Pathetic experience, poor service, stale Food, unprofessional management and careless behaviour. Highly unrecommended, highly overhyped, wastage of money even if you have coupons or any offer or deal. Please don’t go there. I request you please don’t Go there.

Went to the Linkin Park tribute yesterday. The band and ambiance was great but the bar is terribly overpriced and serves very mediocre drinks. Shortchanging us on alcohol content in cocktails too.

My experience here was good. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the mocktails were great. Also, Kamal Negi was a great host and everything made us feel comfortable and fun!

The place is very comfortable and aesthetic one. If anyone wants to do party with your friends or family this is the perfect place to.

Unnecessarily expensive with very less food portion, very bad selection of music (DJ), we tried to have fun but still it was quite boring and their music starts after 11 pm before 11 they have live music. Though their staff is nice and service was good but still my overall experience was not good.

Added vat @25% on the bill with 10% service charge and GST 5%, this is fraud as I have take beer pints only and food. They gave hukka too on higher rates of 1500₹.

Great food, great comfy cozy ambience. Had a great time, had lunch buffet here.

They have one number everywhere to contact them, and no one ever picks it up. They also don't reply on instagram, it's been a week since i have put my query in their DMs. It's virtually impossible to contact them about events and reservations.

We had a get to gather of around 70 people with pre booking but get the worst experience I have ever in my life.

1. The way sales person pressurised us to have this get together in informal no where matches with the service you provided. And it’s a shame.

2. The bartender had no manners on how to say no politely. He was straightforward no to the guest without understanding the package.

3. Main course was below average.

4. The space which was supposed to be mine kept on reducing with time.

5. Need to improve at every service.

6. Feeling totally cheated.

7. No professionalism and behaviour of the service boys were also below average.

The list goes on.

8. Just want to tell don't plan big gathering.

9. Don't make full payment.

10. No body care after full payment is perfect example here.

I will never recommend informal and its chain in future to any one.

Worst experience, no professional, worst place, they won't listen to ur, he ignores you request, he will play his favourite songs, mad owner, and unexpectedly worst service.

They have been charging service tax over and above GST and VAT. As per the law it is not supposed to paid by the customer after GST has been applied.

Worst service, waiter don't even listen to you, worst management, we have to take drink and food from the counter itself and they take service charge. Waiter sitting on the counter din know about our order.

Recently been to informal on a ladies night. There wasn't much crowd. The restraunts music and lights gave it beautiful atmosphere.
We had red sauce pasta and paneer tikka. Both tastes good but the portion size is too less as compared to how much they are charging for.
They served us two complimentary cocktails per person on ladies night and they even allow you to make your own cocktails.

One of the most pathetic place, they disrespect people who go there. Will not recommend anyone to go there again. They stalk you from up to bottom before letting you go in, if felt little absurd.

Management needs to train their staff on how to treat customers.

Great place. They have different bands performing on different days of week. Great place to just chill with friends and enjoy the live music with ambience. There's a waiting always at this place so make sure you grab your tables great cafe for Birthday party' ️ ️️️️️️️️️️

The food tasted yum and cocktails were refreshing. Visited with friends and the place was great. The restaurant is situated amidst nature and it was beautiful very personal team specials thanks to karan and hes team.

Honestly not worth the hype! Food is literally a 1/5. Over-priced and the quantity is not upto the mark. For me its dumping your money. There a lot of better Options out there you can try. Ambience was good but paying a hefty amount just for the sake of Ambience is not worth the shot.

The Ambience was great.
The platter that I was tried was amazing and it is a must try for all the people willing to give their taste buds an experience worth remembering.
It is a great place for a small group and you can click amazing pictures here as well to keep your gram satistfied.

Overall experience was assum staff was courteous and chef varun was very professional in terms of customer choice and preferance he just prepared what I actually wanted and it was yummy can't forget the taste.kudos to the team.
Will surely visit again and will definitely recommend to my loved once.

