Today I ordered dalmakhni and lachha parantha.the person who came at my home for delivery gave me only chutney and onion.wrong package delivered.after an hour of waiting i got this.after that he changed my order and instead of dal makhni he delivered me malai kofta.kids were waiting for dinner from so long and they started crying after seeing malai kofta.really bad service they have and all this took 2 hours.later i refused to take it and ordered from somewhere else

Starters and main course was upto mark and special mention for the good quantity as well as quality.

Old school, but awesome food, one of the finest butter chicken and daal makhani i have ever had. Try it with naan or mirch paratha, it's droolworthy

Had butter chicken and paneer birbali along with butter roti and rumali roti. The service was incredibly fast and the food tasted authentic and delicious. A must recommend

Orederd food for home delivery within 1.5 kms and they delivered it 2 hrs late. Worst bloody service ever if they can even deliver small orders in time. Highly disappointed

Great place to have lite meal. Didn't ordered vast veriety of products but the food I order was good enough and equally worthy of the cost.

The quality of the food and the service is really great in invitation. It has a special dish Gobhi bhojpuri which is seasonal is simply awesome in taste. We have been visiting Invitation from more than 2 decades.

Parantha was okiesh.
And paneer was bad.

This place is for the persons who are non veg lovers

Again one of those old places still carrying the ancient decor tuned three decades back to suite their clients and since has remained stuck in that era ever since. So it boasts of automatically carrying you back to past as soon as you enter the gate.
And just like its legacy decor, the food quality too remains authentic and fulfilling till date. Though the potion size has taken a hit through the decades, yet the quality has never been compromised.
Even today their butter chicken is a sought-after item among many other personal individual favourite.
And despite being stuck in time people from not just local ones but ones from far of places too come here to experience the oldie once again for its flavour and connections.

Based on Things had:
Dal makhni - tasteless and worthless not worth your Rs. 320, you get better taste at 90 bucks for a half plate at any dhaba.
Shahi Paneer - Average, this you may try of the option Is Veg only.
Butter Chicken - Good taste but way too overpriced as per place, better try butter chicken at Havermore Pandara Road you, the price won't pinch you as both the taste as well ambience is worth the experience.

Butter chicken is love from invitation. Good staaf fast serving and quite place, rush on weekends must go by time.

This place is ultra pro max luxurious. Though this property is literally good with good staff and hygiene. There are alot of party halls. The food is also tasty here. Hygiene is on the top notch. Overall it was a nice experience there.

They have very good Indian and Mughlai food, love their Dal Makhni and Butter Chicken, they are very busy, they hardly pick up the phone to take any orders. Their opening hours are around-7: 30 in the evening till time they have food. Which honestly is not for too long maybe max 11 O' Clock. They also used to be on Zomato, Swiggy, for online ordering, but Due to high commission charges by both they have taken their restraunt off of the online ordering platforms.

First visit to this restaurant for a family dinner. I was not pretty sure what to expect there. First of all, they have good sitting capacity. You can chose to sit in lower ground level, ground level or at the first floor. The food is pretty nice. Variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available. Staff is decent and service was quick looking at the booking they had on that day. Small aquarium is best time pass for kids to enjoy which is there at the lower ground. Parking space is not much but area nearby to the place provides enough parking. Pan shop and ice cream availability is all you need after amazing dine here. Good ambience for family get together. Pretty happy with the first experience.

We have been visiting this place since 15 Years. The place is a classic for a fine dining anyday. The Dal Makhani and Tomato soup are a must have.

Best Food, Best Service, Best Ambience, maintained standards, old world charm.
Afghani Chicken, Butter chicken, Murg Masallam, Paneer Tikka, Chilli Paneer, Shahi Paneer are mouth melting dishes.

On home deliveries never send bill make back money 5% eat govt tax.i request govt Higher Authorities please check and raid on there houses get so much black money.food ke naam pe gand khilla raha hai! Say no to fccccking invitation

SECOND FOOD IS SO SALTY I order on home delivery last sunday. GUEST AT MY HOME, I complained to restaurant the food is so salty
He said i send my person. His person come at home.
He said half quantity left how to do, i told him other on The plates of the guest Jootha hai, he talk with his manager, his manger said jootha daal do.logo ki plate Se nikal ke.maine jootha daal diya.then he bring the same jootha add with some little gravy, my father rejected to take because there is no mean to put jootha. He eat our money.and food both.ineee beehennn chouudo koo keedee paadee.jooteeei maarne chaahiyeee invitation ke owner ko aur manager koo.

This restaurant is about 35 years old. I swear they maintain there quality, taste, ambience and cleanliness. My family and me love everytime we are here.

I have been going to this restaurant ever since my childhood days & the experience has always been consistently satisfying; be it the soothing ambience, prompt service & last but not the least, great food! You just can't go wrong with this place. My favorite dishes from there are Tandoori Chicken & Dal Makhni, both are lips smackingly tasty.

Its just for the owners and the chief, i am like regular customers of invi, twice a week may be but today what i got is a butter chicken full of orange colour which is not invi! I requested kunal and i hope he will take care this in future! Invi rocks essa butter chicken north mein kisi ka nahi thats why we order!

Old world charm fine dining. Good option for decent family place. Quiet and tasty Indian food preparations. Taste is consistently excellent.

I like eating food here it is different than any other food joint i visit, they do some magic their food doesn't seem heavy

Loved the delicious good old taste I dont even remember from how many years I have been coming to this restaurant for the consistent superlicious taste that remains the same from almost past 20 years or so.

4.veg and non veg both are available but i m a vegeterian so dnt know abt non veg.

Loved the service and flavors. Although I think their non-veg is better than their veg. But yes dal makhni and mushrooms and icecream mocks are a must try here

It was nice experience. Food was delicious. We had Veg platter, Butter Paneer Masala and Dal Makhani with Lacha Paratha. Everything was awesome. Crowd was good too.

The famous butter chicken was average at best. It was quite gingery (I do mind this) and a had hint of sweetness (I usually don't mind). Shahi paneer was served in white gravy and had a subtle taste on the palate, nothing getting highlighted, close to bland but still okay. Service was okay okay. Had high expectations due to its notoriety but, it did not deliver.

Had been going at this place from past 10 12 years. But i went for the lunch and the food was not at all good.the butter chicken and mutton were horrible.

Its a nice restaurant to dine in with family very nice food and quantity specially non veg items are lit

We have been regular customer of the place for the last twenty years.but its old and unethical now.we ordered half butter chicken at our place but found the quantity less than defined (universal fact that half butter chicken contains four pieces but they sent only three). When we contacted the staff, they started giving laim excuses and said they cant do anything.

Now this restaurant has started to phase out in front of the new age eateries. These dinning places were a hit some years ago but will slowly phase out soon or they need to upgrade majorly.
