Very bad behavior
Nobody interested to talk with customer
And worker behave like not interested to sell the product

The (iworld) team represents among the highest levels of customer Service i have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast, Great customer support from beginning to end of the process & their post sale service is exceptional.

Nice staff they are very polite it was pleasure to visit this store and would be recommended to my colleges

I can say this store is the best store I have ever came across, very polite staff they appreciate your visit unlike others, Tarun very helpful cheerful friendly, best experience got iPhone 13.

The store has all kind of apple devices however the variants are limited in stock and sometimes out of stocks. Anyone can viait and experience the devices show cased on tables. Overall okish experience

I had not visited the store but call and asked about apple products. My experience of interacting with their executive on call was bad.
The manner in which the executive was talking to me was too bad, as he was talking to his friend, not to a customer. And he firstly ended the call even i had not finished the conversation.
I should say that an apple showroom worker should behave in this type of manner, is not acceptable.

Worst shop ever. Bought a Tampered glass, after a week, bubbles were popping up on my phone tampered glass of Iphone 11.a simple tampered glass was for 1990/- which didn't even last for a week. Then they simply told that we don't give any guarantee for this. So, Please guys know it.this shop is fraud!

Poor service.
Some what confusing, they repaired my I phone x but the display seemed duplicate/copy. I complained on spot with some evidence like ‘True Tone’ n other similar features not der. They apologised and told me to come again later. Then I saw a different display on my phone.

Recently visited to this store.
Pathetic service by staff.
He simply have an answer we don't have it.
The moment I went to clear out my doubts he asked some other person to attend me in a very rude tone.
And continue playing game in his phone.
In result I have to purchase it from croma.

May be it is and apple store but staffs looks afraid like a railway enquiry center. Either they are irritated by the public entry throughout the whole day and low sale or not standard pay scale staffs are recruited in this store. I have entered two times with my Iphone and once for Ipad, but I was surprised by the behavior of the staff.

Bought New iphone one day before Diwali from here (a big memorable day), it’s not a big store, but you will get most of your Apple product here.

Lastly, Please buy apple product from store only

I visited the south ex iworld store to purchase iphone 11 pro. The moment I entered the store employee attend me well gave me proper demo. He tried to convert me to buy iPhone 11 because they don't have stock available of 11 pro. After some time when i left out i talked with one staff he told me iworld is no more purchasing the stock. They don't have money to pay to their staff as well. Staff are not getting salary properly. This is not the good thing whoever the apple owner is must take an strong and legal action against the owner. I consoled that employee he was crying, i asked him the reason he told he dont getting salary in lockdown period also, he is leaving on rent and not able to pay rent on time bcoz of the money. This is totally a fraud by the owner Mr. Singh. Labor court must take an action. I strongly recommend all of the visitors must take an action and help the employees.

I had a simple request about a MacBook but the sales associate was more interested in the video game he was playing than dealing with me. That's ok; I spent my 1 lakh somewhere else.

Many apple phone models/ specifications were not available. Hardly any colour options were there.

They really have a good service and always helps knowing the details of everything without pressuring to buy anything

Staff was very rude. They don't want to treat customers and in hurry from 8 pm to close the shop but close timing is 9pm. Staff is arrogant and used abusive language

Fake iphones, dont waste your money to buy iphone from iworld.i purchase my iphone and it giving, me trouble to use i went to apple care for 4-5 times but still it's giving me trouble.staff response zero

This is exclusively apple store here you can buy apple product likes mobile warches ipond and other items, store is really nice and worker are polite and behave professionaly.

You can get almost all type of apple products and also refurbished products too.

It doesn't seem that I am in iworld it is simple as normal shop, mainly thing is that my acception is quite high about this place.
