This hospital is in vasant kunj. It has good environment for patients. It has so much greenery. Doctors are so good. Also staffs are very friendly and supportive. It provides proper meal to patients. There is a canteen also for patient's attendant.

I felt violated by his frivolous conduct. He pulled my belly and said your pains are due to this - as oppose to understanding that I slipped on many stairs and injured my arm although it is perhaps minor injury but it hurts a lot. He made comparisons of Salman Khan and Ranvir Singh’s body with mine. He didn’t bother to investigate, rather said your arm is absolutely fine.

Most pathetic experience with this hospital. I cam dere with my daughter at 6 am, she was having continues vomiting from last 2 hrs. Nd these people told me to go to fortis hospital or any other hospital for treatment. They said dat dey don't have any pediatrician at that time so they can't see my daughter. So they were not able to treat vomiting in a child in their emergency department. No idea how would they handle anyone with serious injuries. Will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had been there 2.5 years before after my neck whiplash injury during my fitness activities when my symptoms aggravated. After getting my MRI done, they directly told me I had C5-C6 disc buldge and they need to do my neck surgery and get my artificial disc replacement surgery done. I can't recall exact names but I think I was appointed to someone like Dr. Kalidash but another doctor after a long wait like Dr. Jagdish saw me and scared me like I cld even paralyzed if i don't had this neck surgery. He even asked me how much claim i hv in my insurance. Strange. I was so scared that time i was abt to go for operation but thankfully my sister is physiotherapist herself and told me to seek another doctor opinion. After then I visited a neurosurgeon and he saw my mri and said conservative treatment is also possible with medications and rest. After like 1 year, my disc buldge got shriked. Now today I am more than 90% recovered with rest, medications and physio. Though still slight issues but working on them. And even back to doing some fitness activities again. Never expected this kind of experience from such a big Hospital. When I first visited there I was hoping for genuine advice and conservative treatment by them by admitting me into their some phsyio department or something. But they just wanted to operate me just for money. Pure greed. And it's all about business. God knows if i got my neck surgery done that time, my situation could be worse today. Guys I shared my experience here so You all should know these big Hospitals are fooling you to make money and aren't even ashamed to play with ur lives to do so. So if u also happen to visit there and they tell u to get surgery. Please seek 2nd, 3rd or even 4th opinion especially from known doctor if u can. Just don't blindly believe them and save yourself from getting into more worse situations. They are only to loot you i never got even hard copy of MRI from them even like visiting them many times after paying Rs 14000 only for MRI.

Disppointed. Only Money Minded Hospital. All are here to somehow trap you. Even they are very arrogant and rude. Once you admitted in Hospital they will charge for irrelevant tests and nobody is here to answer you. If your recovery chances is 50% then it will be decreased by 10%. If you want better treatment then please try some Good Hospitals.

I consulted Dr. Sumit Singh Khurrana online.he advised me MRI and after report submission, he prescribed me an injection on message but he refused to write that injection on prescription which I found very unprofessional and rude behaviour. I would never consult any doctor of ISIC from now and will recommend everyone not to visit isic. Doctors are very rude, He literally yelled at me when I asked him to write the injection on prescription

My grandfather was brought in for emergency. Got diagnosed with spinal infection. Even though there was low availability of rooms, the administration specially prioritised his admission to start the treatment. Special thanks to Mr. Gaurav in the admin dept.

Hospital is good neat and clean but "Dr HS Chabbra" is very impatient, rude and sarcastic. I Came all the way from Jaipur for treatment but he didn't want to listen anything. Docs should at least listen to patients, We pay 1900/- rs for just a consultation of 5 min that too we were not allowed to explain our problem.

We were referred to this hospital by ECSH (Army Hospital) and we are happy that they referred us here. Hospital staff treated us very well. Doctors were so nice and kind without any attitude they treated my mother, my mom is good now with God's Grace and she wants me to give this hospital 5 star out of 5 nice hospital would recommend it to all.

My Mother was admitted here for treatment and it's like more of a fish market where every human dept want to chew money from you if ur lucky if u have medical insurance rest God bless in name of treatment. Dr are good but line n chargers are high.

Dr. B MOHAPATRA examined my mother there. He suggested for surgery. So we went to other spinal specialist also but they all also suggested for surgery. So we went again to Dr. Mohapatra and asked him all the procedure, pros and cons before going for surgery. We were satisfied and decided for surgery. In all this steps and time Hospital Staff MR. PRINCE SRIVASTAVA. He was very helpfull and guided us and helped us in all the paper work, because of him all the work was transparent.
Dr. B. Mohapatra and Team, Hospital staff (Prince Srivastava), Nursing Staff, they all made my mothers surgery safe and successfull. Now my mother is so happy that she can walk, sit without any pain.

Good experienced doctors for spine surgery, my father got operated his spine here only from Dr. Gururaj M. And he was very much satisfied with the Doctor's treatment. The services of hospital was also good

Not satisfied. Most of the tests/scans not available here. Mr Gaurav, Add. Administrative officer is also not familiar to the patient. If you request him to write about the test that is not done here, they refuse to do so. I'm also not satisfied with the reply of Dr. Arun sharma, neuro surgeon regarding post operative effect.

