My personal Experience is not nice, staff behaviour is not good. I asked for a carry bag and they denied for that. I bought apple care + plan, that doesn’t mean I cannot ask for a carrybag to keep my iPad. Very cheap handling.
Don’t expect such behaviour from premium stores like apple.

Your store is pathetic but your staff is good.no ac working.but daughter was full sweating

I always purchase my all Apple gadgets from this outlet. Very much satisfied with the authenticity of product & guidance from staff. One think that annoys me here is the suffocation I feel in this outlet. It is difficult to be here as the ac of this outlet is pathetic. I wish next time when I visit this outlet, this problem should be fixed. When the customer is expecting a class in gadget, it should be same with the outlet too.

The staff was helpful but it was difficult to even stand in the store, it was suffocating and air conditioner was not working properly

Apple is known for its great customer service but this store is trying hard every day to tarnish that image. The staff here is so rude except one guy (Raj) who actually knows how to talk in a decent manner. And, this judgement is based on speaking to 5 different salesmen at the store, not one. So, please dont go here if you want your mental peace. Also, unicorn stores have way better discounts and offers:)

Good store! Liked the environment. Bought 2 iPhones. Had to sell one of my kidneys but worth it.

Worst store. No one to attend query of customer. They don't even ask customer to wait if they are busy with other customer. I went there two times interval of 20 minutes. And there was no rush but no one attended Me. Better to go Croma or reliance digital as they are nearby. Not at all recommended.

People are rude and very less customer oriented.
Mainly playing on monopoly better to choose some other store like reliance.

Pathetic customer-client relationship. Queries aren’t responded respectfully. It’s almost as if they only entertain wealthy buyers. Telephonic conversation is unreliable with this store. Much of the professionalism that Apple offers is amiss.

I called their customer care executive to know about the availability of iphone xr so that i could buy one, but thank God they didn't receive.i bought it at a much cheaper price online. THANKS! Iworld.

I purchased 9.7 6th gen. Ipad threw Demand Draft. They was not ready for Gst number even they didn't gave me receipt of DD. At the end dd taken 3 day to clear but they are not updating status after half of the day. Then i reached iworld outlet and checked mail. I saw dd was clear but they guys not inform me even they were not picking call also. At the end i collect ipad delivery.

Well, it's always fun to visit kamla nagar market. You'll have variety of everything, latest trends and most importantly in reasonable prices.

It was great experience and the service was amazing.the customer service is great at the the store, the guy really helped us and guided us about the laptop.well trained staff, polite as well.must recommend all to buy from this store. Manoj was the person who assisted us.overall 5 star service.