The food and the service is really bad.had to wait for a drink for 20 minute plus even after reminding twice.snacks were served without plates or cutlery and had to wait for another ten minutes for that, and the food was cold by then.the spread on the menu is very limited and the taste, preparation or authenticity of the dishes is really pathetic.will never come back again and would not recommend the place to anyone

I'd like to mention especially about warm service by one of their staff members Ms. Irene. She genuinely knows what hospitality means.

It's a nice place to hang out with friends on weekends. Good music and ambience. Sometimes they play live music. Situated near CP makes it a convenient location and is also accessible with public transport. Nearest metro station is Janpath Metro Station. Visit with your friends or family.

Ambience is good. I personally loved the Live show and the service but the food is average.
I ordered Veggie Pizza, Alfredo pasta, Spring rolls, Veg dim sums and Virgin Mojito.
Out of these Pizza and pasta was good rest were average.

Nice place for parties n get together but too expensive than any other places out there. We got single mojito @500 bucks+taxes and expensive hookahs.

A decent joint for a good evening drink and relaxation. Good food, excellent service and good ambience. Good for spending time alone or in company. Lighting is perfect. Entrance could be cleaner.

If you forget any stuff on your own, the staff here will not give you your stuff. Here and your stuff will stole it. If back even then it will return a lot of lots of goods.

Went there for lunch. They gave wine in contrary to request for a sweet white wine. Since the wine I wanted was not there, they suggested another red wine but it was not what I was looking for. Food taste is amazing. Thats the one thing which will make re-visit. Even service is not upto the mark

My favorite weekend hangout place. Love the music- specially Swaraveda band. Food is really nice.

I went to this restaurant/lounge with two of my clients on a weekday. What a rip of this place is.

We ordered a Hookah, 2 pints of beer, a vegetarian platter and a virgin mojito. My total bill came out to be Rs 5,400. I was shocked because the quality of food was much below average. Everything (hardly four pieces each of 4 items) were cold and non edible.

I have seen quite good ratings and reviews for this place but personally I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’d rather spend the same amount or even less at other locations such as Tamasha, etc which not only provide better food, services but also a much better location.

Didn't like the place at all as the food in buffet was not that good and had very limited menu. Also, the music at this place is way too loud for those who want to have a break from the rush and noise of Delhi.

One of my friends took me there, I was completely unaware about the place.as I don’t booz and smoke I just wanted a place where I could sit peacefully and eat properly but then when I entered in I found the place very loud and smokey.
The lights were very dim, and the ambience was average. When I had a look at the menu i found it very expensive. We were five people and after ordering 4 meals we still had a nice amount of space in our stomach. We weren’t filled apparently where the bill was pretty High that is INR2500.
I ordered white sauce pasta which was the worst pasta I ever had I mean we could not even eat that thing after ordering.
Things were not into places and staff was not that good too.
That was not a good experience for me but there were DJ who was playing nice songs and I enjoyed the music which was one positive thing.

Whilst I understand that mistakes happen with the best of us, what is absolutely unacceptable is the blatantly boorish behavior. No one is really looking for handouts or crumbs! And NO one waits till 'After 5 PM' for lunch and a 'complimentary dessert'. To make matters worse incompetent CS reps from Zomato possessing little or no authority to attempt a resolution insist on wasting time on the phone regurgitating a staid blame game medley wherein as per 'HER VERSION' the fault lay entirely with Informal Cp Informal By Imperfecto. I went there for my frnd birthday. Very nice ambience.i will give 9 out of 10.it is in 2 floors.indoor and outdoor seating both are available.live music was very refreshing.but its a bit loud.i was literally speaking in my friends ears.but on the other hand loud music also creates mood to dance.
About food- i don't much like it. Quantity was not sufficient.and according to quantity it is expensive.taste was also not that good.
Abt service- service was good.i asked them a complimentary dish bcoz my frnd had a birthday so they offered free fire shots to all 7 of us.which is good.
We dance a lot there.

A very nice pub and dining place, parking is not a problem, situated in centre of delhi, easy to find and packs a punch in terms of food quality and quantity, we went on Christmas and it was as obvious very crowded, service was good considering the crowd they were catering to, loved the shahi platter and baked nachos, even pizza was fine. Overall a great experience, reserving one star for next visit so that i can experience it on a non festive day. Ambience and music was really good!