Disgusting customer care staff, I had an enquiry but without listening me they disconnecting my phone, it happens many time, I had dialled just right now.

Typical gov hospital service! No one to complaint to in the hospital, filled with goons. Took 7.5 hours in ultra sound. Senior doctors not available. The whole hospitals is being operated by ward boys who are useless in taking of the customers. Any day you'll come here theyll be fights happening! Its pretty cheap here but the money you'll spent here is not at all worth! If you doubt my review please test it yourself!

No professionalism. Scheduled an online consultation for my grandmother, sent all the reports. They called impromptu without prior info.first the assistant said the legs arent working so we have to get surgery done.explained properly to him how legs were working, the issue was with spine (clearly shows they didnt check the report. Dr H. S chabra called, again without prior intimation.said assistant told him legs arent working, explained again to him they were working. He said you have to then come visit. Why the hell do you have online consultation when you have to ask to come visit only

I am very grateful to Dr Pushkar Chawla (orthopaedic) and his team specially Dr. Aditya, Dr. Rashmi,
Dr. Sandeep, Bihoshi wale doctor and his team. The full team is very polite cooperative and caring. A big thanks to Dr. Aditya who has given me primary treatment at the day of emergency. Thank you thank you so much for giving me that confidence that one day or the other I can walk on my legs.

I called the hospital, they told that consultation cannot be booked on phone, but you can come for walk in consultation. We called twice and they told the same.so finally we went there and registered for consultation. Waited there for 2 hours and got to know patients who have booked on phone are being added in between and i have no clue about it.after waiting for 2 hrs, now they told that we have to wait for 2.5 hrs more.
So if I have to consult someone, I have to wait for more than 4-5 hrs there and also I cannot book my consultation beforehand also.
Very bad experience.not at all expected this kind of behaviour there.finally I asked them to refund my money as I cannot wait this long.they told some amount will not be refunded, but why.
Firstly I should not be made to wait for so long
And secondly they should have told about the waiting period before making OPD slip

Today, 26 Oct 21 Dr. Pushkar Chawla diligently examined the left ankle fracture status of my son Vaibhav. His polite treatment and assurance instilled confidence in me that the recovery shall be swift and smooth. I convey the doctor my sincere heartfelt regards.

The experience with the Doctor Gururaj was very bad. He doesn't know how to treat a patient and if he is talking to women, he should show some respect. He doesn't know about politeness, care. Doctor's job is to listen the patient and treat accordingly, however, when someone explain about the problem he says are you a doctor. I think people should not visit him at all.

Dr H S Chhabra, Dr Ankur Nanda and Dr Pushpinder are 3 doctors I can vouch for. They are very good doctors.

Very bad behaviour of security guard in ICU unit. He rudely talked for reporting to Doctor. There was plate which mention "no one allowed inside". Nurse was cooperative and allowed one person with patient. Later on this nonsense guard was stick on this plate and told that "no one allowed inside". How injured patient can be admitted in ICU and details be elaborated to Doctor without going inside ICU.

If someone wants to waste money and time, they can meet with Dr. Gururaj in spinal injury. The most arrogant doctor I have seen.

Bad hospital with Doctor, I had bad experience with Dr. Gururaj. I dont know, how he become a doctor. He even bother to know about patient problems. If patient is tells their problem he get irritate. I dont think, i will recommended any patient to this hospital and this paticular doctor. This was my personal and worst experience.

I had severe joint pain with swollen knee joints and Doctors had advised knees replacement as the only solution left for my problem. Before deciding to go for my knee replacement by chance I was suggested by a friend to consult Mr V P Singh, Marma Therapist. He suggested a few simple exercises to me and to my utmost surprise within 15 days my
knee swelling vanished completely and gradually my knees also started opening up. Now after one month I have started even sitting cross leg at the ground with complete ease which was unthinkable before.

This hospital specialties for spinal injuries and have other treatments too, but take too much time on the reception in documentation to visit the Doctor

Worst hospital ever. Male and female nurses are very polite and kind but the doctors and the other hospital people the worst. They all think to khao paisa logo ka.

So It happened that you do the X-ray and they ask you to take the report in the next day. Next day you experience a rude behavior from ward boys as well as from the technicians …! It seemed a Government hospital but charging 14k for MRI and 1.65K for a normal X-ray …! I totally feel disgusted to see the behavior of people working here. I would strongly recommend Max Hospital or Fortis Hospital for being very welcoming and nice to patients. Here even a patient has to run for report collection multiple times …! I am attaching a screenshot of a patient waiting from 30 minutes when her x-ray was done a day before and she has come for the third time in the same day, then I thought I am not the only one who is sailing in this same boat

