Its a death bed hospital. First they will admit you in ward then HDU and then ICU (Ventilator is must) and then dead. Its better if you take your patient in some other good hospitals but please not here.
My father was admitted here due to fluid in his abdomen and lungs. The doctors who were handling HDU and ICU did not even know the initials of the patient (for example, O2 and Co2 in blood, Creatine, Urea, Billirubin, amonia levels). They are just fools. They dont have any knowledge about the procedures even. They just do what they were told to do irrespective of patient’s situation.
We stayed there for 15 days in HDU and ICU for my father and with us 10 more patients’ attendant were there and nobody survived.
Please read this and if your patient is there then talk to some good doctors in other hospital and if possible please get your patient shift to other hospitals. Here people just sit for even 30 days and ultimately they get dead body of their loved ones. This hospital is nothing but a pool of fool individuals who just have degrees and no knowledge. I COULD NOT SAVED MY DAD HERE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR LOVED ONES

I called ILBS liver transplant Cordinator, there was a senseless lady Vibhuti who picked up the call. She don't have sense how to response to the inquires. Her behavior was too rude and she didn't even giving proper information on call and disconnected the call on my face. I think she was too busy in her gossips for what she joined ILBS. Staff like her only is spoiling the standard of ILBS. Management please look after your staff behavior how they are treating to the clients because this behaviour is seriously effecting your image too. Check your all reviews. And you madam Vibhuti a liver transplant Cordinator you know what, a cobbler has more etiquettes than you. There is no option otherwise I really want to upload that call recording too

Worst management here at Ilbs, won't answer your queries. If anyone is admitted, then do remember you will be unattended. Staff is too careless. My mother lost 3 units of blood just because of these careless people. Won't recommend anyone.

Very slow process and staff is not at all respectful. Doctor's are good. Surgeon is there to make his business he don't care about your health, directly suggest come fast tommorow we will transplant your liver. We went to surgeon for some other health problem and he just straightaway advised to transplant liver without any reason.

Only big building in the name of treatment the worst in my opinion liver transplant team is very busy and not investing case the earn money and not worry about patient condition of paitent condition is detoirate more money earned.

It, s total spoil of money & there is no any treatment no doubt Dr Sarin is very good Doctor but not possible to meet him immediately.rest there is no any care of patient.no good treatment.if have more time then can be prefer otherwise away this. I went here for my father, he is suffering from liver cirrhosis, I am surprised to see this is a semi government hospital, staff is very polite, management team is active, all r properly dressed, vallet parking is available.
Everything is systematic and very quick.
Dr.will listen you patiently and suggest what to do soon. But I found test and medicine were expensive, though consultation fees is not too much. I m quite impressed with this hospital.
I recommend if any person is suffering from liver disease, then this is the right place.

My daughter was admitted on 2nd may and discharged on 13th may. In brief i would only say that iam thankful to the entire staff of Ilbs for taking care of my daughter. I would like to thank Dr Ayush, Dr Arjun, Dr Akhil, Dr Ready and above all Dr Sareen for giving the best possible treatment to my daughter. The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS)  is a mono-superspeciality hospital for liver and biliary diseases located at New Delhi,  India. [1] It has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory  (NCT) of Delhi as an autonomous Institute, under the Societies Registration Act - 1860, at New Delhi[2] with Shiv Kumar Sarin as its founding director. [3] ILBS is a teaching hospital and has been given the status of Deemed University by the University Grants Commission  (UGC) of India. How to get Plasma from ILBS Updated (28-04-2021)

Patient Documents
1. Plasma Request form (Just request the hospital to prepare ILBS plasma forms, they will make it for you, its their job)
2. Blood samples of patient (again just tell the hospital)
3. Aadhar Photocopy of Patient
4. Aadhar Photocopy of Attendant
5. Thermacol box

Donor document
1. Aadhar photocopy + take original with u
2. Positive report photocopy

Donor Eligibility
1. Atleast 28 days from Date of Positive Report and upto 4 Months.
2. No prior surgery, Major Desease. Female donor shud not have been pregnant ever.
3. Shud not be on Antibiotics or any strong medication.

Procedure
First obtain the donor registration from New Building Ground Floor. Donor fills first two pages of it, then register it at the Registration Desk Counter 4, located just in adjacent Building. Then donor goes to Second Floor New Bulding where they take his blood sample and test it.

Now, if donor blood is fit and has required Anti Bodies, he will be notified on phone. Some of reasons of rejections; low/high BP, low heamoglobin, No Anti Bodies, etc. If your Donor gets rejected, then arrange another donor and repeat the same process until your donor is approved. It usually takes 1.5 to 2hrs to get donor sample tested. But sometimes, if there are more number of donors, then this could take 3-4hrs.

Now upon calling, the donor donates the blood and he is given a slip and refreshment. The attendant with his Plasma Request form registers at the registration desk. The donation slip along with Blood Samples is to be taken to Blood Bank located at Old Building Basement -1. The attendant gives blood sample of patient and donation slip in the window of Blood Bank, and then gets plasma which is to be kept in a thermacol Box.

Plasma is given Free of Cost.
You have to arrange donor yourself.
Any donor blood group can donate and in return any blood group plasma can be obtained.
Thermacol Box can arranged from hospital itself or can be bought from a Medical Store. A medical store named "MediMart" located outside ILBS sells these box and also ice cubes.
Ice cubes is not mandatory. If you're travelling long distance like 2-3hrs, then keeping plasma along with ice cubes is suggested.

