We are at the end of week 1 of our two-week itinerary and we are really enjoying it so far.
Our driver Khan is an expert at his job and knows exactly where to take us, and drives around like a pro in this crazy Indian traffic.
He told us everything about the 3 items necessary to be a good driver here: the break, the horn and luck
The only slightly down side is the choice of restaurants made by the agency. Very touristy so a bit more pricy than what you can find here, and not very authentic.

I booked my trip with this agency.
Hopefully Hari wasy assigned driver for most of the trip, he knows everything about his country and he's very reliable. I highly recommend him

The agency helped me book a south India tour with flights, train tickets and drivers as I was struggling with websites not accepting international cards. Raj gives from Delhi a very responsive service 24/7 and repaired mistakes or oversights, mainly from their partner in the south. I just recommend to have always internet to be able to call in case of need and to take time to think about the contract. (inclusions/exclusions? Etc.) Thanks Raj!

! Warning to travellers!

You mate have been taken here by a tuktuk or searched on the internet. This place is extremely fraudulent and I would like to warn all fellow travellers to avoid it at all cost.

They will tell me not to look at the reviews as they are fake, but they are not! They wanted to charge me 8000 dollars promising five star hotels etc when I could book the same hotels for 1/3 of the price.

Be warned, many people has fallen to this scam. If you are desperate then negotiate! You can get the price to at least half of what they are saying.

Mind it the hotels they offer are not great, they are five star just because they have the facilities. Use online booking platform instead to have an ease of min and DO READ THE REVIEWS! Especially the ones written by foreign travellers.

Be careful of ‘friendly’ strangers in the street. They guide you here for ‘free tourist information’. However nothing more than a scam. They do not like being told no to their offers and can become aggressive and pushy.

We booked trip to varanasi by train and then to Rajasthan by car, hospitality was excellent and driver and hotels were very good and reaso nble price.

My Mom and I booked a two-week trip here. We visited Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Agra, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Ooty, and Munnar; with drivers, guides, and flights all organized beautifully. The pricing for each element was explained and reasonable. We felt supported every step of the way. Would wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Just don't go there or you will loose money.
The official one is just 50m away & they don't charge any money.

They are scammers, they will try selling you over priced tickets. They are not affiliated by the govt. Or anywhere related to govt. Tourist agency. They are fake, they will try to make you believe they are real.don't fall for it.

It’s one of those places taking advantage of tourists who haven’t got their bearings yet - tuk tuk drivers get paid to take tourists here saying it’s an official place. Then they will sell you a package deal booking train tickets and hotels but will massively over charge you. Try to get your money back and contact your bank. (And don’t beat yourself up - easy to get fooled!)
