INOX Janak Place West Mall

Screen and sound quality is good, but few things
The seats are in bad shape,
Leg space is extremely less

But yes if it is just a matter of watching one movie, it is not a bad place

The inox movie experience was good. But the snacks service was not even average. We were told the snacks ll be delivered to our seats once the movie begins. The fellow at the counter did jot down our screen and seat numbers. But 1 hour into the night show and noone with our coke and snacks turned up. When my husband went to ask, they were packing it and said they ll bring it to our seats. Still there was no sight of anyone for 15-20 minutes. They had delivered it to someone in some other screen, we found out on going n asking. They brought us our snacks finally near intermission minus any apology for the delay and confusion. My first bad experience with inox.

Nice sound and seating, only bad thing was offer shows outside for food, was not available in actual there.

Good service at this movie hall. Cleanliness is on point. Mcd and pizza hut is nearby even more outlets are there around this hall.

Nice experience, prices are fine and seats are absolutely comfortable i would say. The staff was super friendly and yes ambience was great. No need to worry about parking as district centre offers paid parking in its outskirts and it's nearest metro station is janakpuri west which is just 3mins walking distance from District centre. Must visit with family and friends and enjoy cinema!

The place was not crowdy at all
You can only spot 2_4 people around in movie theatre there were only 11 people theatre seats were not that comfortable as they were making noise 3/5 for the seats.
But the service was good snacks were not that much expensive and the ticket price was fair enough I'll give 4/5 to ambiance of environment place was also clean and they were taking care of the covid guidelines

The seats are of substandards.when you are paying 150-200 for a movie you atleast expect to have good seats. This is very basic.

Hi it's Good cinemas for family there is good environment and there is not big cinematic pictures to short. All things of here excellent

So officially you need to surrender your mobile number to them, along with your name for them to spam you with messages, who knows for what all they can use your data, p.s- people without smart phone are not obliged to watch movies as they send tickets only through them (they say bcoz its the best way to stop Corona), meanwhile only god know whether they even clean the premise after a show, the seats were so unclean and seems were not even dusted for a fortnight.
Avoid going there with a family, even if you go remember to wash your hands and stay safe, id possible take a shower as soon as you go home.

Place situated in between a market place, that's a shopping complex. And really looks shaddy from behind but it looks really appreciable when u enter inside.

Very dirty and poorly maintained surroundings, there used to be one open air theatre for plays and drama right in front of Inox, but now place is in ruins. Authorities are not at all interested in maintenance of place. Waste of place

Ok place. Inox has got good washrooms but they have to work on seats and it's maintenance. The broken seats are left broken. Parking is also an issue at this place.

Great place to see movies.they should really change their screens though the 3D quality could be better.

Based on the area, i think its overpriced. Really don't feel like going there to watch movies. I prefer janak place cinepolis for watching movies. Neat and clean. Plus you get a food court.

Pocket friendly, good if you are getting seats anywhere this is the place. Worst part is the hall stinks chairs available are not at all comfortable. Special instructions for couples A STRICT MO NO. CAN ENJOY MAC DONALD'S INSTEAD JUST BELOW.

Seating area have become worse Since Inox has taken over.seats are broken.bad smell all around.just had to go there bcoz of the timings.otherwise would never prefer this place to watch movies.

Good sound quality and seating. The prices are almost at par with other cinemas and service is good. The washrooms are clean. It is located at District Centre.so it is easy to reach by metro (Janakpuri West station). There is also enough parking space if you commute by own car. Also there are a lot of eating and shopping outlets/resturant/ showrooms. The place attracts a trendy crowd.

Great Hall sitting is much comfortable and relaxing type. Situated in janakpuri district centre. Good picture and sound quality. Ambience decorations is just too good. Tickets prices are affordable and. Good service provided here

It's one of the oldest cinema hall I have been coming to, now it has lost it's sheen and is always overcrowded. Still a good place to visit.

Pls pls. Do something about cleanliness.around. Heartbreaking however the pic hall is quite satisfying.

Great place to hangout with friends, you can have dinner afterwards from lots of eatries outside which are well within budget.

Ambience is cool. You find lot of local eatry and craft shops. But not good with respect to cleanliness

Great place to watch movie, but it's a pretty big hassle to keep your bags and stuff if you accidentally made a plan after your work or class. They should facilitate a storage facility, make it chargeable but atleast add one

Thursday mornings have additional discounted price, located at a lively location. Seats and sound were good.

Seats are not at all comfortable. Whole stretch of Shivaji Marg is always full of traffic. So its a pain to reach here.

Very nice experience. Well maintained. Good sound. Seating is comfortable. We booked a movie in Audi 2. Much cheaper than Pacific with a comparable experience. Food court also has good options.

On 26th June I was there for a movie KABIR SINGH it was late night show 23: 30 there was a group of 4 or 5 people in the show they were continuenisly harassing others by their creepy behavior and making uncomfortable situation for others but none of cinema person came to stop them, Finally, one of the man from crowd got angry on them. Then others also started shouting. Watching the case worsen, the cinema staff came in and took them from there. That forced the movie to stop midway and that led to the movie being restarted and our show ended at 3: 00 a.m. Cinema authorities should not give entry to such anti-social elements in the show.that also causes trouble to others.

Broken seats, No legs space, smelly theatres, smelly washrooms, nothing in food menu, totally waste of money

A really nice movie theatre with good amenities and brilliant sound and video quality.
Watching movie here has always been fun for me
They always give value for money experience.
