Very poor services, I had placed order for curtains and sheers on 25th September. They promised me to deliver the stuff within two weeks and got % advance payment. Now Mr. Deepak from Curtains department doesn’t even respond to the phone calls. More than six weeks are gone after placing the order with full advance but no response from the showroom despite repeated calls/texts.

Very elegant and good collection.
Staff is too good, and does take pain to understand customer's requirements.
Also ready to manage the budget as best as possible.
Mr Saroj is so kind and soft spoken and patient to give n number of options and listen to your pointzs.

Grossly incompetent.
Will not take order without full advance payment, and will then proceed to send incorrect material or incomplete orders

Worst management never get things on time staff just know how to sell u costly products, management never replies u. Talk to senior management only then ur issues are resolved. It has been 3 months they don't owe the pressing machine sometimes they make u wait 2months for curtains worst store never visit again.

I have very bad experience with them. Though upholstery is excellent but staff and the service is very poor. They do not know the meaning of professionalism. They never pick the phone.
When by mistake the phone is picked by the manager he makes excuses and false promises. Delivery schedule are never maintained.

If anyone is planning to visit Jagdish Store at New Town, please be prepared to be treated like nubies in Home Decor! The behaviour of one of veteran customer executives has been very defiant! As if he only knows about the bedding and home decor and the customer knows nothing! It is upto the customer whether they will buy anything from the store, but when he/chooses not to, the executive behaves very bad! I will suggest everyone to not to visit the stores! Absolutely a bad way to treat the customers which is not at all expected from such a reputed name!

It's an amazing experience to shop from Jagdish Store Lajpat Nagar New Delhi.
Jagdish store stands for variety and quality in upholstery. The price is affordable. The staff is very disciplined and cordial. My stuff was home delivered and time bound. I would like to revisit the store for future shopping and recommend others to shop atleast once from there.

Huge stocks to suit all pockets, extensive choices, staff needs to be more proactive. Was a good experience at their bed mattresses section handled V professionally and delivered as per commitment. Must go to Jagdish Store before any place else

Outstanding. Simply my favorite store in all of Delhi NCR for any furnishing, upholstery and home decor needs. Albeit a little on the expensive side, yet their products are a cut above everyone else and a different class altogether. Well spaced out, adequately staffed, enough parking space and always a smooth in-house experience only add to the charm of visiting Jagdish Store.

They have a huge store with 3 sections. Have a wide variety of stuff for home decor but a bit too costly especially for carpets!

I paid them in advance for a very expensive upholstery. They tell me two weeks later that the stock would come after a month. They refused to refund my money and spoke extremely rudely. Their staff “Shyam Ji” has no sense of talking. Extremely rude and disrespectful. They need their “owner” to make any refund. That’s bizarre.

They are by far the largest display of home furnishings and fabrics in New Delhi. I would imagine one of the largest stockist for home decor

Good selection of bed spreads, bed sheets and curtains, place interiors was bit hot as air conditioning was not in place, can try once.

It was a wonderful experience abundance of quality and range was available for display. The store should show only cloth is in their stock otherwise time of both the parties is lost

I got two sets of window curtains made for my children for Rs 50,000 to be sent to US. Curtains are stitched so poorly. All ends are opening with loose threads. They look so shabby. I am really upset and repenting for going to this store.

Have been a customer of Jagdish Stores since 1995. Bought curtains for my entire house from there. It WAS really expensive. But the second part of the story. I still have those curtains NOW. Slightly faded. But so strong, tough and beautiful. It's worth EVERY rupee I paid for it.

By the way there was more than one metre of upholstery material as left over of my sofa THEN. I made a saree blouse with it and wore it with a black crepe silk sari! Everybody loved the material! See what you can do.

Had got towels too then. Most of them are ragged by now. Yes this place IS expensive. But the quality is SUPERB.

Though the collection of curtains is exclusive.

As for the main room rug the guy just expected me to take the one lying on top. So much staff they fought between themselves - complaining that the other easnt doing any work. So many staff and no one willing to serve they all just kept shrugging their shoulders and the shop only had one other customer. Such high hopes so disappointed- went to smaller rug shop and the service was excellant and got what i needed.

