Recently travelled to Thailand (Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket) on a 8D trip, through Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd, with family. I must say it was extremely pleasant and memorable. Recently booked a hotel stay at Mount Abu with Indian Holidays Pvt.it was a heritage property stay. The pictures in Google showed an amazing property. When we arrived the property was in restoration and we were put in a very badly managed and dirty room. They never advised us of the restoration of the main property. The property we had to stay in was much lower priced if going direct. Indian Holidays dis not want to listen, we had already paid.

Gangesh was really helpful from start to finish. He clarified all of our doubts regarding the Chaardhaam yatra.
Indian Holiday also managed to get us confirmed helicopter tickets to Kedarnath.
Good and comfortable hotel booked for the 9N 10D trip. The itinerary was well planned and organised.

Pathetic services. First they commit something, then they dont give services and ask for extra money. I went with my wife and 6 month old infant baby. Faced a lot of problem.

My experiance with the travel arrangements were great. Driver Umesh was fantastic. The only issue was the time to cover distances between destinations was not realistic and highly underestimated.

We have just currently finished our Rajasthan trip in December 2022. Our experience with the company for the first two days was not pleasant. We were not given a vehicle that could seat 15 passengers anf our luggages, the vehicle was unclean, unhygienic vehicle (pictures attached), we waited for 6 hours without the agent responding to us, no tour guide to help.

On the third day, after putting much pressure the company arranged for a different vehicle, clean and slightly more comfortable but charged us extra
even though they were just replacing the vehicle. We contacted a senior manager from the company and he helped us promptly. This was appreciated from our group.

The rest of the trip was good, good hotels, good drivers and overall good experience. We hope that from the next time onwards things will be better.

The attached pictures were given to us for the first 2 days and after which it was changed.

Pathetic experience with this company. I booked rishikesh-mussorie trip with them. They do not provide the complete information and blame you afterwards. Things like lunch on first day which they agreed in writing, After payment they declined. Amount which they agreed earlier, they raised it at the time of payment. During the trip, Driver did not even go to the agreed places and was constantly nagging. No support during the trip from ihpl representative. If you want to ruin your trip, thn only book from this fraud company.

It was another wonderful short tour after Kerala and Uttarakhand tours undertaken through IHPL. Since beginning of the tour, I, e, from Amritsar Airport, positivity is at high levels because of the previous experience. Both the hotels, I.e, Bobs and Barley at Dharmshala and Bear Valley Resort at Dalhousie are nicely located. The moderately good ambience, service, food was excellent. The staff was courteous. Driver of our car, Raja was well experienced, courteous, punctual and knew the roads and view points very well. Overall it was a fabulous tour. Now, we shall look forward for another short tour by Nov/Dec, thanks to IHPL for such tailormade tours. My special thanks to Reena, for her prompt, couteous, professional and friendly responses, throughout from the planning till completion.

We went on Do Dham yatra to Kedarnath and Badrinath. The trip was organised very well. Good services and cooperative staff.

We were 2 families with a kid and 2 toddlers traveling to Meghalaya for 6 days 7 nights. Overall excellent service in terms of hotels booked, customised itinerary as per our convenience, charges etc. Mr. Chandan from Indian Holidays is amazing when it comes to coordination, guidance and help. He will assure and ensure that the family traveling gets perfect service without any hassles. He made our planning and journey worry free. We had a lovely time and people in Meghalaya are very polite and sweet. Had local delicacies once or twice which was delicious and different. Hotels booked were clean, different kinds and perfect considering not so hifi locations. A very exotic experience for us and we recommend Indian Holidays for your next trip.

The only thing we didn't like during the journey was the drivers (Fulchand and Kutub Ali) alloted since they were lazy, negative, irresponsible, not punctual and not keen to take us anywhere instead they used to give us various excuses so that we do not visit places and they deliberately drove slow so we reach everywhere late. Drivers were brothers which gave them an edge to decide themselves what to say to us to avoid traveling to different sites. Last day as well we asked them to drop us to a nearby place before finally leaving but they left without informing. Due to them we could not visit many places in our itinerary.

Besides roads are very bad between few locations in Meghalaya and hotels do not start breakfast early which also helps in keeping you late for next destination since sunsets by 5pm.

