I Do not recommend the hospital. I took tests under insurance policy from the hospital and all those were fakely reported as normal

Excellent services are provided to the patient. All the attending staff members are extremely helpful and keep the patient at ease all the time.
Cleanliness, hygiene, etc are top notch.
I had a great experience at the hospital and am fully satisfied by my tympanoplasty surgery. Best wishes to all the hospital team.

My 2nd day of admission here after a minimaly invasive septorhinoplasty surgery through pristine care. Hospital environment is very good. All doctors, nurses and paramedical staff are well trained in their profession and very patient friendly. Attendant and cleaning staff are very dedicated and provide timely services. Alltogether a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it to all patients for the relevant healthcare services available here.

Surgery done through Pristyn Care. Hospital staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness is at best. Few mismanagement as I went through third party otherwise everything worked fine.

I have undergone my Rhinoplasty and septoplasty at Irene Hospital through Pristyn care. Reception staff not at all patient friendly. They are rude and unprofessional. I had to swing between Pristyn care and hospital to get my stitches opened. Doctors were not available, when it is required for the patients. Never ever go through Pristyn care.

Satisfied with the maintenance. Just hope the entire process should have taken not so long. Otherwise no issues. Staff is very good and helpful.

Got a septoplasty dome here. Hassle free admission process. All the staff were kind and courteous. Checked on me regularly to make sure i was recovering well. I would recommend their services to all.

My brother got through inguinal hernia surgery in Irene hospital Kalkaji. We had great experience, in hospital all the Staff member are supportive and hospital is neat and clean. Doctor is well experienced.

Best hospital and best staf and doctor you feel comfortable in this hospital, 2 times Rirs of my kidney in this hospital and I feel good no problem after Rirs 1 day discharge

All most everything was good but billing takes lot of time even if you made advance payment at our time We were told that the discharge will be done by 10 am but after waiting for 5 hours our discharge was done at 3pm and that's a quite a long time for a patient to wait thats only they need to sort else everything was nice

If you have any serious heart, lungs, kidney issue please dont here. They will hide the issue and continue hospitalization till you get frustrated and move to next hospital.
Dr. Alok used to visit late in night like 9 pm.
Better go to specialize hospital like metro, fortis, NHI.

Very nice services at Irene. My uncle was suffering from fever and pain in abdomen due to severe typhoid infection. Went to big hospitals where the bed charges are over rs 25000 per day. Could not afford the treatment. Finally, my friend suggested the name of Irene hospital at kalkaji. We, finally got the best treatment and care in our budget there. We were very happy with the nursing care and would specially like to mention the name of sister jeena who took care of him like family. Also, Dr Alok Prasad and Dr Anirban Biswas from the medicine team were very polite and kept us informed about the condition daily. Highly recommended for people living in south Delhi.

My experience in this hospital is horrible i admit my grandmother they agreed in 25000 per day icu bed charge in 25000 everything included madicine + in 16hrs I purchase around 20000Rs medicine and they mention only those madicine you can only buy from there pharmacy you can not get outside Dr always want to put patient on vendilater but we don't want they always Afraid you if you don't put on vendilater then patient will die they always try take make money from every corner of patient family after this they give us bill of 16 hrs 40000rs they charge oxygen cost etc extra and the guy in reseption denay his comment's I never suggest any one to go here I always think after good dr are real good but reality is totally defrence

My experience with Irene Hospital has been terrible. Myself as a nurse having 9 years of experience was accompanying my husband for surgery. It felt very strange that Dr. Kapil Aggarwal neither did he explain to the patient about the procedure nor he took the consent for the surgery. And we didn't even meet the doctor not even once prior, during or post surgery. The consent was taken by the nurse and the anesthesiologist didn't take the PAC before the procedure. I had to request to know who the anesthesiologist was and what kind of anesthesia is given to my husband. What kind of standard are they holding and why does such hospitals and doctors exist. Such a terrible experience.

Not satisfactory. Its better for basic health care but not for major health issue because they are not able to diagnose it properly. For CT Scan the hospital has a tie up with Health square diagnose lab in Hauz khas who sends pathetic ambulance and no medical staff form hospital go with the patient for the test.

Vaccination process was not satisfactory. Staff should be trained to guide people coming for vaccinations and ask necessary questions required before getting vaccinated.

It is a great hospital. Docters and Nursing staff are very cooperative and well educated and experienced.food quality is good.they provide good facility also.housekeeping staff is good is and management is also good. In irene hospital you will not feel like a patient.