It's been a month since I am waiting for the blinds I ordered. First time I was told that its raining in mumbai and the product will be late by 3 days. I am the only one calling. Highly unprofessional

I went there yesterday to buy upholstery material. AC was off. Paytm not working. They were not ready to make the bill Bec their Paytm wasn’t working. Somehow they agreed to take balance money on delivery. They didn’t give me the receipt said they will what’s app, didn’t get their what’s apped, no delivery information of the material, phone unresponsive all landlines. Completely disorganized system n lackadaisical staff

Everything home furnishings under one roof. Pricing a bit on the higher side but most products are of a good quality.

It is nice place to buy fabric for home and office but the price band is little high as they have maintained good protocol

This store has done big expansion and separated Indian and imported stuff. Parking space is available to park your car safely.
Since it is on service lane, drive cautiously to enter the road through right entry. Service lane is one way now.
The staff will show you the predetermined design if you have and ask for it otherwise you àre at your own.
Huge collection and you require imagination to select the product or can see the display on doors and furniture for a few.
Modern infra has not changed the old culture. Water is served in the prefilled glasses which no one would like to drink from. It's like indian government which squeezes tax from us but no facilities. Similarly expansion is from our money but the owner is hesitant of spending on basic need - water.

Well, received wrong fabric than the one which I booked for. They take money in advance so the customer actually can't do anything. Chk the difference below.

One stop shop for furnishing needs - this is conveniently located store in south ex.
Parking available. Ive bought a lot of stuff from this place - wallpapers, bedsheets and curtains. Everything was great quality and the sales service is always a treat.

Fixed Price Store n Excellent Collections!

It so happened recently on a Monday morning that I gave a phone call from my residence (at IP Extension, Patparganj) to Jagdish Store, Lajpat Nagar n enquired about a sofa cushion which was costing Rs. 450/- only. As I cud not go to Lajpat Nagar to make payment n receive the item due to distance n time n cost of travel involved, I asked Jagdish Store executive if they can help me out in any manner. To my utter surprise, the ordered item was delivered to me within 2 hours on the same day by one Mr. Himmat Singh Bisht of Jagdish Store without any extra charge.

I was, am n will continue to be a fan of Jagdish Store.

Careless staff. I ordered some other fabric and design for my curtains and they delivered something else.now u again need to go back dump their stuff on their heads and wait for another 10 days for my actual ones.height of carelessness

Very good stuff tapestry etc but expensive should definitely go when sale is on. If u don't mind splurging u should go to their design studio for updating your home/office

We brought a carpet 3 months back and it totally started to shred. We took it back to complain and replace it and the sales person misbehaved with us.
The problem with these big stores is that their quality over the years have gone down badly. On top of that they have become arrogant and are least customer friendly.
I would not recommend buying any thing from this store. If you have the money, then I am sure there are other good stores in Delhi.

I went there for upholstery. Good for rich class. It's definitely meant for the same, but not for the middle or lower classes. I found things way too expensive unnecessarily; but the rich class demands that kind of treatment and extra show with high price tag. Moreover, the designs and prints were too commercial, there was no art in that, but only the corporate look.

The most unprofessional, unproductive and incompetent staff you can imagine.
My simple order of a set of curtains has been delayed by more than two weeks and all because the concerned person “ forgot “ to process my order!
I have paid the full amount of 30,000/- rupees and even then am being forced to plead with them to deliver my order.
Today was the last straw. When I called to check (for the umpteenth time) when the concerned person would turn up to fix the curtain channel, the person on the other line hung up on me.
The absolute worst place. I am surprised they are still in business.

It is a good place to by furnishing items. One can find the items of latest trend in here. However, it’s very expensive. Even though they have sale almost every quarter but it’s maximum till 20%. Only A few products have a discount of up to 50% those include bathroom mates and side runners. I personally think, one can buy better designs for bed sheets, bed covers or blankets or many other things in a lesser price from a local shop.

We thought buying from a fancy store with higher prices would ensure that they would respect us and our time, but they are more laid-back than small stores that work to get your business and give you a good service. The collection is old and dated, and seeing that the prices are crazy. We found just one thing we liked and bought the same fabric in different colors due to lack of time, trying to save effort. I would suggest you avoid this store and go to small shops that treat you well.
