I invested a fairly large sum in two office properties. These have not paid any real dividends. That is not entirely their fault though I suspect poor management has a role. What bugs me is that their customer service is almost non existent. Despite numerous phone calls - never responded; despite letters emailed to them - acknowledged they are just totally unresponsive. We even visited their office at Mathura Road and were promised a reply. I think I will just have to initiate legal action. Originally they had their office in the main building. Now it is hidden away at the rear of the plot in the basement!

Imperia structure builder's shall be bankrupt in coming days, as they have sold out all projects and taken money from all common man like us but they are not able to complete their ongoing projects as they have wested our hard earned money for their amusement and now they're showing their ugly faces and their officers are not picking up our call nor giving any satisfied replyWe have booked a commercial property in their Cyber H2O projects in Knowledge park5, Greater noida, after passing of 7 years they have not completed their projects not giving suitable returns on our hard earned money.

They are notorious and 420 people and i suggest no one shall invest in their projects and we should file a legal action against such builders whom are destroyed the society.

A- 25 Mohan Estate is a great infrastructure Building and Imperia is located inside the building it's a famous popular company for real estate and related to Building structure.
Nearby metro - Sarita Vihar
Many others company are located inside the building like Amazon, Airtel, ICICI Bank etc.

Fraud, spammer and Cyber criminals, they steal the information from the internet and make calls even on DND numbers

Beware of this Fraud company.
The sales team will be very polite during the sale. Once sale is done, their true Color will emerge.
I invested in virtual space based on assured rental promises.
Upon possession and registration, Imperia is making excuses in name of COVID and has not initiated assured rental even after 1 year. Upon several follow ups, they say that they have a strong legal team.
Do not get trapped in any of their projects.

The developer is quite good in terms of delivery timelines. They are having decent project location either at Yamuna Expressway or at Noida extension even at Gurgaon. They always offer negotiated deal to clientage, my family having one unit in the project and got the possession. Imperia is a good builder.construction quality is good.if you invest in commercial shop.it is good for rental.

Imperia is never committed to customers, they sold virtual space, to me with guaranteed rental. Now it has been over 1.5 years imperia is not giving rental. No one is responding on doing call. Now they are denying that you have unit in imperia, even after registery is done. So, please never ever invest in imperia. No professional and very disappointed behavior.

Cozy place, difficult to find out parking space.

ICICI Bank employees are so generous and gives best service to me. Mohan Cooperative tower, Imperia structures Ltd, Sarita vihar.

Booked a shop in Imperia H2O, World of Taste. TDS Deduction from assuredreturn is not as rules. Form 16A issued by company are wrongful and mismatch from deduction. Mr. Pali and Mr. Kamlendra is not picking the calls as usual and talking rudely and misbehaving to customer. Who is answerable? No Idea. At the time of booking they speak very softly and now speaking rudely.

Dodgy real estate developer. Has stopped paying the return on investment to it's investors for the past 20 months. It's across the board for all it's projects.

They are the worst property dealers and builder.
Do not invest with them.
They have no solution for imperia H2O. Money taken in 2012, no return till date 2019.

Stay away from Imperia, don’t ever think of investing here they will suck your money and cheat you. A company with no credentials and response.

I am waiting for my refund for almost 2 months against my booking in imperia ashiyara but no reply.

This is a fraud group don't ever iinvest in this group. U will repent & ur money will go in fix. I am one of the victim. We have the list of minimum thousand people who are suffering & we have filed a case against Imperia. So pl pl pl don't invest in Imperia.

Another rogue company in real estate business. Imperia Structures has been systematically sucking money from unsuspecting investors with its glossy advertisement and a bunch of insensitive agents, never delivering its promises and commitment. Stay away from this company.

They all are bunch of cheaters and moreover have strong tie ups with politicians and legal. Once you invest with them just forget about your hard earned money. You will never get sny returns and moreover legal process will also not help.

Very versed experience, booked Flat in mirage project in 2014,5 year has been gone, work complied till date only 25%, how can we believe.total feck commitment.

This builder is cheat. Sitting on my money since year 2012 and promised to deliver the project Mirage by 2015 june. However the work started in 2016. In Nov 2016 he took back all my original papers to refund money but til date even after 17 months since taking back original papers money is not refunded. Its more than 64 months since money is lying with him. But his blind eyes an deaf ears cannot see or hear. Infact staff is also crooked and notoriuos. They will keep on telling false.

In short a CHOR BUILDER.
