Hey Everyone! Myself Kundan Ray from Kaithal, Haryana (got my guitar delivered in Delhi as I am pursuing my graduation degree here). Here, I want to share my experience regarding getting my very first Guitar. Just like every other music enthusiast I also wanted to get my hands on a Music Instrument, in my case, especially Guitar. There is something about guitars that has always fascinated me. I always wanted to play with those 6 strings Guitar but didn't knew how and where to start. I had been postponing it for years. But about a month ago I encountered Instruments Gallery on Instagram. I researched about them and visited their website and YouTube. Then somehow I took the step and contacted them. And then entered Anuj Bhaiya. I had read about him in the reviews dropped by other customers mentioning how wonderful he is! And I swear, he is one of the most supportive and understanding person I have ever encountered in my life. He guided me through the vibrant world of Guitars and solved all my doubts. He suggested me the best guitar according to my budget as well as my skill level (as I am a beginner). He suggested me "Lyrical 40 inch Semi-Acoustic Guitar" and I instantly fell in love with the matte black version of it. I wanted to purchase it but I was out of the station for 4 days.and as the black version is the bestseller he feared that it may get out of stock soon. He suggested me to pre book the guitar with some advance and pay the rest later. Normally I would never trust the words of the person I have never met, but here it was different. The way Anuj Bhaiya understood and helped me, it created a trust among us. So, without any hesitation I pre-booked my favourite Guitar and asked them to deliver it after 4 days. But due to some reasons I wasn't in Delhi even after one week. At other places dealers would have cancelled my pre booking without any refund. But Anuj Bhaiya is different. He messaged me almost daily if I am back to receive the delivery. We talked again and he understood again. Finally after about 9 days I was in Delhi and as soon as I told him, my guitar was out for delivery. Within 3 hours received my guitar with all the necessary tools and accessories. And if you ask me about guitar. I would say it's perfect. I just love it. I would suggest to everyone who wants to dive into world of music, start for here. It would just get better and better. So my sister was planning to give me a guitar as a gift for my birthday she was afraid as we all know that these days scams and frauds has become a new trend on online shopping. She was quite confused to choose the right online website. So it happened on 9th of September she was using Instagram and scrolling her Newsfeed then suddenly she found a beautiful page Instrument gallery then immediately she text them. They replied. My sister had a doubt whether it's fake or not so she kept asking questions to them regarding guitar. She called me and said that she found a page regarding guitars. Should I order or not? I said you confirm first it might be fake as i was aware of those scams nowdays. She kept asking the owner whether it is safe or not. But the onwer was very down to earth and answering all the questions very politely. Finally my sister started trusting him and believing his words and started bargaining for the guitar then the owner gave her the perfect price for the guitar. The guitar was finally booked now. My sister gave me his number and i called him. I was also worried and had some doubts regarding the guitar and online process but he explained to me in such a way that I got satisfied and kind of relief. Owner was very kind that he was guiding me as a mentor and treating me as his own family member. My guitar has been booked on 10th September and shipping has been left for the delivery. He said that it will take 4-5 days to receive the guitar. He was in touch with me i was calling him again and again but he never get fed up. He was answering very politely. I was very excited then he said that wait kara hua cheej acchi hi aati h then finally on 12th September I got a call from the delivery boy and I received my guitar. It only took 2 days for the delivery. Hatsoff to him and his team members. And I started unboxing my parcel, seriously I never saw such packaging in any online websites. The box was neat and clean, guitar was safely received. They put 4 layers of bubble wrap for the safetyI was very happy and then I called the onwer and expressed my feeling to him then he was like hume paise nhi kamane hume log kamane hai, unka vishwas kamana hai jitna hai and this really touched me

Hi. I'm harish. I'm sharing my experience from my bottom of my heart ️.
I bought my first ever Guitar from Instruments Gallery. Randomly (be frank luckyly) i found this insta page and reached to Anuj for buying a left handed guitar (which rarely used). He took some time to get the stock for me.finally my day came and he informed me about the availability.i was really excited and at the same time i was bit disappointed with the price (7.5 K) of Left Handed imported Guitar️. Actually my budget was 4K. I tried very hard to bargain to 6K. But Anuj was stick with the same price. He was keep on saying one word. QUALITY. QUALITY. Then i thought of shut down my dream on buying a guitar. But buying a guitar became my dream so I compromised to buy a right handed guitar with my budget. Then Anuj gave me a suggestion (usually no seller will give this). "Brother we are guitar teachers and we are here to give the best guitars to the customers and don't worry/hurry at this moment. Take some time and arrange the budget then buy the Left Handed guitar because it was imported and rare one. " then i took sometime and thought myself why I'm compromising to left handed guitar which I really don't want.
Then as a final. I again called to Anuj and explained about my Budget situation. We had a 2 mins call, then i understood that Anuj wants to give me a best guitar and he don't want to sell a guitar by saying false promises like other sellers do for the sake of money. He gave me a confidence that I'm going buy a masterpiece and I was very impressed with his kind words and blindly trusted him. If Anuj was not there i might taken a wrong decision. Lucky money got arranged for me and done with the payment. Finally I got my guitar this morning. After seeing my guitar i was in the sky.really the quality was awesome and packing was extraordinary, then i Immediately taken a pic of the guitar and sent to Anuj and shared my happiness. I can say only one thing. These people (Anuj and his team) are not here for money or business they are very eager to serve their customers by providing a good quality products and want to see the smiles on their customer faces (I'm one of them in that list).