The first time I went there it was great. So I thought I'd go back. Second trip wasnt so good. The waiter was too busy dancing around to be attentive to the guests. The music was crazy loud so I couldn't talk to the people i was with. The food was ok. I think it has potential to be great. But this time it just wasn't.

A place with good ambience and for those who would like to hangout in live music and dance a bit. The place is quite expensive but you can get buffet at affordable prices. Food items for vegetarians in buffet are quite less and not worth it. Veg and non-veg is not cleanly separated. Limited items in starters and no soft drinks are included in the buffet. Music is quite loud making it difficult to communicate. It is quite beautifully decorated. It is walking distance from janpath in CP.

This place is mostly open in night only. Good place to hangout with friends. There is everything good but there is less space for dance.

Every once in a while you come across a place which is dreamy and seems straight out of wonderland. Well, informal by Imperfecto is one such place. It was on my bucket list for very long, and I finally had the chance to visit the place. And man, was I surprised! A beautiful and heavenly place indeed. I'm extremely fascinated with fairy lights and beautiful lighting and ambience. And this place has it all. Moreover the ambience, the lighting, the space, the DJ, lively music, very cooperative waiter, swift service. Nothing to complain about actually! You want beautiful looking pictures and amazing food then this is the place to be.

So coming to food without further ado; I finally ordered after much contemplation and consideration #Chicken Malai Tikka, #Dahi kebab, #BBQ chicken pizza with peppers, #Oreo shake, and #Mango shake.
The dishes and the beverages started coming pretty swiftly one after another. The presentation was fantastic, inspiring my appetite to even greater deal. The taste was equally good, really delicious. I won't say the best for any of them, since I have had better for every dish at different place. But still, they were all quite tasty. The chutney provided alongside really brought out the flavours.

Clicked a few pictures of the ambience and the lighting to my heart's content after the meal was done. A special mention; I enjoyed the music which had a very good mix of Hindi, English and Punjabi. Pricing is slightly on the expensive side but then so are all the dine out places in CP and Janpath.

A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE from my end. Food is great even if not the best. Remaining everything is best out there for a fine dining experience.

This place is simply epic, its a place where one should go the live band is epic but you must give them direction on what type of songs you like for better service, the DJ was lit the best dj ever#impressive

WORST SERVICE EVER! We went here for lunch and we informed them that we had Zomato Gold. Later while billing they did not add the coupon and literally FOUGHT with us to pay the whole amount even though we had the Zomato Gold. Even the manager did not comply and was extremely unfriendly. Unprofessional staff and the worst place to be. Customers service should be their first priority. They spoke very very rudely. Would never go back here.

This is one of my favorite place to hang out with friends. Food is really good. Love dahi ke sholley served here. Fish was awesome.

Friday night is recommended if you're in CP. Live music is really good which you can enjoy with shisha.

Also this place can be visited during the day time for office lunch/ team lunch. Staff is very polite and serivce is really good

Horrible tasteless snacks. Never expected such deteriorated quality from haldiram. This outlet doesnt match any of standards of haldiram outlets elsewhere. All snacks have in excess of spices n Asafetida making them virtually non consumable. Total wastage of money. This outlet should be avoided.

Low quality liquor and beer. Very poor and short service of food. I would say its staff is very cheap in terms of mentality and customer handling. ExcuseMe boss or there are other options which are economic and much better than informal. When we asked for a bill they provided us it as typed in word instead of gstin bill. After a lot of argument a valid gstin bill was generated. We will never prefer this for party.

As it's name imperfect don't ever go here price is too high no good service. Too high rates and bad service better to go headquarters rather going here worst ever experience ever. Staff having too high attitude and tey think themselves on the seventh sky. No live music nothing else.

Loud Bollywood music, the food is above average - what you pay vs what you get is surely not worth the second visit. There are far better places in CP.

Nice food with awesome ambience. A must go place on your weekend with your pals or your girlfriend/boyfriend. The karaoke night or call it the live music is equally awesome. The band is brilliant and the environment is very lively during the play.