IHPL arranged a custom Madhya Pradesh Spiritual tour for us that included visiting Mahakaleswar and Omkareswar Jyotirlinga temples, in addition to other prominent religious landmarks. Right from the airport pick up on arrival to the drop off during departure, the services provided were outstanding. The driver provided to us was very familiar with the area, knew the right people at the temples to make the visits as easy as possible in spite of the large crowds present at these temples. IHPL was willing to provide transportation at Ujjain for a Bhasma Aarti at 2 AM even though that was not part of the original plan (though for added cost). Ultimately we did not utilize this but we were very happy with the willingness and the prompt response to our requests throughout the three days. The priests that were arranged for us to meet at the temples provided excellent service and were extremely helpful in guiding us throughout. This trip is a memorable one for us and we thank IHPL for the outstanding service. Overall it was a very professional experience for us and we will not hesitate to use IHPL for similar packaged or custom tours.
The only subpar experience was the hotel we stayed at Indore. Though rated to be a 5 star hotel, the facilities and services were at 3 star level at best. The service at the restaurant was bordering poor with the staff not knowing how to handle guests that were expecting a 5 star service. To be fair to IHPL, they offered two choices for the hotel and we picked the one that ending up being subpar.

The hotel selected by Indian Holidays- for stay in Goa was very good and the driver car provided by Indian Holidays for all the days was very kind and cooperative. All in all the trip through Indian Holidays was a pleasant experience with cherishable memories.

We had booked amarnath yatra with indian holidays. Jyoti was assissting us. She. Helped us in all possible ways in ticket bioking and helicopter booking. And hotels.very efficiently.
Our tour was hassel free.driver we got was courteous. Hotels were ohk. Food was also ohk. According to price offered to us.

Recently Indian Holidays arranged a short tour of Kashmir for us. Wonderfully done by their executive Jyoti. Because of a miscommunication from our side, she had to make some last minute changes which she managed to flawlessly.

Excellent experience of Masuri, Jim Corbett, nainital tour. Very well manage tour. Jyoti madam is such a very good coordinate.

I booked a tour package to Mussoorie with them for my anniversary. The agent who managed my trip, Jyoti, was very helpful and always made herself available to answer any and all queries I had. The trip itself was fun, however, the hotel we stayed at was lacking on the service front. The driver assigned to assist us was very accommodating and entertained our requests to sightsee on our way to and from Mussoorie. Overall, the experience was good and I'm looking forward to booking my future trips with IHPL.

Our tour to Arunachal Pradesh along with Kaziraga National Park was organised by Indian Holiday. Hotels provided were of very good quality except the one at Kaziranga Nature Hunt. The rooms were not satisfactory, neither the food was good according to the price. The hotel room at Bomdilla was very small, else everything was fine.
The tempo traveller provided was not at all good, rather it was below expectation. Not at all spacious, neither it had any pushback facility as said. Even AC was not working in hot areas.
The transportation is a very drawback in this hectic tour. We had to suffer a lot, mainly the senior citizens travelling faced a lot of knee problems.
All in all it was a good tour arrangements, keeping few things aside. Food and service provided at other hotels were very good.
Also our tour coordinator, Mr. Chandan Roy was always present at our need. His assistance and coordination was very commendable.
In all, I would give 4/5 for their service provided.

I have been utilizing the services of IHPL, New Delhi for several years. About 10 years back they organized our (self and wife) one week tour of Rajasthan. Then I had been contacting other local tour operators for our annual Bharat Darshan package tours of Karnataka, Kerala, North East etc, and fortunately they were also well arranged as most of the tour operators in India are good. Again I contacted IHPL for a 3 day tour of Statue of Unity/Ahmedabad etc.in the last week of February 2020 and that was also very well arranged by them for excellent hotels and transport. Our recent tour (in the third week of March 2021), which IHPL arranged was a 6 days (5 nights) tour of Ayodhya, Lucknow and Prayagraj (Allahabad) and we were very happy for the hotel stays and transport service starting from pick up at Lucknow airport to drop after completion of the tour. All the terms of payment etc.were settled in the beginning. Their executives are very prompt in clarifying any doubts and giving positive responses. The company insists on full payment before the tour to start and that can be a matter of concern for some people but I never faced any problem for that. They are highly professional.

