Best Hospital to visit, good staff, good environment, Helping nature of doctors, I had a great experience with Dr. Saurabh (Opthalmologist), Very friendly nature, My eyes were perfect in 10 days after he gave me the treatment! Very satisfied with Hospitality!

I visited hospital for my eye problem. Dr. Saurabh had nicely attended and treated very well. He is well experienced Dr.in Nazafgarh. Now I am fit with his treatment.

Very rude management staff and as well as Doctor! They do not care if there is any emergency or not they just do care about money! Ek hi baat thi " parchi katwa lo" emergency k naam p paiso ko priority di!
Do not visit in any kind of emergency!

They do not care if it's an emergency or not, they only care about the their fees! Even after calling and having conversation with management staff they did not give a clear answer if the doctor was there or not. They were more concerned about their "parchi" /slip. Even after highlighting the issue their attitude was so bad! They should treat emergency situations as an actual EMERGENCY. A doctor should be down to earth and not roam around like goof ball in his own hospital.
Never going this hospital ever again!

Best hospital in Najafgarh, Dr. Kavita (Gyna) is very experienced. My two children's are borned in this hospital by normal delivery. All staff is very helpful. Again thanks to all.

Worst hospital u will ever see.doctors don't know how to talk to patients.washrooms are stinking.government hospitals are far more better

बहुत ही बेकार स्टाफ पिछले 1 साल के दौरान करीब 95% डिलीवरी यहां सी सेक्शन के द्वारा करवाई गई हैं डॉक्टर लास्ट टाइम में पेशेंट को डराकर सी सेक्शन की तरफ प्रोत्साहित करते हैं इन जैसे संस्थान केवल अपने पैसे को देखते हैं ना कि पेशेंट की बीमारी को कृपया ऐसे अस्पतालों से दूर रहें जितना हो सके उतना सरकारी अस्पताल की तरफ ध्यान दें, राय मैं अपने पर्सनल एक्सपीरियंस से दे रहा हूं केवल gynae के लिए आदर डिपार्टमेंट के लिए मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं

SB badiya tha Mera brother ab thik hai doc staff nurse nai ache se dhayan rakha time PR khana dawa sb mili mujhe kisi bhi tarah se koi preshni nhi uthani padi sb se badh mere bhai ka treatment bhut ache se hua thanku doctor and staff

My mother treatment here she is now fine all doctor staff very coprative hospital neat and clean

Indus valley hospital having great facility and specially Kavita Ma'am and their staff is very nice, soft with nature and very comman sanse to brief the patient from my view. Also reception staff namely Priyanka is very soft behaviour with visitors and also very helpful.

Worst hospital in najafagrh, I was admitted in this hospital for just normal stomach pain. But they admitted me into the ICU to make money and to the insurance company they were not able to explain that what is the need of ICU in just stomach pain. So, it took more than 24hours just to approve the claim from insurance company side as the case was looking doubtful to them.
On the top of that they took 2500rs as room rent for those 24 hours in which i was waiting for the claim approval. Interestingly, one doctor here confirmed me that i wont need to pay a single penny for room rent for those 24hrs. But in last they took it. And when i said that your doctor said not to pay.the owner (Dr. Saurabh) of hospital replied carelessly that then took the money from that doctor. Means he was okay with the mismanagement under his nose. Anyways i have very disturbed experience over there better to go in government hospital.

"Doctor" Saurabh Karalia, the opthalmologist is an extremely rude man to say the least. That baldy thinks the world of him and is extremely frustrated, probably from all the times he must have been bullied in college. He was extremely rude to my really old grandmother who had some issues in her eye and when i asked him questions about the diagnosis he had made regarding her condition, his response was abysmal and acted as if we hadn't paid his fee or something. He was lucly that he was in his clinic otherwise his bald head would have remembered my slap for the rest of his lifetime. The hospital really needs to look into what this man is doing to their image and probably take some action against him and if not put him through a sensitisation programme as to teach him how to behave.

Pathetic hospital, worst staff. Doctors and nurse, they don’t know how to talk and behave with patients. They will never tell you and provide the line of treatment of the patients. Just for normal infection, doctors were insisting us to move the patients to ICU. Fake and false line of treatment was mentioned in the file. I won’t give even one star to this hospital and will going to complain about this hospital to Delhi health ministry

They alway carried worst attitude.
Even your narcissist doctors team don’t listen the patients.
It’s my feedback & suggestion please hire some responsible team & trained them on regular intervals.
