I love the positive environment at this gym as the positive environment can make all the difference in staying motivated and enjoying my workouts. The trainer (Mr saurabh Pandey sir) really put in a lot of effort and provide great guidance to the clients. It's a fantastic place to work out!

Talking about the environment of the gym that is quite nice everyone is discipline there and talking about trainer he is kindly of friendly guy but also strict for the workouts and it's been three months since i have joined and there is a lot of improvement in my strength I will recommend you if you are a beginner then, this gym is best for you.

Well equipped and the best gym for girls in the area. Coach is very experienced and helpful.the other good thing is that the crowd is very good and disciplined. Highly recommended

I have tried many gyms but this is the best gym that I've experienced so far in the vicinity. Mr Saurabh Pandey is the best trainer who caters all the individual needs and provided all the exercises according to my needs. I would suggest that if you want a trainer who should work on your target area then this is the best place. He gives a proper diet plan also along with the exercise which expedite the process. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
