I had ordered twice from E- catering, it was a waste of money on both occasions.
In the first case that I ordered I didn't get and the second case also there was difference between What I ordered and what I got.
In the second case the salt qty on every item was too much, in menu there was Raita but nothing on the plate. In menu it was butter roti but I got roti without butter.
Waste of money ordering through E- catering.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring into your kind notice that I have ordered food from your company, nothing was delivered, also there was no apology call, I am still awaiting for my refund.
Also when I called yesterday, that call agent identify my order but disconnected my call.
Now again n again disconnecting.
I had to take medicine after dinner, my dose missed because of your services. When I called to concerned person he replied train wahan pe khadi hai.
Honestly this is one of the worst services, I never want to use your service, it seems owner by some govt organization.
Last but not least, when can I expect my refund. Raised it ASAP.