He managed to cover all the destinations and also managed to help us with some shopping destinations in spite of the limitation of time. The eateries that he took us to were mind blowing. Probably this packaged tour organised by IHPL, to KHAJURAHO, ORCHHA and GWALIOR is the BEST among many such tours we have undertaken so far. If there is a rating, I would definitely give a perfect 10. The planning was superb, included most of the site seeing places and monuments. The hotels booked were really unbelievable and service too was outstanding. I have already told my relatives about this and recommended your company, if they want a Hassel free tour. Special mention about the coordinator Ms Beena Ramola, who took every care to make our stay comfortable. Secondly the person Mr Preet Randhawa who was not only expert in driving, but was quite knowledgeable about the monuments we visited. Totally it was the most satisfactory and comforting tour.

The Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd had organised a private tour of Kerala, for me and my husband, in the first week of February. The tour was very well organised and gave us ample time for sightseeing and relaxing. We covered Kovalam, Trivandrum, Thekkady, Allepey, Munnar and Cochin in 8 days.

The selection of hotels was good except for the Elixir hills, which was far away from the town centre, it was just 12 kms but the winding bad road made the journey tedious and tiresome. Every time we had to travel on that road to go for sightseeing and return before evening as it used to get pitch dark.

The reception at that particular hotel was also not a good experience as they made us wait for half an hour to check in, as the room was not ready even at 4 pm. There was a huge confusion over that and also over cleaning services of the room, the button for automatic request for room cleaning was malfunctioning and the next day we here made to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room.

In contrast to the reception service, the restaurant service was very good, they took extra care of all the guests and enquired about our food preferences and were cordial.

A special mention of the Raviz at Kovalam and The Elephant Court at Thekkady has to be made, both these hotels were amazing with excellent facilities and good restaurant staff, helpful and friendly.

The stay on the boat house was a good experience, the staff was very attentive and the food served for lunch dinner and breakfast was delicious. The only thing that bothered us was the presence of a few cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 in the room, this should have been taken care of before sailing.

Last but not the least, our guide cum driver, Mr Jayraman, who was there with us right from the pick up to the drop at the airport, was very helpful, cordial and friendly. He gave us good information about the places we were visiting and accommodated our wish of taking it slowly.

I would highly recommend the Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd to family and friends for their travelling needs and I too would be interested in going with them for my future holidays.

Best things of trip:
1. Meet and greet at the Airport was good and on time by IHPL.
2. Hotel provided by IHPL was good for the budget and arranged meals on time.
3. Tickets to all the monuments were taken in advance by IHPL, which saved us time.
4. Volvo bus provided by by IHPL was comfortable for the transport.
5. Dhol and tilak welcome ceremony at hotel by IHPL was very much liked by the group.
6. Lok kala mandir visit was very good and liked by the group. Lok kala mandir was the best highlight of the trip.

I am so happy to have had Indian Holiday book our tour in India. They were extremely professional, courteous and were flexible in accomodating and customizing a private tour for my family and relatives. I only had 6 nights in India and wanted to see Delhi, the Taj Mahal, Jaipur as well as Varanasi. I had two groups meeting in Delhi and half having to leave midway through the trip. Indian Holiday planned the itinerary perfectly although we had given them a complex schedule. The drivers were always punctual and the tour guides were knowledgeable. In addition, our main tour contact, Jagdish was fantastic and always accessible at any time of the day to cater to our needs. Two thumbs to everyone! Thanks for creating some great memories. My husband and I went for a 4nights 5 days trip to Rajasthan. It was brilliantly executed by IHPL. Considering we had a few days and quite a lot of locations to cover, it was very well planned.

Indian Holiday organised my trip to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. Right from the start, they have been very professional and organised. They understood what the purpose of my trip to Tawang trip was and the fact that I was travelling solo and accordingly arranged things for me. Sorry for writing the review so lately about IHPL as I was busy with my work and family commitments here in USA. We heart fully thank IHPL company and team members who has helped us to have a wonderful and pleasant touring time around the places in INDIA (Golden Triangle Tour (November 1st - 5th 2018) with atmost generosity.

We loved the Golden Triangle tour with IHPL team and it was one of our best trip we ever had in INDIA. Me and my family enjoyed the Hotel stays, excellent service provided by GUIDES (Asuthosh (Delhi airport pickup person), Prateek (Delhi), Anuradha (Agra), Amerjeet (Driver).

