Y-Axis is not at all reliable. It is just the waste of money. They viewed my profile, taken money and then also failed to provide me the services they have promised. Very bad service

They are very bad don't go with them they are taking money not doing anything. They took first installment 50000 RS from me for the process of uk and they didn't do anything. Very bad experience. They will show their reel colours after you pay them

The immigration process at Y-Axis is very smooth. Consultant Babitha Mary always assists in case of any doubts, highly proactive and professional. Other Staff members is also very encouraging, they keep me informed in all points in the process and gives prompt response to queries, thanks to Y Axis team.

Y Axis offers Immigration services to several countries based on your qualification, experience, clearances of some test as per the required standards of the country we wish to immigrate. I had a detailed on call session with of their counsellors Ms. Soumya. She explained me the step by step process on how the immigration process starts, the requirements of certain countries and how one needs to prepare for the same. During my interaction, I must have asked more than 20 odd questions which were answered with complete details. Ms. Soumya comes across a counsellor with exceptional knowledge in her domain and during the conversation she acted more like a guide than a representative of an immigration service company. By the end of my conversation, I had complete understanding of the entire immigration process and just to make it easy Y Axis sent across all the relevant information over the email. Not recommended. They show themselves as *very big and powerful* and claim that you can not get your immigration work done without their help as they have powerful links! They just want you to pay them on the first visit and then forget you ever visited them. If you love your hard earned money, look elsewhere.

Guys do not believe on y-axis company who convince you to get your study visa Or tourist visa get done, they won't do anything and would take your money and fool you. As they have done before to many students and clients, they are such greedy people they take money and keeps you waiting for the things. As in my case their one of consultant Ritu kumari misguided me and took money and left the job and my visa was not applied even after 6 months of my constant visits and mails, I never got a reply back. Still my money is with them. So if you are seeking any consultation for the visa do not contact them it's my personal experience and I do have proofs: phone call recordings and whatsApp messages. Instead of contacting them contact someone else who is more trust worthy. I would say that they are fraud and greedy people.

Absolute fraudsters, after your money like greedy pigs from day 1. They gave me wrong information and then pulled money out of me making me whilst not even checking my profile properly.only when i contacted another agent who is currently handling my case that i realized these thugs were leading me in an altogether wrong direction. My advise to anyone pursuing a PR is not to go to these cheats at all. Also, they have been blacklisted multiple times.

I called your toll-free number and asked them to connect me with Delhi center they said we don't have Delhi office number and one lady she said we will not able to provide you the number.they wasted whatmy 15 minutes.is this a good service you guys are providing to customers you don't know how to handle customers.before Imtiaz my case office was Mark Banerjee they both are from Kolkata branch.you are saying in your below comments that I never approached you.ghen who is Mark & Imtiaz. After they got money.there is response and always reasons for extending days.very big Cheaters in the name consultants.agreements and bonds are waste.they r not giving respect even their agreement.

Now, i so confused to read many bad reviews, so kindly help me or advise me, which one is best visa consultant, who can provide PR and safe our money and time?

I will never recommend to go with Y-Axis consultant. Worst experience it was. I am posting review because they are not paying intervention on my issue.
After making fake expectations and promises from Ankita Chanda (Consultant@ first interaction), they are just money catcher people.

The very first step and most important is to get your IELTS record from british counsile, and without this document you are never eligible to process PR, but without even having that document they process your application and takes all consultant fee.
*What if you are not able to clear that exam? Cool, all your money will go waste. *

About ECA report (A step of process), In this process you need a transcript docs from your college/university. Y-Axis would suggest you to get this docs by paying 22k RS. LOLz. But you can get this docs from college/university website easily by paying some 300-400 rs which a university fee. Then why for 22000RS?
Y-Axis will charge you in each process, providing blah-blah services which all are fake.

Taking another example, if in between you are not able to process OR some family issue/misshapen, and you want to quite this process then they are not going to refund a single bucks of yours at any ground. Firm will start ignoring your calls and emails.response a months delay from there.

Event though, If you really want to start application, I would suggest to start application by your self only.there are lots of YT-videos and quora discussion to make it possible. Don't go with Y-Axis ever by paying lacks.

After the initial terrible experience with Y-axis, we got out agent changed after 6 months. Malathi is the current agent and she is very helpful and sends timely communications.

Y-axis office staff are well behaved. Consultant was professional and updated. I got to know many aspects of the process.

I have been swindled by Y Axis as they promised me that I will get calls & a job in Canada. Requested me to wait for 8 months, waited 3 years still no call no job. Youth don't fall in this Trap. Y Axis plz REFUND my 38,988. Y AXIS NO 1 FRAUD COMPANY.

Y-Axis is just a brand with non-sense people sitting at there end who have no idea about the process. They charge a premium amount far more than what other consultants do. Before you pay the money they will be after you and once you pay the money, you will be running after them. The consultants are sitting in Hyderabad and the only way to reach them is via phone. They have hired bunch of English speaking guys who have no idea about the process. Sometimes I feel they have some commission from British Council as well as the only suggestion they give you is keep giving IELTS till you score band 9. Would suggest people to go for any local consultant near to your home rather than a brand like Y-Axis whose only moto is to make money.

Not the smartest of people when it comes to advising on immigration but they are alright. Knowledge levels are okay. Found them honest.

Y-AXIS is an old player in the immigration consultation. They have a very good standing in the industry.

This is the most pathetic consultancy service that I have come across. The Process Associates are not very well versed with the processes and at times they miss out providing you the most crucial information about your own case, for which they might apologise to you later and that also if and only if you escalate the same. At times you have to ask them for the updates on your case as they are not proactive in keeping their clients updated. They might take upto 10-12 days to call you back even if you are an extremely irate and an unsatisfied customer. They need reminders for almost everything. I personally believe that one should either hire some other consultant or probably one can self understand the entire process and shall process the case without any help. It is better than wasting time sending mails and reminders to such unprofessional team.
