I am middle class woman maine inke bhorse mere 34 person bheje to inhone Abhi Tak uska Payment clear hi nhi kiya in bacho ka main payment kaha se du. Cl kiya to uthate nahi Tum tumhara dekho aaise language use krte hain. Plz Inka koi bhi event mat karo.

Activity krne ke liye jo log gaye the o paise mang rahin hain aur review pahele bhi diya to inohne koi dhyan nahi diya. Innovatiew compny ko yahi kehna hain main bahut presurize aa Raha hain main midlle class woman hu main on bando ka payment kaha se karu main pressurize hoke sucide kruungi innovatiew company aur mujhe work dene vale prithviraj prajapti in ke nam lekar sucide krungi. Aap ko request hain ke mere dakhl lo nahi to anjam bhugdo.

BPO is far better than this company due to better pay & time balance.

Salary not pay on time in events Vendor name Praveen he takes 2 months to clear my payment.very worst experience.

They have good govt clients, have served for CCTV surveillance, frisking process and network of trained word force. Good services.

There sanitization solution was godsent during the first few months of the pandemic. Exam venues were prepared well in advance. Will work with them again.

My last company had biometric solutions from them, quite comfortable and quick. Their IT support is good.

This company seems nothing short of a pathetic call centre engaged in fraudulent business activities and looting clients by projecting as an IT infrastructure and solutions provider. Do not opt for any of their offerings as the same are not just substandard but ridiculously inferior and lowest grade. A bunch of unqualified, self obsessed and self proclaimed intellectuals lacking sound decision making & judgemental ability have been appointed at senior positions who themselves are unaware of the market scenario as well as their client expectations and preferences pretends to be incredibly intelligent while being ignorant of the fact that they appear to be absolutely foolish and highly incompetent. Jokers!

I went for interview in this company for project coordinator. HR process is very bad. Even employees review was very bad when i asked from other coordinators.

Good place to work. Opportunities are pretty great for career growth. The work culture is very professional and supportive.

Provides peace of mind. Great place to work.  Great training programs for the freshers. Management is helpfull.

I attended an interview here few days back. The company infrastructure is quite good and positive. The HR and the people who took my interview were very professional and humble. The best thing is they don't take much time to share feedback like most of the companies do.

I have been working at Innovatiew full-time for more than a year. So far my journey have been excellent. Awesome work-life balance. Training and development opportunities are great.

I gave 5 rounds of interview & spend my whole day it is not good after taking whole day not even single call back when i called hr she said will update but not updated.

Ridiculous interview process. The HR team (shakshi & senior HR) are highly unprofessional. I have been called for manager round after clearing up initial assignment submission round, on saturday. And, when I appeared for discussion, the HR took introduction round (lasted for 5 minutes) and asked me to go back and wait for next assignment to be mailed. Also, he informed that I will have to travel again, maybe twice or thrice, for more discussions. Seriously? This is how you treat your candidates knowing the fact that they are travelling for 4-5 hours just to attend interview. In this world of digitalization, where you guys are leading? You couldn't arange telephonic rounds, not even skype calls, and when I appeared for face-to-face, you considered it as a joke. And, next day you mailed me that you can't proceed with my candidature, you shortlisted my write-up though? No feedback, no manager round, and you made me travel for 5 hours for absolutely nothing!

Amiable and discipline environment, coordination is between with all the department. Flexible working conditions are provided.

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS AMAZING, HR DEPARTMENT IS EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY AND SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES ARE THEIR IN THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, HERE THE CORPORATE JOURNEY IS FULL OF EXPOSURE.

I got interview with Innovatiview last year and I liked their interview process and hoapitality. The recruiter was so healthful (Rohit Kochar), he May be interior process so smooth.

Great place to be. Superiors are very much approachable. Product line and vast platform to learn and grow.

Pathetic experience since working there from last 10 months, guys all the reviews that has been posted with 5 star here is from their own employee who are working like slaves, if you gonna join this company get ready for live life like a school there is some policies which are applicable on those peoples who are executive, policies are not applicable for the managers or " chamcha" type peoples. They have been transferred me in the different process after the completion of 6 months, the work they assigned me is calling which is so different from my last work profile. Now come up to the facilities they are providing " there is no fixed working hours, I have been worked for 13-14 hrs for day and if you are denied to work they ask for your resignation or they will issue you the PIP (u can say PIP as firing after giving you the 1 months notice) at last word I want to say that the company totally spoils your last profile and there is no other company working like them.

Good environment and well furnished office, hospitality is also good.
Every staff of company is supportive.

I like to share my personal experience with innovatiview company recently I have been called for an interview for the roll of Project manager in Operations from there HR (Which don't look like an HR Rohit) I cleared my all 3 rounds in first day (written +3 round of HR) and then one thing everybody just asked for vendor creation and bargening, there is no body to talk about their work and HR said but they are impressed by my profile and i need to meet there head for last round as he is not here now bcoz of some tragedy so I need to come some other day. And then I asked them about the schedule then The so called HR called Rohit not responding my calls and texts and then he called me back and said OK I will arrange your discussion with Head or Founder after that I gave an interview again with the same procedure written then HR still not got a sufficient feedback then they called me third day for a discussion with somebody called head of the company. Therefore I gave 2 written and 8 round of HR (is this a joke) but he and his careless attitude continues behaviour is like playing with your time and after that they ignore your calls What the rubbish was that and then I by my self said I do not wanna work with an organisastion who is so unprofessional.
Really guys u need to raise ur bar and don't go for that
And please any one who is going for project manager or operation manager do not take this company and specially HR name Rohit seriously they will waste your time.