Initially IHPL team provided us Toyota 7 seater mini van but we weren't feeling comfortable getting in and out of the car with elderly people as well with an infant baby. So I have requested IHPL company to arrange a bigger vehicle. Thanks to their quick response and provided us the opportunity to upgrade to a larger vehicle (Tempo Traveller) we really felt comfortable with the seating arrangements and ofcourse our luggages and stroller. We really appreciated for their dedication and care for us. The Volunteers are always in touch with us through whatsapp to make sure we are having a great time without any difficulties in their arrangements and safety.

The hotels provided by IHPL was great. We were happy more than what we had expected. Almost felt like we were in Las Vegas Star hotels.

The only thing we found it hard during the trip is giving tips to the people when we are touring in INDIA. As we are from USA we dont have any idea how much tips we need to give to the people. If IHPL team can guide us or any tourists then it will be a big help. We personally faced tough times in deciding about the tips. We were very confused whether the tips we gave is worth or not. Other than that we had a great time.

Again thank you very much for everyone touring us safely and supportive throughout the trip. Just that we had a busy schedule and having elderly people and an infant baby it was little bit difficult to keep up with the pace touring all the places so we skipped few visiting sites especially in Jaipur. Hope it didn't caused any inconvenience for the guides waiting for us while we are on the tour.

I will refer IHPL to my friends and families whenever they are ready to tour places in INDIA.

It's our first time to travel in India and we booked a 10 days tour to Leh Ladakh with IHPL. Although there are some bad hotels in between (can't really complain much due to limited resources at those areas), but overall still a great experience. Itinerary was well planned out and booking were hassle free.

The trip of us (12 members) from Haridwar to Badrinath then to Rishikesh was awesome, the planning was excellent by IHPL, even it's a limited time of 4 days the journey was comfortable and all the senior citizens in the group enjoyed the trip.
Appreciable events:
1) Reception in Haridwar on time.
2) Provided excellent driver.
3) Good follow up and quick response.
4) Hotels provided were good. (They served dinner in Hotel Tapovan around 11: 30pm even it's closing time).
5) Stopped vehicle where ever nature calls required.

We took the support of ihpl in our tour of Himachal Pradesh. The tour was eleven days, ten nights and it was fantastic! Decent hotels were booked by or agent excluding spring valley resort in dharamshala and out cab driver mr tarsem. He was an chronic alcoholic which became a wet blanket for our trip as his driving was tedious and reckless. He didn't take photos or helped us in any way. The packages are quite good for the tariff and I recommend the operator to take good can drivers in the future.

We stayed in hotel Taj villa in Agra. The hotel was good. Restaurant was excellent.
After the trip in Agra we visited Delhi. In Delhi the Indian holiday private limited arranged a cheap hotel saying it was a 3 star hotel called Aster Inn The hotel was awful and had no cleanliness with insects in the room. The bathroom was very dirty. It has no restaurant in its own. No kettle no teabags were available. After complaining, they arranged another hotel with the same quality. Do not book through this tour package. We lost our money and mood. Please don't book through this tour package there was no value for money.
The driver, Sandeep was very good and efficient arranged by them.

The tour services provided by Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd was wonderful, and my wife and I had a great experience visiting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur (the Golden Triangle) with them. The driver, Mr. Vikram Singh, was very professional and capable of safely navigating the difficult roadways; he was very polite, courteous and friendly. The tour guides were very informative and professional as well, perhaps with the exception of the guide we had in Delhi.

The only part I did not like about the tour itinerary was the scheduling of time for shopping. Most the shopping places we were taken to by the guides were somewhat high pressure venues and we wasted a lot of time with very pushy vendors who often resorted to clever tactics for selling their wares. I think the shopping should be made optional and should not be a mandatory part of the tour; we were told the tour guides were instructed by the company to take us through the selected shops.

We were greatly impressed by the monuments in India. As country with long history, cultural heritage and traditions, India has a lot to offer to the rest of the world. However, we were very disappointed to see very poorly maintained cities and towns surrounding these monuments; especially the areas surrounding Taj Mahal was filthy even without proper drainage and full of peddlers who were constantly following tourists as a nuisance. We hope Indian government or the local governments invest more in improving these areas and present a better image worthy of India's rich heritage. We felt that India can dramatically improve the conditions of these areas if the want to as evidenced by the new highways and building projects promoted by the central government, however, it is very shameful that little or no attention is given to the up keep of the cities and towns were these world class monuments are located.
