Staff is very rude and non sense.no etiquettes.bad behaviour.security guard se nurse staff ka work krwa rhe h. Dr nidhi.kajal Ankita at emergency desk are very ridiculous.

Infrastructure is so good but staff members are not so what we will do with infrastructure. Let me share why? My father's condition is so bad he is having chicken pox from three days he did not take anything, he is shivering as well so I took him hospital with my mother had hope that atleast they will inject glucose so he can be able to feel good but when doctor see my father they scold guard why you took this kind of patient he is having chicken pox so they ask him to leave without any treatment. Now I just wanna know that- Is chicken pox is more dangerous or corona? So they refuse to do treatment literally now him condition even more worst if something will happen I'm gonna sue on those doctors

Worst hospital ever, very long process, all staff just busy in eating drinking tea and gossips. Very rude behaviour. They just try to send patient to different hospital. Not any senior is taking any action on it, that's why this is the environment of this hospital

I would give 0 star … staff behaviour is very rude and they don’t care about patients at all. Delhi government should take strict action and they should have made some rules for there staff members also so that they fear about there jobs when they behave unethical to some patients

All the things are disgusting expect the hospital building.orthopaedic doctor is excellent like they don’t have manner how to talk and how to check maybe a small clinic doctor has more knowledge than the ortho doctor

Worst hospital i ever seen before emergency staff was nice but OPD staff is very bad my brothers collar bone was broken doctors said to some compounders to hold that with a bandage and said come after 30 days and given some calcium medicine after 30days they said it is ok now you can go so we did the x ray from outside it was still broken and they do not even care about it. If you want to die with pain you can go there.

Both the Gaync in room number 5 are careless and not responsible, they ignore your problem, and they don't examine the patient, until unless someone's their relative. Ridiculous

Gynaecologist don't take patience seriously. She just love her phone. Talk on mob while handling patients. There is no complaint number. Pathetic. They got their salary on time that's why they don't treat patients in good way. Ruining government asset and name.

The facilities are good for people, Doctors are friendly, they might act rude sometimes because of some arrogant patients. It is very clean. But there are several scans and other treatment like root canal for tooth that don't occur here. Be nice to doctors and they will treat you in a friendly manner.

I went up and down two to three times for a report, even then I did not get the report, someone sent it to someone, someone sent it to someone else, then after getting worried, a patient told that if you take their name, I will give the report, and I went there many times. When he went back and took the name, he presented the report to me from there.
And why didn't you tell me your name before speaking?
Whatever happened, it was a matter of great shame.

Some staff members and doctor are behaved very rudely and I'll mannered way, but somehow hospital is very clean and tidy

This's a government hospital but really good. It's really clean. The treatment is also good. I recommend it to you all.

Today I went to the hospital because I have typhoid and despite my condition being bad, the doctor refused to treat me saying that he will treat me only when my platelet count comes down.rip doctor
