Worst place to deal with. This is a scam house where you will be harassed in all forms just to get a menial job done. It starts with an endless waiting at their front desk where you will be given a token and the queue will move at snails pace (see pictures) because they only have two executives for attending existing customers, whereas for new customers they have plentyful agents. There is no other way you can expect any redressal, customer care on call is of no help in most of the cases. If you are not aware of their exact location you will find it really difficult to locate them because there is no signage or hoarding to find them from road. No parking for customers not even two wheelers so it is advisable to reach here via public transport. NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH IIFL in your life.

Worst customer support service. There is only one person for customer support. Rest of the staff is just for sales and marketing. Due to which unreasonable long waiting time. If you are planing to visit here, please don't.

Very bad staff,
I visited branch on 06.03.2023, for cancel my home loan, he simply told me that, he sent a mail to concerned person and my loan will cancel within 14 days.
But when i asked for reference no. Or acknowledgment no. Or any other thing for future reference,
He denied that there is no such kind of facility available.
I have no any idea whether, my loan cancellation is in process or not.

Unreasonable long waiting times. Have to visit even for small things which other loan providers can generate online also. Sbi like treatment. Avoid this organization if possible.
