I visited with a bit of prejudiced mind about shops in nehru place.but this was a pleasant surprise.provided me with a quick solution with better technology and at a very reasonable price (to solve the same problem, authorised person had asked for twice the money and four times more time.a trustworthy guy with good sense of customer care.i am sure I have found a better solution for all my software/hardware related problems. Thanks a lot.

This company is fraud. Please don't waste your time and money on this.

Typical Dacoits! They apparently charged me 1500 for doing nothing. My ASUS R558UR had an issue with its HDD connector and they said they'll repair the connecting board and asked 1500 would be the total expense i agreed on that. My laptop wasn't detecting harddrive randomly and sata port 0 was totally missing. The guy asked me to leave the laptop and come after 2-3 hours to which i agin agreed when i came back the laptop was working bit after several checks the isuue started popping again. The guy did some sort of issues and blamed me for changing the settings in BIOS. I said if had done something in bios there shouldn't be any change on hardware behaviour but he keep on arguing and atlast he some how managed to boot into the sytem and handed over the system to me and said now check its working. It was late and i had to rush back to my home i checked the system it was lagging but working so closed the lid paid 1500 and came back home. The very next day sytem crashed and the whole issue resurfaced i called him up he said " Aap le aana hum dekh lenge " i went one day around 3 pm and the guy said keep the laptop and come after 2 hours i daid ok when i came back at 5 he sid abhi ni hoga aap laptop chhod jao. (i asked him ki aapne kia kya hai then he started misbehaving he said kya badla hai he said components badle hain i aksed kounse then he didn't had any answer for that) I didn't wanted the laptop to leave there overnight so i decided to come on another day. Now the guy sid aapki hard-drive kharab hai humne sector remove kar die hain aap le ja sakte hain but its not reliable and adviced to buy a new harddrive. After 2 days the sytem crashed again and similar issue surfaced. I decided to buy a new harddrive and replace it on my own i have good experience with hardware handling (i was the one eho initially told him about the connecting board issue and went therw in search of a replacement board) i bought the HDD and for some days it was all good until i wasn't carrying ot along the day i carried in my laptop the issue resurfaced again even with new HDD when i opened the laptop again i found that nothing was done on the HDD board it was untouched only issue it had is loose connection b/w motheboard and hdd board as the connectors have certain age and they start misbehaving after it.
I have well documented prooves of their misconducts and i am willing to drag them to court.

Most pathetic service.gave 1500 and didnt get proper service.the owner is ill mannered, very rude and doesnt know how to talk

Ill mannered man who calls himself owner.they even give a choice of not giving proper bills.overall pathetic service.will never recommend anyone
