I studied patent agent course at IIPTA and have successfully cleared the exam by guidance of Chestha mam. The flow chart, study material and regular practice tests were really helpful.

The way u explained all topics not in section wise but topic wise is really helpful. In that way most of the topics and it's relevant sections, rules has been covered. So, it is easy to remember rather than reading in systematic manner. Practice tests and drafting explanation is incredible. Thank you mam for guiding from the scratch even though I joined late.

The moment I enrolled for online Job Oriented Patent and Trademark course (JOPAT), I enjoyed the way Ms. Cheshta, our Mentor, made us clear all the concepts about the IPRs. We were practically shown how to do prior art search, patent landscaping, taxonomy preparation tasks. She used to be strict in making everyone do home assignments, though tough but without that, a complete understanding would have not been achieved. IIPTA is the only institution I can know of to start a career in IPR field. If not IIPTA I couldn't get placed in IP sector for sure, that too Within the period of 15 days and all of this was possible only because of the lecture, samples and the live session provided during the course, where I can also clear all my doubts. The faculty were very supportive and helpful in every possible manner, even now as I got placed.

They expect candidates to enroll without even a demo. I was contacted by a counselor who spoke to me in a unprofessional manner. They expect us to enroll without any clarifications of the course. They are not even ready to provide a demo or share a recorded session. After posting this review I got a whatsapp message from someone who claims to be the director of the institute and she asked me to remove my review else she will take legal action against me in the mid night. Later she sent me an email and asked me to remove the review else they will contact the HR of the company where I work. They also asked me to send a letter of apology an they continued to send such threatening emails till 1 am. Later I had to spam their email address.

I have done my course last month and Got good opportunity to face some online interviews. I am happy to complete my course because now I am more confident about patents and about the importance of Patent analyst in my industry. Hope I will get a good job soon. Thanks team IIPTA for helping me.

I did the patent analyst job oriented course from IIPTA. This course really gave a kick start to my carrer. Divya and Chesta mam give their 100% to place us. Been a year since I have completed my course. No placement assistance. Do not even care to explain what is taking so long. Now I don't even receive any mail or message from their side. They have no job opportunities for law students and will forward our resumes and profiles for Paralegal for which the company says "You are over-qualified" and will not accept you. Law students should consider twice before enrolling.

I have done the online course through IIPTA and i must say the course is very good. If you do online also it will be easy to understand. And in job point of view they will definitely help you to getting placed for 100% sure. Very nice staffs they constantly provide you more support and they guide you with everything that you need to know about IPR and its a Good way to start your career. I got placed through IIPTA and I'm very thankful.

Very unprofessional & unpleasant atmosphere. They have a tendency to cheat with people.

They fired many employees just in 1-2 months without paying their salary. I am one of them.
They terminate employee without giving prior notice. Then IIPTA doesn't reply any email/call/messages.
When employee goes to office to ask for salary status they fight with that employee and do misbehavior.

Not at all a good place to work. Full of politics and aggressive management practices.

Also, They don't treat their clients impressively after the payment.minus 50 rating

Worst Place to learn skills.

Very good institute for those who want to start their career in field of Intellectual property Rights (IPR). I am mechanical engineer and after graduation I wanted to pursue my career in such field where my knowledge can be effectively utilised, but due to recession and corona pandemic, opportunities are not available up
to the mark in core companies and competition is also high. But when I attended Cheshta Mam's webinar, I came to know about different and promising aspect of IPR career (especially for patents). Initially I was not sure whether or not it's like other institutes who take money and make false promise, but I took decision and enrolled for patent analyst program for mechanical engineers. This was best decision for me.

Complete study material is well designed and in simple language (especially law terms). All my doubts were cleared in cheshta mam's online live classes. After completing course, I got opportunity as patent associate in Brainiac IP solutions, Pune, thanks to IIPTA.

I have done Job oriented Patent Analyst course from IIPTA and it has so much benefited for me. My knowledge of Ipr has increased and I got placement also after 40 days of my training completions. They claim 100% placement and they do. Very helpful and supportive nature of staff and teacher.