I suggest not to visit this hospital. People say that doctors are god but the doctors here are devils. They made treatment a business. Demands a huge amount of money from patient's family and then says sorry.

Very Worst Hospital is this. Very bad experience from doctor, nurse and etc. In this small doctor only see the patients not senior one. One more last thing is that this is not a hospital for patients this is research centre so they research all the medicine on the patients and in last all says that now your patients didn't recover

We went to ILBS with the hope to save our brother (45 years) but never knew will lose him altogether. My brother had liver disease (Hepatitis C) but wen we went to hospital he was walking, talking to everyone.we got him admitted to ICU where we were charged whooping 1lakh rupees/day. In the morning, we spoke to him over videoconferencing and he was talking and recognizing us. By evening, they told us my brother has pneumonia and his kidney failed.we can't believe person who was ok in morning, he was put on ventilator and his organs started failing.we were not allowed to meet him even once for 1 whole day wen they quoted him as critical.isn't it our right to see our patient even once?
Next day my brother was little better with stable heart rate and urine output (kidney is working). Very prestigious doctor suggested that we should get liver transplant done in less than 24 hours.is it possible to arrange a donor and arrange 25-30 lakhs in less than 24 hours. Next day wen we spoke to doctor she said i told you to get transplant done yesterday.now your patient is critical and its your responsibility.
I came across at least 5 families in same hospital who had same story that patients were stable when admitted, now patient has pneumonia and kidney failed and patient is on ventilator.so many patients with exactly same story.something is definitely fishy with the hospital.at last stage before my brother passed away.he was vomiting blood and when we asked to clean his face off blood, response we received was what's d use cleaning when more blood will be vomiting.we are paying 1 lakh per day to hear such a response. Its a disgusting behavior on part of the staff and doctors!
By inference to the whole ordeal was Doctors and staff are inhumane.we lost our loving brother with a bitter experience.

Worst experience ever I received from ILBS. They are looters and heartless workers.only based on name and fame ILBS growing up with lots of patients day by day but once step into it got to know about actual condition. MY FATHER admitted in ILBS has liver cirrhosis they had only one option liver transplant nothing else.so just a small suggestion don't go for any treatment in ILBS.

Worst experience ever. The registration counters are only 4 in numbers to handle such a huge crowd. The staff seems to be impolite and talk in such manner as if there are the principal and you are their inobedient student.
They are not helpful at all. Even after having your appointments, the tacky registration process takes makes you wait atleast an hour. U need to sit like fools wondering why the are u waiting. The hospital seems be online approachable but its jst for formality. The true story is far diffferent from the pathetic reality.

On 29th of Nov 2018 I attended this Hospital first time with some liver problem. Being himself a Dr i was Surprised to see my all required investigations and procedures where done just.within two days. Really Service is good and prompt. I had opted to get consultation from Dr. S. K. Sarin nationally and internationally reputed Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist Director of the Hospital and heading the Department with hundreds of research.papers in his name was awarded Padma Bushan for his dedicated work. Unfortunately Dr. Sarin was on few days leave. I was excited to see when he came midway from his vacation.early in morning to see some needy pts including me indicating his dedicated Services. God bless you sir. I found all the staff from establishment' paramedical ' Nursing staff and Doctors in general are so affectionate and cordial no words to express. For liver and biliary diseases all investigation and procedural facilities are updated with latest technology. A much better hospital with cleanliness and good service. Their charges compared to other so-called renowned hospitals are quite reasonable.

Spacious and have good faculty for foods for patients attendees. Being away from hustle bustle of Delhi, it has a cool environment. Chattarpur metro station is the nearest or cab can easily reach the location. Around the location for patients you have several guest houses and restaurants.

Ilbs hospital is world's best hospital. Me and my family are blessed that we are connected to this institution.a clean and healthy environment is there to feel you good.especially I want to present my sincere thanks to Dr. V. This is the worst hospital in world because ones upon a time when my patient is admit here he is dead in only 2 days but the hospital staff can't tell us that and earn 6 lacks rupees (so don't admit your patient here please) they only earn money never cheak the patient they were ““ GAMBLERS OF LIFE OF PAITIENTS”

My father was having liver treatment for last one and half years from ILBS. Now he is no more, got expired on 31st Oct. Most of the facilities are best in class. Only negative/poor response I faced is in Emergency specially during night time. They just give very basic First aid treatment and wait for the morning SR Doctor to attend the patient. CMO there is just for name without decision making power. They don't even bother to call the SR on duty and shift the patient in HDU/ICU if patient is critical and couldn't be handled in emergency. Till morning patient becomes more serious and his chances of revival/ survival dip down. This happens to me and I lost my father after struggling for life in HDU for 7 days.

Request you to please improve emergency response specially in night time.

It is a kind of scrap on the name of hospital. Hospital is only for making money and making fool to patients. For any Report they take 5-10 days. All the doctors were junior/intern available for the consult and dont bother about patient conditions how critical can be? No any complain cell. Acting like god. On the name of test looting hard earn money of patients.
Simple X-ray report will take 3 working days in this hospital. What a kind of joke it is?
It does not matter how much patient is critical!
Basic facility is zero, their pharmacy department are thugs and whole of the stafs are arrogant.
Its better to opt for apolo or cmc.

Hospital is one of the best in country. But its in interior location. Didnt find proper trasportation services, at night difficult to get any transportation there. The canteen there are costly. Compare to their price not giving proper services. Not enough drinking water, tissue papers and cleaning the table and services are poor.
