I enrolled for the A1 level course and had a great learning experience. Our teacher, Suchandan sir was very thorough with his explanations and emphasized the importance of speaking and listening by incorporating them in every class. We were taught through different mediums, including audios and videos, which really helped build our understanding of the language. He taught us at our pace, cleared all our doubts and gave us homework on a regular basis. Along with that we had several revision classes before our midterm and term exam to ensure excellent results. I look forward to continuing learning Spanish here. I would recommend this institute to anyone with an interest for learning Spanish.

Its one of the best place to learn Spanish and I must say I got the best trainer named Priyanka it was so comfortable and great learning experience with her I completed my A2.1 course here
and i can proudly say that I am nearing to the confidence that I can read and write.

Contacted them for getting details and their attitude was really awful. Such an arrogant entity. The way an organisation responds shows what kind of experience they provide in their services. When I simply asked them about a 6 months course they got offended I don't know for what reason and started taunting me. If this is how they treat their so called students in the classrooms too, then I'm sorry this is definitely not the type of organisation I would sign up for. And definitely not gonna recommend this to anybody.

First I filled an enquiry form about the beginners course, your information on its details was not meeting my necessities since I was looking for a 6 months course. So I returned and filled another enquiry form for employees oriented course, turns out that doesn't fill my prerequisites either. Since you don't have details of the courses referenced in your site, how is any individual expected to know previously what to search for? Also, in light of the fact that I'm an amateur of any sort of language course, I wouldn't realize how long it takes to finish whichever level that is. Consequently, I moved on WhatsApp again, essentially saying "I'm actually looking for a 6 months course". Since that is my necessity for whatever reason that might be. What's more, to that straightforward articulation, you answered very arrogantly and sarcastically "We are not magicians" Wow! Talk about about being negative? It is assumed in any normal business that a customer who approaches for any service be dealt with humility first. You continued boasting about your institute and lashed out on me, telling me to join some "local" organization on the off chance that I was searching for a course that finishes A1 and B2 level in 6 months. While I didn't make any reference about the levels at all since I don't know myself. Neither did I mention anywhere that I want to complete the Employees Course in six months. It is the incapability of reading and comprehension of your public relations staff who did not understand what was being conveyed.

Your method of reacting to my inquiries unmistakably demonstrates you misuse your benefits of running a successful (maybe) organisation. I wish I had not deleted the chat history. I would have pinned it with this review to help you to remember your self-importance. Be that as it may, I wouldn't let such "cynicism" anyplace close to my phone.

FRAUD INSTITUTE OF SPANISH STUDIES
I had enrolled for A1 level by paying nearly ₹15,000 for the course. Even after 5 months the course wasn't completed due to unavailability of classes. There was no stable system among the teachers too as nearly 3 teachers who taught us quit the institute one after the other, which hindered the teaching.
After 5 months I was told that if I wanted to continue my A1 level I have to wait for another 2 months. They also refused to pay back my fees eventhough they haven't given me any of the promised deliverables.
PLEASE DON'T ENROLL IN THIS INSTITUTE and I would recommend to look for other far better Spanish institutes in Delhi.

First go and check your mail box that she has sent any mail regarding that or not and your team replied on that mail or not, she didn't left the batch sudden she sent a mail properly but she didn't get any reply and she didn't went after 6 month she went there within six month but you have no weekend batch, So truth is that you all have no time to reply on mail and even if someone call you for query regarding the issue they said only that we don't have time.

Worst thing if you'r going there for admission theyhave no class but even they take fee and they don't reply for any mail.and don't go on reviews because they ask to write for best by force. Ya i am not the student of this institution but they cheated my friend.

This is going to be the institute for learning Spanish. The way the team is managing everything is incredible. The teachers are very kind and sophisticated.

According to the Experience i had in this institute it is really the best institute for learning Spanish language. The very knowledgeable faculty has its unique style of teaching, where in everyone will be comfortable and able to understand. Moreover they will concentrate on each and every student and make sure that everyone understands the topics.

I am teaching at the Institute. They have a very unfair system of reimbursement. In their mail, they do not clarify that it's an hourly payment. They always pay you 15000 rupees per batch irrespective of the number of hours. I had a situation when the student wanted to complete her level before. In the mail I received, it was nowhere mentioned that it is hourly basis. They had this information beforehand that the student wants to finish the level by 26th of the month hours.but they held this information from me purposely so that they have to pay less. I was ready to spend 40 hours but its completely the Institute's fault. I have spoken to my lawyer. I will drag them to court. I will fight till the last drop of blood to get 15000 rupees for this batch.

Not referred at all! Cervantes is wayy much better than this institute. They are failing at a number of things.
• The locality (malviya nagar) is not apt for a foreign language classes.
• There is no system and guidance to the teachers for the study material.
• They are not paying what the teachers actually deserves.
• There’s not a single person to handle the functioning of the place.
I would suggest Cervantes if anyone can afford and wants a worthy ambiance for spanish language!

I completed my A2 level from here. It was overall a good experience studying here and the institute follows the international standards which is really helpful in the long run. The batches are also small which helps the students focus better.

They teach spanish in a very systematic way which one would like to know. Teaching is as per international syllabus for all the levels and very helping teachers and staffs through out the course. I will recommend this place!

ATTENTION ALL FOREIGNERS AND INDIANS!
I'm a foreigner, a native Spanish speaker and a teacher with experience in the field. I was supposed to start teaching Spanish at Institute of Spanish Studies in Delhi. My class was supposed to start at 10 am, I arrived around 9.15 am in order to make all the necessary arrangements before the students arrived.
There was not a soul in Institute of Spanish Studies. I had to wait outside, on the road for more than 30 minutes. I sent emails and used whatsapp to inform that I had already arrived but no one answered.
Even when its location is opposite Select City, there were people on the the street asking for money which makes any foreigner feel uncomfortable.
Around 9.45 am, the Institute was opened.
I requested for an explanation and I also requested to speak with the Director.
Summing up, the receptionist and the alleged manager ATTACKED ME VERBALLY.
As a result, I had to defend myself. It was the ugliest and the only fight I had ever had in my entire life.
Institute of Spanish Studies is not ready to work with foreigners yet.

The ignorance, disrespect, lack of professionalism and mediocrity shown by the receptionist were immeasurable.

I strongly recommend NOT TO STUDY OR WORK in this malevolent place.

I just hope all Indians are not like that. It seems that the staff doesn't know how to treat foreigners.

I have started the A1 course and the experience has been really good. The professor teaches very well in a fun and easy to learn way.

I joined this institute few weeks back and my experience is great so far. Akshay sir teaches from basic level with an appropriate blend of higher level knowledge which makes spanish more interesting and fun.
This institute also prepares you for SIELE exam which has an international recognition.
Faculty is good, management is also good, so i think i am getting what i have paid for.
So if you don't even know the alphabets of spanish, then you are at the right place, they will elevate you from ground to sky through an amazing journey.
