Few people are coming to get there Gems tested.took me 15 mins only to submit. If you want gem test delivery in 1 day it will cost you 1550 per stone.otherwise in 10 days delivery time 1000 per stone

Recently maina ek bangle igi jaipur sa karai and delhi sa bi dono ki report ma din raat ka farao ha and i must sa in logo ka pass koi jawab nahi aisa kyu hua upar sa ya log bol rahe ha agar aapko trust nahi to aap igi ma aaya kyu i dont think inke pass koi educated people ha jo customer ko acha sa guide kar saka ya unki query solve kar ska must say worst company and monopoly market

People on front desk was fine.but rude when I called them and asked for the status of the test.they asked me to collect same time mentioned on the paper. So I believe customer service is poor

Pathetic customer service. There lunch time is from 1 to 1.30pm. But they exceeded 45 minutes amd back bt 2.15pm. Nobody checks on them? Total Time waste amd worst experience ever.

Price is very high और Normal testing में कम से कम 3 दिन लगते हैं । और fast testing में 2 दिन, इसलिए यह बहुत ही सब्र वाला काम है यहां पर बैठना। क्योंकि वहां पर जगह कम है बैठने के लिए।
घुटन होती है बैठते वक्त और वेट करते वक्त इसलिए मुझे वहां अच्छा नहीं लगा । और जहां ऑफिस है उसके सामने ही टॉयलेट है यह भी एक असली बड़ी मुसीबत है ।
