IMS fulfills all the criteria of a Maths optional aspirant, The classes are conducted by Sir in such a way that the students understand the fundamental topics and establish a solid foundation.

Sir is best but it's management tells wrong that you can complete full math course in just 4month with just attending 2 regular batch but it's not the reality. That's why I give 3star

It's a very good coaching for maths optional.
As online is not at all efficient I would recommend offline.
And also not everything is perfect there are some cons. But when I shifted to offline class. I really like it and able to understand each and every concept.

I, presently being a student of IMS Math at ORN, Delhi, would strongly recommend to any IAS aspirant with Math Optional, to join IMS Math Institute for coaching in Mathematics Optional, which is the best coaching available all over India.

NOTES -

a.the most comprehensive notes you’ll ever find, trust me, I’ve gone through what not books available in the market only to end up getting confused. Finally I came back to Venkanna Sir’s Notes (recommended by every UPSC topper's blog (Varun Reddy, Kanishk Kataria, etc,)
b.notes have theory + problems - as far as theory & concepts are concerned NOTES ARE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT (you need not refer any other book), for problems, you will have to seek other sources (but you must finish each & every problem in the Notes first plus the question sheets provided by sir during classes)
c.notes will save you a lot of time, for instead of having to go through multiple sources, you’ll find all the relevant info compiled at one place.

Venkanna Sir teach us from the basics making foundation for the problems and that will help us understand and crack the problems easily. Moreover, Math is an Optional need little bit more workout but it’s worth it as you can score 350+ which put you ahead in the competition.

So please join IMS blindly!

One of the best institute for Mathematics optional. Sir has teaching experience of around 20 years. Kanishk Kataria, Varun Reddy and other top rankers were his classroom students only.
They provide notes beforehands, before the topic starts, so that students gets time to read and understand the topic even before the class starts and gives you an extra edge to problem solving.
One of the most thorough and complete notes for Maths optional, you don't need to refer any other material other than class notes.
They take class tests too after the topic completes.
Sir also sits with students after the class to clear the doubts sometimes upto 1 hr till the students gets satisfied.
Also, they run 4 separate batches with 4 different topics in a day, so that students will be able to complete the syllabus as early as possible.
They have weekend batches in which different topics run apart from weekdays topics.
