Worst Shop ever!
Bad quality items, Bad service, No Exchange or Return policy and still so expensive It's literally sells stuff for 2 times the price in market. If I could give 0 stars Then I would have done it right away. Please Don't buy anything from this shop.

Over priced! Thats the first term that comes to my mind. Only good if sale is on. That too for certain items. Also coz sales are too low so most of the stuff gathers dust. A regular pastel sheet costs around rs. 16 at any ordinary stationary store but here its upwards of rs. 25. So for me its a thumbs down!

Nice shop for art and craft people. Lot of varities are available at the shop for coloring and decoration ideas.

Kids daily school arts and craft all type of activity items available.staff is very exp and polite. Parking is available in front of it for two vehicles at a time.

They say it is open till 9 pm here but they don’t allow people to enter after 8: 30 as they have to wrap down. How about updating this info on website itself

Itsy Bitsy is the ultimate place for all the Staionery and Art supply needs. They have literally everything you could think of, or not think of.

They need to restock some of their products which they tend to miss out on so it makes it difficult to get them again. Other than that, it’s always a good experience to go here.:)

I was using silicone glue ot itsy bitsy since last year.was totally satisfied with it, but in May, June'22 it was out of stock, and as soon I saw, it was in stock and immediately ordered online 4 Pieces of it, then from June I'm using it, but the real story behind everything is that its quality degraded, worst worst product it's been now, product is sticking but getting off after sometime and it is hampering my business as well as my reputation with cleints. Fyi and reference sharing you some pictures where its very much visible of dissatisfaction.

Highly expensive even after offers. Bought a sketch board that was available at a much cheaper price online. Supportive staff, variety is available.

Cons: - cost may be considerable point (but in comparison of quality it is ok)

It's a dreamworld for a craft enthusiast but be ready to spend a lot because though items are available, they are quite expensive.

It’s a good store to keep yourself updated with craft and art supplies. There are 3 branches within Delhi- NSP, Lajpat Nagar & Dwarka.
Talking about my personal experience, you can get most of the items from Chandni Chowk/ Sadar Bazaar, though local but similar quality.
If you like buying branded stuff you should visit this store.

Staff not helpful, neither knowledgeble. Had to fetch them each time if u wanna know something about any product, even I was the only customer in the store, this was not the way they use to be.

Though the range they offer is amazing but one can onky appreciate coz of the sky rocketing prices, a simple hoop which costs a hundred costs ₹300 there with a little better quality and hence not good experience, the pic 1 product is priced above 100 and picture 2 at 99

The big is good it has everything but doesn't mean all the things are of better quality. I bought chalk marker of red n white from this place. It was soooooo bad quality

Lovely shop for craft-lovers. Very wide selection of stuff. But too crowded. No one was observing social distancing, nor were the staff enforcing it. Staff was knowledgeable about products and very helpful otherwise. There was no testing possible for fountain pens, which is ridiculous and ought to be addressed. Beautiful card selections and lots of supplied overall. Could have added more stuff in the embroidery section. Impressive

It's a one stop store for any craft, painting material or anything else you need for DIY. Plenty of variety with reasonable cost.

Itsy Bitsy is an art and craft supplies store. It was born 10 years ago, as a small shop in Bangalore by Harish and Rashmi Closepet with the simple goal of making the highest quality art and craft supplies accessible to everybody in India while inspiring creativity.
There are only two stores of Itsy Bitsy in Delhi, i.e. One in Lajpat Nagar and the other in Pitampura.
We had visited the Pitampura store. The store offers most of the art and crafts supplies including Jewellery Making, sewing & knitting, macrame, stationary supplies etc.
The staff was polite and helpful. It is a nice small store. I had expected a little more since i felt some of the products could have more variety like beads, Jewellery wires etc. There could have been better designs and kinds of beads. I also felt it was a little costly. Overall, it is a nice place to get the art and craft supplies.

One stop destination for the art n craft lovers. A small paradise with every range you ever dreamt of!

It's a lovely place for art lovers and creators alike, the place emits. Kind of artsy vibe which is hard to resist. It has almkst everything with a few exceptions like white hardening clay which they claimed was not in stock but the cleanliness was excellent and theambience of the place is on the good side. An artist's paradise at its best.

All arts material were available but didn't get the marble powder for my Persian art i was looking for

This is heavenly place for the artists
Everything you need from art & craft, DIY, painting paints + brushes and many many more are available there.
They open from 9am to 9pm.
Walking distance of 10-15mins from NSP metro station.
They keep some discounts on few things time to time maybe to clear the stock, to make new space for new inventory, But are not gonna expire coz they don’t include paints or anything.
Staff people are really nice and helpful.
They have halloween, party, kitchen related things easily available.
