The psychologist present here is very sweet, empathetic and helpful. She really kept in mind all the small details provided by me and gave me the best possible outcome. It is a safe and secure place to unleash your anxiety.

Nilisha Mam is so kind, polite, understanding, intelligent and professional psychologist. I met her regarding my son Arnav, she understood his problem and diagnosed him well. And guided properly for further treatment for his recovery.

I visited for my Child Ayansh on 8 Sep 22 for consultation of ASD and paid fee1500/-. She did not guide and advice anything. Her focus was on doing assessment and charging 4000 /- more and trap me in other procedures to charge more. She was not having anything to say about child. Even she couldn't observe the child problem. Please do not visit this place. Totally wastage of time and money.

Parents doesn't want anything Complimentary but expect something when meeting any professional in first visit. Here consultation gone totally waste and outcome was zero.

One of the best psychologists in Delhi. I have learnt a lot here, specially through personal attention and ethical means. The internship program is very knowledgeable and provides great insight into real-time practice. Nilisha ma’am helped me to choose my career path well and also helped me gain clarity for future goals. She is the most considerate and genuine psychologist i’ve come across!

Diagnosis is an important milestone in one's mental health journey, because it's this diagnosis that will help one receive the the correct treatment.

I was referred to Inside Out Mental Health clinic by my therapist. I suspected that I had ADHD, but considering that this is a condition usually diagnosed in children and teenagers, no one can be sure if a man in his 30s might also have it.

At the clinic, Ms. Agarwal conducted an interview for understanding my condition, and in a subsequent session, administered the diagnostic test. Based on my responses to the test, she then explained to me my exact condition and guided me the help to be sought.

I am happy with the results of my diagnosis. I no longer have to go to therapy wondering if I'm going around in circles because now I know what I am dealing with.

It was a wonderful experience to join this internship. Totally practically based, great exposure. If i could sum it all up - through this experience i gained more than just knowledge, gained practical experience. Totally worth it. Her guidance was amazing and understandable, cleared all my career related doubts. She is a person full of eithics and delivers the knowledge very patiently and clearly. Loved it.

Maam's explaining and findings were very easy to understand and helped me reach clarity and made me aware of options i was not aware of before.

During this ongoing pandemic, I was searching for an internship and one of my teacher referred me about the Inside Out Mental Health Clinic's Internship on CHILD PSYCHOLOGY which was my keen interest area.
