Behaviour of any service I have come across it's Pathetic!
They people said take AMC then only you will get good service. They don't even care about the old customers. Behave like a 'Sarkari Company'. Makes the people wait 2-3 hours at waiting area a even after payment process done. It takes lot of time to get the material out. For them time has no value. If you go there to take any materials they will end the whole day here.

I would say, IIGM focus only on sales part with immediate payment, but when it comes to service, they treat you really badly.

Made big mistake placing trust on them

Bought 25 machines in 1 month, it's been 4 months now out which 1 - 5 thread overlock is not working since day one as it has some part problem, after regular requests to Mr. Vivek sales guy, he gave us the number of Mr. SUDHIR service head, after complaining him about the problem. He is least bothered to help us, worst behaviour of any service head I have come across. I am the owner and the way he was talking, I understood I have made a big mistake of buying machine from them, my rest of the purchase will be surely not from you IIGM.

I would say, IIGM focuses only on Sales with immediate payment, but when it comes to service, they treat you really badly.

With this attitude you will surely loose customers.

Its service industries guy. Dont forget that.
