The books will not delivered to you if you want to study.
2. The contact details provided for student help desk will not addressed by the staff of I. G. N. O. U/regional centers
3. The communication of IGNOU/Regional center and students is very bad or equal to impossible.i request to not go for I. G. N. O. U
