If possible I would like to rate 0 not 1. How bad experience I had today can't express in words. Pathetic service by all the employees starting from reception to Dr/ Chemist/ Lab/ house keeping/ gard. All the staff is very indiscipline. If you love to your family and friends I would suggest not to go in this hospital. They don't care of your patience. No management of the hospital. I spoke with Dr when he will come to hospital? He said in 10-15 min and I waited from 11am to till 5: 30pm he came at 5: 30pm and in between time he didn't answer any call. Now your choice.

The Doctor Mr. Ankit Bansal is excellent at practicing in the medicine department. And all the medical staff is also excellent and very professional in their work. One major thing is that this hospital offers you very affordable charges.

Excellent hospital. I had severe pain over right forearm since 1 year. I went to many hospitals and took treatment but I didn't get any relief from pain. I went to khera hospital where diagnosis of tumor was made and surgery was sone. Now I have absolutely no pain. Thanks to good doctors.

It was a very bad experience. My son's hand was dislocated; there was a consultation fee of 1000 rupees, a dislocate settlement fee of 500 rupees, and an x-ray fee of 1000 rupees. Your hard work is eaten up by them.

Very bad experience the only doctor we met in our emergency was Dr. Vipul khera.
He was so slow to do his work patient was in pain and he and his staff was so slow they even Don't bother about the patient.
The staff for xray and all was so bad not going to prefer to anyone and also don't went there for my whole life.

Doctors are untrained even general phycian and they always work for collecting money only all the speciality work done on a same policy they are lack of books and practical knowledge don't go in this hospital.
Dr. Vipul khera you are owner and you only take favour all right we are not patient we are human and many kind of books i read. Any person who r suffering from illness knows very well about the circumstances of private hospital give advice to your receptionist and lab technician and nurses they don't deserve

Dr. Anu khera is very arrogant, rude and disrespecting person. She don't know how to talk to a patient. I would not recommend anyone to go for her prescription.worst experience ever.

My mama, luckily found a bed here in the hospital during the second wave. Dr. Khera the owner himself personally took care of each and everything, wonderful staff from the doctors to the nurses to the housekeeping each and everybody took care of him and by their hard work and god’s grace he is back home healthy. Definitely recommend this hospital for the best treatment you could receive.

Writing this review after a Month of treatment from this hospital.
*No staff to take care in severe condition
*In whole hospital there is only 1 wheel chair.
*Only 2 office boy or cleaner are there, whole time they will be busy so you have to shout in whole hospital to move patient from here to there.
* Given number on the card or online are always off and most of the time their land line have issue even u cant call them in emergency.
* No disposable glass on Water cooler, always you have to ask reception to get the glass, (point is they are saving money)
*Doctor will prescribe only those medicine which will only give u relief for sometime so that u have to come back (Just making money)
* Once doctor ask us to do sugar test we said we have machine and we have already done at home, doc forced us to test here and said we have laboraroty here we will do good test, we agreed and went to the lab.lol he also used same machine, they charged us for nothing.
