I would like to inform you that I'm very happy with my IT staff members as well as working environment is also good.

I went for interview for the f &p process for associate position, reported there at 10 am at ghitorni office, my round was with hr and then with process manager, and then i met with hr head and wherein i being told i m selected and even my salary was discussed, i being told that i need to join from that day itself. Then we being asked to stay in the training room wherein we had completed the joining kits also then all we being asked to go through a client round just as a formality, after the client round we being asked to leave stating that we are not selected.i dont understand why even the salary and joining formaloties are being done before finalising the candidate's, i spend almost 8 hours there with no reason.
Please guys dont waste your time in these type of companies wherein people are not being valued.