I was totally unaware about patents before but I must say it's a great knowledge one should have. I did the online patent analyst training program for 3 months and got placement. The course material was structured well and provided a good knowledge for patent searching, analysis. The faculty were also helpful in clearing doubts whenever I asked. Immediately after completion of training they informed me about vacancies, and I got placed within 1 and half month of completion of training program. Totally legit.

In my view the training course have -
1. Course Material: Basic IPR
2. Value for Money: No, because lots of material can be found almost free at WIPO, and NPTEL.
3. Certification: Yes, but not recognized by any Govt. Organizations like AICTE or MHRD.
4. Placement Assistance: Not responsible

Recommendation: [Not recommended for Engineer’s] Try to do internships in any of the IPR Firm, rather paying this much fee I would suggest go to the NPTEL or WIPO you will get quiet good content about Indian and International patent rights.

This totally incerdible, because i was one of the student of this institute and i did the training and got the placement too. People are there polite for co-ordination. Even i visit the place for more queries and i found out the place i full of hardwork people and good too.

I will also suggest my few friends to take this chance to bright their future.

I am very much thankful to IIPTA who gave me such a platform to Express myself and my capabilities. It is an awesome learning place, thankyou staff for continuous placement support.

I completed my online patent analyst certification and placement test before 2 months ago, but till now the teachers are not feel responsible for grading the assignments. Their placement cell doesn’t do anything at all. Inspite of my many calls and messages they reply that the grading of assingments are in process. But it has been a long time while doing this and always there is only one thing they try to said that the grading of assignments are in process. So I request to the students who want to build their carrier in this field that go for WIPO. WIPO is providing free courses where you get study material and the cost is much less then as IIPTA takes. IIPTA is running an unethical business, they doesn’t feel responsible for their candidates. During admission they appreciates the students more and more and they told that after one week of your completion of course they conduct placement exam (interview). I requested to all the candidates who are going to take admission in future, please be aware of the behavior of IIPTA. They only want to snatch money and nothing more. They won't value our money and hardwork.

When I take admission in IIPTA for a patent analyst programe I come to know that IIPTA is a running a unethical bussiness. I take admission in this course earlier in this year. But the faculties didn't feel responsible to their work. In the starting days their response are good but after that they always ignore my issues and till date my assignments are not graded. During the time of admission the teachers told that if you have any query regarding any topic we will reply you within 24 hrs, but i didn't get any reply even in one week from the faculty members. I urge to the students who are going to take the IIPTA course in upcoming days, please be aware of this, during the time of admission they only appreciate the students and after that they didn't do anything. Please choose another carrier options of IPR and don't go for IIPTA. Invest your money and hardwork in a good hand.

I completed my online patent analyst certification and placement test earlier of this year from IIPTA. The study materials are okay and at the beginning their response was preety good too. But their placement cell didn't do anything at all. Inspite of my number of calls, dropped messages and mails about my candidature & its status, the team didn't feel responsible to revert. Very of late, I learned that HR person Ms. Charu ma'am has left her position and I wonder why she couldn't be more responsible to let people know that it's no more her job (could delegate responsibility). May be her work wasn't valued that much by the organization and so she didn't value its customers. So, I urge people who want to make a career in this field, please go for rather a diploma in IPR law, build network with people who are already working in this field and acing; keep on learning, WIPO is providing free courses where you can get the study materials, even the advanced courses are not that costly as IIPTA is demanding. If it's only about placement and if they are providing it to 2/3 people and not everyone who have enrolled with their hard earned money, then IIPTA is running an unethical business. They are only forwarding the resume which I believe any one can do on their own, no need to pay this big amount. I'm glad that my course fee could contribute to its employee's salary and so atleast they dispatched the certificate to my address. So everyone, please know your value, invest to the right place.

I was looking for a career in the IPR and KPO industry, IIPTA training in IPR helped me to learn about this field. They also actively assisted me very well in job search in this industry and constantly scheduled and informed about job positions in various companies till I landed up in my first job.
