Being a part of jagsonpal, its really feel that the organization is super amazing with all comforts related to everything.

My experience was very bad in the company. There is no equal behviour with employee.
Unfair trade practices, No rule and regulations, partial behaviour, harrassment at work place, no equal Remuneration, no promotional policy, no incrememt policy.
No full and final settlement policy, company has followed dual parameters during full and final settlement.
There are many other things about the company. They treated employees as a slave.
Think thousand times before joining the organization.
There is no HR policy. It's vary employee to employee.there is no uniformity.
No work balance. They only think for scyophnat.
