At least 14 to 15 hours are required to get medicine, even after the meteo service is closed and not easy to find an auto/cab (after 11.00 pm). Best doctor in south Delhi as far as diagnosis and medication is concerned, unfortunately time mismanagement is the worry when female patients had to travel back all alone at 2am after midnight after collecting medicines after spending the entire day after diagnosis. If prescriptions could be made available after consultation it would serve the purpose much better.

Sir, with all due respect we praise your expertise and rate your medication very high.and there is no question about it.but as you mentioned you gave medicines to us at 12 in night. Sir it was not at 12, it was after 1: 30 in night.for which we are again thankful to you. But the only concern all you patients talked about. Why they have to wait for 4 to 8 hours to collect medicines and that too, late in night. We still rate you at top when talk about your medication you give us and very thankful for it.

This doctor is one of the weirdest you will ever meet. 1 patient per hour is the BEST he does. He is busy in his stuff non stop and in between checks patients. In between he shouts on anyone who asks anything about how much time. Then he disappears without telling anyone. I am surprised why people still come to consult him. Appointment only means that doctor will see you that day, it will take 3 hours wait no matter what time you reach. His rule is to make people wait for minimum 3 hours for checkup and another few hours for medicine. He will only prepare your medicines when you are present there, so collecting medicine next day without torturous wait is also not possible. I saw old ladies, families with small kids wait for 4-5 hours just to get medicines. I am sure there are equally good doctors around. What people expect from a doctor is compassion and good medicine. Compassion doctor kapur has surely forgotten. For medicines people do say he is good. I hope some day when doctor is bearable, I will get opportunity to review him for medicines too. If you value your time, plz avoid him. However you can always visit this clinic for few minutes to check that whatever I wrote is true.
