I cannot say about its service because I have never taken its service nor have I ever needed it.
I am giving this rating, seeing the beauty of this building.
Very beautiful building

Non profitable society. This society provides blood to needy people. People donate blood to this society in their branches and blood donation camp organised by this society in all over India. Any healthy person male or female can donate blood. Blood donated by any people can save many people lives।

कोई भी call pick नहीं करता है
बहुत बड़ी समस्या है यह की किसी को कोई जानकारी लेनी हो या किसी प्रकार की सहायता लेनी हो तो इनकी तरफ से फोन नही उठाया जाता! यही हाल सुजान सिंह पार्क वाले red cross के ऑफिस में है!
शर्म आनी चाहिए इन लोगो को जो किसी की फोन उठाकर मदद नहीं कर सकता वो first aid दे कर क्या मदद करेगा

Nice & experienced staff to collect blood. They need to improve the quality of pen kept for filling the donor form.

Very humble and excellent service, staff was very helpful and kind. They attended us within a minute.

It is non profitable society,
For organizing blood donation camp and several others medical related camp.
In war time they are engaged for helping injured soldiers.

I just donated my blood today (12/08/22). My next donation is in November, I'll surely donate it here again.
- Blood Donation Processes here is very simple
- First, you filled in the questionnaire given to you about your medical history and other personal information.
- They took a sample of your blood, a pinch on your finger and tested it immediately to see if you're fit for donation. (Haemoglobin Level)
- Next, Height and Weight Measurement followed by checking the Blood Pressure
- Finally Donation, a blood is drawn from your arm after cleaning the area, it'll take only around 5-8 mins.
- Done, Rest a bit and a juice and biscuit is served to you.

The staff here are very friendly and the timing seems to be flexible (Mentioned in their website). Also they give you a box of Hygiene Kits as Gifts for your contribution. Happy that I'm eligible to donate blood. My 2nd Donation - 19 Years. Let's see how many times I'll be able to donate before I get old.

Truely, commendable job staff doing their.

Every person is set on their respective desk and doing their Job very perfectly and peacefully.

No Hustle, No delay, No time wastage.
Even encouraging peoples to Donate Blood against getting it to save lives.
Senior Staff can be seen Coaching their Juniors very well to get the job done perfectly.

This call centre lady is so rude in delhi headquarters not giving response properly.even not give proper time and widout completing conversation cut phone

We take packed cells every 20 days from Red Cross. For registered thalassemic major patients it is free, with doctor's prescription.

I have donated blood 1st time with IRCS and the experience was super duper awesome
They are very professional and friendly. Also i have received a gift box containing various daily household needs and a Doner card with a validity of 1 Year

Staff is so polite and helpful in nature. Guided us through each and every point of blood donation and other things with a smile on face.

I visited this place to donate blood but it was not maintained hygiene, behaviour of the working satff lackluster attitude, I didn't like their behavior,

Donate blood regularly every 3 months. There is a permanent facility open till 7pm mon-fri. First timers: Fill a form, get tested and donate.

Everyone should visit and to know the volunteer services and help they rendered to the community.

This is National Head Quarter of Red Cross Society, On Second Floor There is Office of Dept. Of Health Research, you can reach this office from Metro or Bus. Central Secretariat Metro Station Gate No 1 and by Bus nearest Bus Stop Is RED CROOS

Next to Central Secretariat metro station. If you feel like donating blood voluntarily, this is one of the best places in Delhi-NCR

Donate your blood to save some one else's life. Its the redcross headquarters. Used to visit regularly to donate.

This building also houses the Office of Chief Director (Statistics) Ministry of Health & Family Welfare

Such a dedicated work force. Always there to help. 30 of us went to donate blood and they were very cooperative.

Outside it looks to be a corporate type institution. Inside it is more like old days govt institution with big rooms but v less staff.

This was one of the most pathetic experience of my life. I reached the place around 11pm and their entire building had no electricity. It took them almost half an hour to fix this. Then, the person at the counter was an extremely ill mannered one. He had no politeness to deal with people. He was humiliating and insulting evryone. He did not know how to behave with women. Shame to have this kind of a worker for a place like redcross.

Indian Red Cross building located on Red Cross Road. It is under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt of India. Here you can also donate your blood. There are 5 offices here.
