I just finished my 1st year at IICA, it's a good place to start your basic knowledge on cooking and baking, and a good place to have character development, the chefs are nice and attentive. I joined advance diploma in bakery and patisserie course here at iica. I had a wonderful experience. All chef are very experienced and faculty and staff members are very helpful. Due to Datta sir and Arjun sir we got so many opportunities to work outside the college arena whether its a hotel or restaurant kitchen. I attended women's conclave.such a great opportunity only due to IICA. I really thank the institute for helping me to achieve so many things and making my journey beautiful.

I would like to thank the Italian embassy and IICA (International Institute of Culinary Arts) for giving me the great opportunity to be a part of the Fabolous Gala Dinner during the special Italian cuisine week of the world and the opportunity to work under the guidance of Michelin Star Chef Cristina Bowerman. It was a great learning and a very big way to experience all the functions and new cuisines for the first time.
The Institute makes sure that there is a constant bridge between the Institute and the industry.

The college gave me an opportunity to intern at various hotels. A masterclass by Michelin Star Chef Cristina was quite literally a dream come true. She gave us a very different perspective of cooking gnocchi, and unlike the traditional methods she focussed on experimenting with flavours. It encouraged us to not hesitate in experimenting in the kitchen and it was truly once in a lifetime experience. Very thankful to IICA for giving us this wonderful opportunity.

I am pursuing Advance diploma in culinary arts from IICA. The institute gave me an opportunity to do an additional certificate course affiliated by the Culinary institute of America. It gave me an in-depth knowledge about various food principles and subjects in the culinary world.
I would encourage more students to take up this course as it would turn out to be very helpful for them in the future.

Chef Sumit Gupta and Chef Saurabh Gupta 's systematic explanation and display of Indian Cuisines with an easy understanding of the making made the learning experience all the more exciting and enriching. None of the six different recipies in the time span of 3 hours clashed or conflicted with each other because of the clarity in explanation. Starting from the everyone's favourite Amritsari fish, to chicken seekh, or be it Rara Mutton, Yakhni Pulao, Murgh Methi or ending with the mouth watering dessert Pineaaple Halwa, chefs made it look all simple and inviting. Am looking forward to execute all the above mentioned recipes made by the Chefs in online class held today. Thank you.

I joined IICA, Delhi Campus for a Hobby Chef Bakery Class and My experience at IICA was wonderful.
The Faculty is very well experienced and all the classes are hands on with full supervision of each step. We were also explained the reason and purpose of all ingredients in the recipe.
At the end of the course you will be able to Bake good looking and mouth watering desserts, breads and cakes.

The institute provides a excellent space and environment to learn and explore the world of bakery and cookery. The faculty is very helpful experienced and understanding. I was mentored by chef. Sanjay Sharma who made me learn wonderful dishes and and has amazing skills. One month hobby course at this institute with the faculty and staff was a great experience that i am going to cherish.

Only Chefs from Uttrakand and Delhi are passed with higher marks.
Chefs from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bengal dismiessed after taking full amount of the money 50.000 rupees without any notice. A big Fraud is going on here. Authorities please take action!

The hobby chef class was very enlightening. I learnt lots of new techniques and methods which will help me in the preparation of many other dishes. I will take up many more classes with IICA and not just in bakery but in other cuisine also. The chef taught very well and I could understand everything. IICA is truly professional.

Great institute for building budding chefs right
In the middle of delhi. I have completed my advance diploma in culinary arts in 2020. I have completed my training from Shangri-La eros hotel delhi and olive delhi.currently I am working with the postcard hotel in goa as a commis chef. IICA helped me alot in getting the good basics of the culinary arts and I am glad to move forward to do modern gastronomy because of such good basic education I have recieved from my institute.love iica family always️

IICA is an institute where learning never stops. Today we were taught how to make classical French grilled chicken and Ratatouille. We are encouraged never to waste and hence we made tomato skin powder for garnish. I am thankful to IICA for the the opportunity to learn. Not to forget, IICA has taken preventive measures to keep us safe.

Very supportive. However, for commuting from Metro station to IICA, no e rickshaws are available. Auto would cost you 100 bucks to n fro.
