Very disappointing service including branch manager, My work is not being done since 10 days. Standing outside the branch manager's cabin. The branch manager refused to meet for 2 minutes.this is the Kotak Mahima bank service

I went there for the withdrawal of passbook but the staff is didn't want to work they are busy in gossips and all very bad service even govt. Banks gave good service

Good place to go if you are accompanied by your broker. The location has street side paid parking. The Office building looks dilapidated. But that's LIC what more could expect except that they generally honour your claims if you ensure paper work...

Very bad branch no body pick the phone. 24.04.22 i surrender my policy, till date policy is not clear. Nobody give the responce.

I happen to avail their service at Prime Honda and interacted with Mr Bhupinder Singh the surveyor and assessor. He was very helpful and courteous in the process and I am thankful for the wonderful job done for my vehicle -claim no 23401228 vehicle...

FRAUD! If you want to save your time and money then don't visit their office.they collect premium but not submit to policyholder account neither provide premium receipts.

Very bad staff, uncooperative, if you have to buy a new policy they will be very cooperative, otherwise they just make the excuses to avoid doing work.

Very slow service.staff are very much tension free that customer is waiting.

LIC people behaves just like pure Government employees. No one likes to work.

The place does seem to b a lil understaffed and not very prompt at being able to handle customer issues. Also, not a very easy place to locate if one plans to visit here.

No one in office to attend till 11 in morning though branch opening time is 9: 30 reason they give that employees stay till 9 at night that's why they come late. Location is correct it's near police station and back side of deep market. ULIP closure...

It's the most disgusting office of Kotak in India Nothing work, ATM and Deposit machine all time out of service. Unprofessional staff. If you come to this branch be ready to wastage minimum 50 minutes without result. The bank should be ashamed...
