I had a great experience working with Team Abhinav. I had applied for Canadian PR via Express Entry and PNP. Big names and big promotions but no results or any help from Abhinav immigration also himanshi shouldn't have taken my case if my score was low I wouldn't have wasted my 80k. Worst ever experience with Abhivav. When they approached us for, they were like were polite till we paid money for visa. They were not worried about the documents and all, all they wanted was money. Only money. When they got money they forgot about visa and all. I had made atleast hundred calls a day but no reply. Manpreet kaur was dealing us and she never used to call. She did not have any knowledge about the documents as well. They took our money and our visa got rejected since the reason and documents both were actualy fuddu…. I would never ever suggest anybody too choose abhinav… i applied visa for my sister sonam… but these people they just want money. And they will give no calls once u pay money…

They will tell you non sense policy rules and give you a lower score in the pre assessment and ask you to go for unfair practices to get the eligibility score. Like getting a fake degree etc. And most importantly they will never show you the proof that this policy exists. Last time my review got removed as I didn’t had enough proof to support this but this time I can give them enough evidence. I am attaching the snapshot of their evaluation and WES result. Which as per them wouldn’t have got evaluated.

Abhinav consultancy doesnt have a competent team to handle visa processing issues. Their information level is very poor and never act proactively even in the case of critical issues. Right from the beginning of evaluation process they misguided us for canada pr by projecting our over ambitious crs score. Even when we were eligible for express entry and pnp nomination they did not file it well in time and kept telling us to increase the ielts score. And we lost 1.5 years in this process and after giving them convincing facts they filed our express entry and then again left us in struggling situation by showing thier inability to file for nova scotia pnp, Saskatchewan pnp, ontario pnp despite of our eligiblity for these provinces. They looted our money, killed our precious time and left us abandoned with no hope for pr. They are illegitimately running the centre at janakpuri and are not registered anywhere and claim that they have direct contacts with canadavisa. They can only serve those people who has already got more then 430 crs score. They are froud.

After paying money, I hardly get any help from anyone. It's only customer who has to take all the follow ups from them. No call, no mail and no guidance in what we can to more to make the process better and one can move out easily. Rude staff and no support from any senior too. Hard earn money wasted and it's Really sad for me.

The service provided by abhinav consultancy is great as well as consultants are very supportive. A consultant (swati) guided me so good while selecting by university and also advised me different ways to pay my tuition fees. However, most of the offices are closed in night but Hemant rai (visa officer) lodged my file in mid night which was very supportive and helpful. I finally got my pr after a yr of approaching Abhinav. Not that my score was low my IELTS score is 8.5. I approached them after I had completed my IELTS, I was confused what to select for wes. They filled the details and I got masters accreditation for my MMS that I had from MUMBAI University. The major drawback with them was the multiple people I had to contact just for this. My CRS score is 473, ensuring we create a correct NOC was a huge task there was too much follow up, I had provided them all my details but there was too much back n forth and too many ppl started to get involved. The other thing that they do is they give u partial information like on a need to know basis, they don’t tell you everything.

Then finally my case agent was Yusra she’s great at her job, very helpful especially when you are stressed and anxious she handled the situation well. Only issue is being able to get it touch with her. If she’s busy n someone else answers the call I’m not sure if they actually inform her of the call. I’m sure she is the most busiest as she’s the best. In the initial stages there was too much follow up that I had to do which was rediclous I’m not sure how many cases they give one agent but they need to get that ratio on point. The worst thing they can do it multiple ppl doing one case. In order to get them to do the job and had to end up posting on there facebook wall, that’s Whn they took me seriously.

My suggestion to them is to ensure a single point of contact for the entire process. I just feel that instead of a yr, max it should have taken 8 months but due to the multiple change in ppl and constant confusion it took this long. They need to be proactive especially when a client has a high score, they need to inform clients of all scenario especially while getting your NOC letters from the company’s. The situation arising then needs to be addressed at the beginning and not at the last min.

They r good bunch of ppl but they need to seriously work on a few things. In order to change my opinion of them I did suggest them to my family to see if they are actually able to handle a difficult situation where their score is way lower then mine. Let’s see how they truly perform. I plan on updating this with their work on the two cases.

Poor service. As soon as they recieve your money. You will be on the pity of your Case handler. They will ignore most of your calls. Better find an alternative or submit your application yourself.
I wont say they are frauds but yes they are greedy people.

My need was to get a Canadian PR and I had a look at even the option of filing it myself without a consultant. However from the feedback i got from friends I realized that although the filing process is pretty straight forward there are a lot of scenarios that effect an individual application leading to rejection and this is where an experienced consultant becomes a necessity. To be frank scouring the internet for a consultant might be a bit futile because not all reviews are accurate (I know if your reading this you are not sure if its authentic or not). However through a couple of networks of mine I came to know that Abhinav consultancy has a good success rate when it comes to Canadian PR approvals. Please bear in mind that when you initiate this process it is a two way process, you cannot just expect that everything will fall in place because you paid for the services. I stress on this point because many people do so and eventually blame everyone else except for themselves when things go down the drain. Always come clean with your consultant about things such as an employment gap, lack of document proof etc because only then can they guide you with the alternatives. There are three people I would like to mention in the post. The first is MS AARTI RANGA who I would say is really well versed with the rules in depth and the only person I have seen capable to circumventing any glitch that I faced during my process. She is a gem of a person Abhinav consulting needs to hold on to her tight she is an asset they have got. MR NAEEM JEVANI is the manager who overseas the business units, a pleasant guy who is always supportive (*He was my first point of contact and since then things have been smooth for me). MS PRANITA SHETTY overseas the customer relationship management division and has always been really prompt in resolving grievances that arise during the process. My final advice would be there are no guarantees but if you utilize the services of the best guys it definitely increases your probability.

Misguidance, Fraud and Deceiving of customers is all that happens here, Once you pay them they will try to put you in illogical processes where you are sure you won't get the visa but they won't let you back off since you paid and they don't wanna return the money even if you don't use their services. Make sure you clear the things with them before starting your process because at the end its not only about money. You are putting your hopes, dreams and trust on a immigration consultant and it will hurt you more than loosing the money.

Call out to Mohit from Abhinav's Delhi Office. I was recommended by my friend who had similar positive experience with the services provided by Abhinav. I was going to apply for a Spouse visa for Australia. I was based out of Sydney and my spouse was in Mumbai. We approached Abhinav's Mumbai office and decided to go with their service. We were assigned Mohit as our Visa Counsellor who was based out of Delhi. At first I was quite concerned because of the location. But Mohit made sure that wasn't problem. He was quite approachable and informative. He de-briefed us with all the necessary documents that were needed. He was quite patient to answer all our queries. Then also gave feedback on any documents which needed to be corrected. The entire process was very streamlined and made easy. Usually the wait time for spouse visa is 12-16 months, but we had ours approved in 2 months.

Very very untrained staff and stupid. They never know about any deal. They doing work only for money. I suggested all the people never trust on Abhinav team especially Harish Rawat very untrained for his work.

My journey for the Australian PR with Abhinav Outsourcing started about 1 year 6 months ago when I signed for their immigration services. Now that I have just been granted the Skilled State Nominated 190 PR visa, it is the best time to write about my entire experience with Abhinav.

As you mentioned that she was not able to clear ILETS, let me tell you that she never appeared for it as she never went for this exams yet. She was not happy with the services rendered against as what was promised. Hence she decided to walk away with this service of yours and you people did not even bothered to return single money of her which she gave to you. Let me tell you the amount Rs. 50000 if you people remember or else if you people maintain records you can go back and check it.so who is at fault is very much clear.
