Service is good but they fill the 0w20 engine oil instead of 0w16. Even I have inform them that I want 0w16 engine oil.

Service Manager, Bhupinder Singh was excellent in providing the service to best of my satisfaction

Very bad behaviour of staff and have no responsibility I will never suggest to any one to buy nexa and arena cars i am responsible customer of maruti but if I'll have to face more problems than what will happen with other one i have maruti Swift which I purchased before on month and have wagon R and Ritz and I am going to purchase ertiga but now I will not buy suggestions for maruti please improve your sarvice and care about your name

The most irresponsible staff I have ever seen. I gave my car for washing n cleaning. I reached there only to find that my car was missing. I had to wait for 1 hour for the delivery of car. The excuse they made was that the driver took my car by mistake and drove for 13 kilometres. Beware of these people who know how to misuse your car.

Very bad experience. I went for routine service and come back with some other issues. Now the AC is not working. Staff is not ready to resolve the problem. Avoid this service station if you can. Very poor service.they're only for looting purpose.

Bad experience. Got first service of my new baleno. They stole petrol from the car. I noticed the same after reached home.

Shiv Kumar did an excellent job. Throughout the servicing he was frequently providing all the updates. Excellent experience.

They do not have experienced labour/staff for the service of cars.
I had to ask again and again for cleaning and any resolution. Worst experiance so far! They always say we will get it done

I had a very bad experience with the Jagmohan NEXA workshop Mangolpuri. They stole the important parts of my car, and I never expect this type of issue…
I have a Baleno DL6CR5419. They stole a wiper blade. Charged too much for service. Don’t offer any discount to customers.
They stole mud flaps, wiper blades, wheel caps etc.
Manager of this workshop very arrogantly behave with me he said 'bahar se lagwalo'.
Bahar se lagwana hota to apke workshop pe aata hi nahi.
Never visit Mangolpuri NEXA workshop

Don't go by the 5 star reviews here.those are by there own people.and never take your car for Insurance claim or service.they will cheat you with inflated bill and hidden charges. Even if insurance pays everything, they will try to take some additional amount from the customer as well.

Service centre is Great. Quick and Easy Service. Good Waiting Lounge for owners. Special Mention of Mr Bhupender Ji for quick and best solution for my New Baleno Services. Highly Recommended.

I met with Ms. Anita when I came to buy Ignis model. She was very polite, well behaved and knowledgeable person.

Location is Mangolpuri Industrial area. This service is not exclusive for Nexa, Maruti Suzuki vehicle servicing also.

Nexa team should be more Customer friendly n Service oriented, they need to train their staff fully before putting them on field ground to execute.
No-one to take care of their Customers being seated for so long n waiting for their Cars to clean up, rather assignee Supervisor busy attending others over their own customers
Servicing of Cars is Okay not matching with such highly rated Nexa Premium services

Pathetic service, gave my vehicle baleno for accidental insurance claim, insurance advisor /bodyshop representative promised to give vehicle in 5 days. I busted workshop on day four only 1/4 work was being attended. Five days onwards the manager and representative did not answered the call. Old contact/previous manager attended the calls.
But on 9th day at the one of delivery only 1/4 work was done and then at the time of delivery I was informed remaining works not covered under Bajaj Allianz zero debt insurance.
Pathetic!

I got my vehicle serviced from the service center in MongolPuri and paid more than the service that I could have done from other service centers thinking that the service will be premium given the nexa brand associated with it but am not satisfied with the service. There is noise coming from the vehicle which earlier was noise free. The mechanics are not aware of the simple things like what to do in case of tire rotation and I had to point out the same.
They did all sort of fancy diagnostics but could not tell me about the vehicle condition which even the Maruti authorized Service center technician could have told me regarding the condition of the clutch.
Totally dissatisfied with the service and will not recommend anyone to go to the service center for their vehicle.
