Place is nice! Won't suggest you to try RATNAGIRI ICE CREAM (it sucks) instead try Vanilla blueberry which is really good. And before having other flavours, you can ask them, for tasting.
Apart from their earth pot in which they serve ice cream, I don't find anything worth the over priced items. Natural flavours doesn't seem to be natural much.
A very nice place to have quality ice cream.their subtle taste and optimum sweetness makes them one of the best icecreams i ever had. Must try if you are around the place.
The Ratnagiri mango ice cream I had was just amazing. The vanilla and blue berry and black pepper flavored ice cream were enjoyed by my niece and sister. The ambience is good. A must visit for ice cream lovers
Neat cosy place with some different but excellent flavours.enjoy not just the ice cream but the ambience as well as the serving terracotta tubs, which incidentally are eco-friendly.
If you wish to sit with a few friends, enjoy ice cream in a clay-cup, or hot coffee in a layered glass cup, this is the place for you. For more details, you need to visit them yourself.
Overall its average. Somewhat like naturals with less sugar and good kulhad packaging. You can sample only 3 flavors unlike others which is kind of cheap.
The ice cream here is natural and most of its sweetness is lent by the fruit it's made from. Fabulous experience - don't forget to try the Chocolate Orange flavour
I stopped eating ice creams from other vendors like mother diary, quality walls, havmor, amul etc after eating from here. Such an authentic taste and natural flavors. Love it.
I quite enjoyed my experience at Jaatre. I tried a few of their ice-cream flavours before settling on the cardamon and black pepper ice-cream, which I personally found quite delicious. The ice-cream was served in a terracotta cup.
The aesthetic is minimalist, clean and easy with a few plant pots. Great for a catch up with friends or a coffee.
As I tried their ice cream this time around, I plan on trying their coffee the next time I drop - it seemed to be customer favourite with almost everyone around me.
Had great expectations.but don't know if they use glucose, becoz though not sweet, your body sugar level peaks! Keep it in room temp and will not melt! Dangerous. What are they packing so well?
Amazing place, amazing ice cream. Better than Naturals and other similar brands. Only drawback is they do not offer takeaway packings for longer distance.
Waste of money, such places can be brutal. I have appreciation for hand-made icecreams and such but they should taste nice. I wasn’t expecting the quality to be this inferior. It stirred nothing in my tastebuds. Honestly some places just rip off your wallet. The blueberry vanilla had such a dull flavour. Also I paid 650 for it. It wasn’t even worth 150 in terms of value.
A truly wonderful dessert experience here at Jaatre! Right from the interiors, to the cutlery and the ice cream flavours, everything was just superb. Fell in love with the way they serve the ice cream, in a super cute matka which is also stamped so classily with their logo.
Some of the ice-cream flavors were weird but overall good place. Must try the cold coffee with ice-cream thing (i forgot the name) and this ice-cream which has cheese in it!
Avocado and lime ice cream, anyone? Also the very earthly coconut sugar and almond, palm jaggery and sesame! This place is wow! These ice creams lived in Carnatic cafe earlier. Some still do but now they have a beautiful place- jaatre! A Kannada word that means fair! Do come in for serene ambience, time for yourself and a sweet treat? It is definitely not too sugary! But you’ll love it.
A nice cozy place for a very different mix of tasty ice creams and coffee. Also the spread of desserts was very different from what we get in common shops. Would love to go again and taste other flavours of ice creams and desserts.
It's alright. I came here for Filter kaapi, thinking that it's Carnatic cafés own sister concern. But i was misinformed that they serve it. All in all, its a small cozy place, and if you're a heavy set person, you'd find their furniture tad bit uncomfortable. Ice-creams are moderately sweet so that's a good thing. Coffee is same as any other shop, nothing fancy.
It's was really a new experience for me to have an ice-cream in a cup made up of soil. Total nostalgia. I had orange-chocolate and the pan (something). Both were delicious. 100 per scoop with great ambient and amazing packaging was worth it. Should try it occasionally. Plus the spot is great too. It is totally value for money.
Even in month of March it's so hot in Delhi! So I decided to visit Jaatre to try out some ice cream.
Their Sobret of today flavour - Mango Chillli was so amazing. It was sweet and a bit spicy. I tried this flavour for the first time and really enjoyed it. I had one scoop of tender coconut and one of blueberry vanilla. I personally liked tender coconut a lot! It had coconut pieces. They have other flavours also one of which is black pepper cardamom. I recommend you all to try this.
