After the site visit, he understood my requirements and shared relevant options. Throughout the planning stage, he was prompt in responding and tweaked everything as per my requirements. The decor was spot on as had been discussed and decided (much better than what I expected). He also arranged for a games coordinator who did his job well. All in All great professional hassle free service at a reasonable price. Good job! Will definitely get more events planned from him in the future.
