IIIT Delhi Canteen

Good for the campus. But needs to increase more variety and separation between veg and non- veg section in separate wings.

Its a very awesome canteen, very variety of food is available and is also at a quite reasonable price according to other college canteens. Also the canteen is very well maintained and clean.

Hygienic place with reasonable rates, obviously, but gets too crowded at rush hours due to a single counter but otherwise a great place to hangout and have decent meals.

Extremely disappointed with this place. Firstly no cleanliness at all. The person who serves food does not wear gloves. Sometimes he does but majority of the time it's just a show off. Handles cash, and with the same hand he touches your food. Secondly, there is no barrier between veg and non-veg food. They touch veg and non-veg food with the same hand, maybe prepares them in the same utensils. There are ample amount of people around who are very sensitive with veg and non-veg food. For them this place would be a nightmare. Finally we have to wait at least 30 minutes for our foods to be prepared. Menu is full of unhygienic oily foods like egg roll, chowmein, Aloo Tikki etc.are available, but to eat a parantha we need to wait till 9: 30 pm. Just horrible service at a place like IIIT Delhi. Price is also extremely high compared to other IITs, especially when food options available are almost zero. Disappointed.