It's a pathetic institution with no professionalism at all. Doctors and staff equally are indifferent towards pateint and family/attendant. Visited the facility during covid times and found it to be a total "kala pani" where patient once gone inside, no one in the outside world will know what is happening to him. Doctor's don't like to talk to patients attendant about their health and progress. There's no way telephonically or electronically that you can access patients condition. All they provide is 4-5 vitals like pulse rate, spo2 level, temp etc which is wrong and fabricated. When the patient is on 5l oxygen support, the hospital records it as "room air"

Hi everyone today I have wasted 7000 in Indian spinal Injuries center at opd of Dr HS chabhra in this covid time I have severe back pain I had been their today at 11 am and paid for hs chabhra dr opd 1900 rs he even not seen me for a minute he's junior doctor who is just practicing has checked me and recommended for another paid service that is for 5000 MRI and suggested me medicines after waiting for 5 hours at hospital for dr h s chabhra he's gone and his junior told me u r normal go to your home and take medicines guys I request you to please don't go to this hospital ND don't waste your hard-earned money these guys are only money making machines they don't know about the pain u r in so I give big 0 and not recommend them to any one

Worst ophtha doctor (wont name due to ethical issues) —-as I am also a Doctor but I will go to consumer court and will complain about him and will ask for refund…. At any cost.

Went with watering eye problem, and the doctor after listening to 2-3 minutes and wrting everything referred me to higher center saying we dont have anything here, even refraction he asked me to get done from outside (what the hell).

I paid OPD charges just to listen that I have to take consultation from better doctor at outside hospital (Seriously?).

This hospital is Best place for Spinal and Joints related issues. Dr H S Chabbra is just an another face of GOD. No words for him in my dictionary. All medical facilities and other amenities are inside the compound. I pray to almighty to shower its choicest greetings upon this hospital.

Staff is so nice and soft spoken.treatment and doctors both are good. I was there for 4 days.after my spine surgery.according to me services is good.

Poor service.had to wait for half an hour at reception.they do not have pen to fill form.charging 1500 for registration and consultantation. & they give excuse "pen nahi hah mere pass kya Kari". Experience with doctor is even worse.came for second opinion, doctor not allowed to speak us a single word.flooded us with lot of other test & gives no reply for our queries.its clear case of theft with your content.will never visit or recommend any one.

Before 3.5 years my father lumbar spine surgery done by Dr. Vikas he was operate two times for spine surgery and spine cord completely damage by the Dr.vikas now it is convert in a permanent injury for my father given by Dr vikas.he is spoil my father life.my father lower back body does not work and senseless, the urine pot and stool uncontrolled lower back body does not work after surgery.before surgery my father one leg have low sens and low movable.he tell us that spine nerves has pressure.for removing pressure he suggest us lumbar spine surgery.he operate L1,2,3,4,5 and give a permanent injury.really my experience is very bad.i suggest dont operate spine any type of surgery Doctors does not tell us loss of surgery at the time of operation.it can be seen after surgery Dr vikas also miss guide us

They leave patients alone in hallway, drinking water tastes awful like its coming from the drainage. The place is too noisy and affects the patients.the chairs for the patients are uncomfortable and give in to an unpleasant stay. Not a strict environment, visitors stay for as long as they want, time is till 7 yet they let us stay till 8pm. Treatments however are done well, the patient with me has recovered quickly after his 1 week stay in icu 2.

Hospital, Dr, and all staff is quite good. But so many things to be improve like.

1. Food stuff are quite expensive and no near by pure veg food available. U hv to go around 5 km.
2. Rest Room for staying is not having enough space.
3. For ICU patient it's free otherwise it's cost is 200 per day and without blanket.
4. Other than ICU patient doormatry is chargeable for rs. 20 and u have to make efforts for space like Jagah Roko. Also no any bed, blanket are available here.
5. Near by Jain Dharmshala's are available within 5-6 km and there are pure veg food is also available.

Very bad experience with the staff. The chief administrative and the assistant were rude and bad behaviour. Yes the doctor I went to see, was very satisfactory with staff. The hospital is very expensive, secondly di not get to meet the senior doctors after treatment. The emergency resident doctors are rude. It was such a frustrating experience didn't know where and who to ask. The doctors write unnecessary procedures and tests that not needed. Seems like a huge network of vacuuming patients out of their money within less than 12 hours, almost like a 2 lakhs. Where are people who cannot afford medical help suppose to go. I am heartbroken.

All the environment changed. A lot of positive vibes and the treatment though a tad bit expensive is worth it.

Please do not consult with Dr. Deepak Raina. The consultation with him caused my condition worst. He is impatient with rude behavior.

My mother got double knee transplant by Dr. Pradeep Sharma at ISIC.
- Surgeon took out time to explain options and details to the patient and patient's family.
- Hospital staff (Nurses, ward attendants, physiotherapist, dietitian) is courteous and professional.
- Hospital facility is spic and span.
- Administrator Dr. Vinay Yadav runs it like a fine tuned machinery.

I was operated here for Spine Injury (C4, C5 and C6 injury) by Dr. H. S. Chabbra. Had quadraplesis but, recovered well under their treatment. Now, I am able to live a normal life with some precautions. Great staff, great attitude of all and doctors really specializes in their domains.
