I ordered 3 products from this website on 30th June for the first time, heard many things about their products and expected they would be good to me. The estimated date was 5th July and I got my parcel on 11th July. But packaging was good Like the products they are all genuine. No doubt about the products, only used detan facepack today. Will write again after a month

I absolutely loved the souffle! It gave me instant brightness to my dull looking skin. The texture is everything! So soft and Mousse, very easy to work with. Results are amazing.

The fruity flavours of all the products impressed me a lot. I love using the souffle alot. And the face wash. All the products of ikkai are mild mild and gentle.

Haven't received the order from past one week and there are no updates till now about the order. The worst customer service experience i have ever had. No one is willing to pick up the call and only 1 mobile number is available which is switched off most of the time. I ordered the product as i got good reviews about the product. But this was a huge disappointment. Never ever gonna order from this from now.

First scrub, then souffle and then the mask. Ikkais set really treats your skin well and me who have tried like nearly every skin product is really satisfied with this brand n its products.keep it up

They have really amazing products with beautiful fragrance and cover also.
Products are delivered within time limit, didn't encounter any problem.
Skin felt really good after applying it.
It's quite affordable.

I used the mint mojito Facewash b it's The best in the Market it really helps in fading acne scars. I'm quite happy with the results.

By far this is the very first Korean brand that I am using and I really enjoyed the face souffle. Especially the chocolate flavoutmr has already become my favourite. Very easy to apply and wash off and the creamy texture of the product is what actually made me inclined towards the brand more. Looking forward to use more of their skin care magic pots ahead!

Came across their advertisement in Instagram and found it quite impressive. Received the products today and have already used the Papaya scrub and the orange souffle and fell in love with them. My skin is glowing and has become soft after using it. Loved this new venture of Lotus Herbals.

This is by far one of the best products I've used. The face souffle makes my skin so soft, radiant and glowy. It hydrates the skin as well as takes away all the dirt and gunk from my face. I've used more than 25 face mask and souffles so far and I'm definitely going to use more of it. I'm loving how my skin looks nowadays. Also it is travel friendly and it's very easy to use it. A big thumbs up from my side. I have combination skin and my mother has dry skin, we both are loving it equally. Go for it once and then I'm sure you'll be bound to do the second purchase too.
