Stop making fool by your product like Sansui in India very poor my tv is stop working after 20 days completely and I contact customer care but there is no response from engineer very pathetic service sell some another brand is more useful than sansui like brand I m very disappointed by my decision to take Sansui like brand very pathetic

This Company, s customer service and product quality are hopeless. I brought an Sansui 55” smart TV and within 12 days it started going offf on its own. I am going around with this company to send a technician. I get only emails saying they are working on my request.so far no action to fix the defective TV supplied by taking big money.
Disgusting…i rate them very poor

1). 90% Communication gap.
2). No induction program.
3). Many reporting boss make it fuzzy.
4). 95% Only confusing Environment related report work.
5). No Projection, only work without direction and without goal, only do task and create trouble and confusing work culture.

Pathetic service. Sansui 50inch television, still in warranty, having black screen since last 26 days. Request and complaints raised multiple times, but these people either try to delay or lie in your face about the status. Also do not understand their escalation matrix as they always tell we are escalating and gave false reasons but never got any response on these escalations. Being a customer, I am following up every day but no corrective action taken yet from these guys. Even coordination between Sansui and these people is broken. Sansui says part is approved and dispatched, but service guys say they did not either get approval yet and sometimes they said part did not reach them. Below standard service and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend to go for these products and their services, as every other comment here I saw is similar to what I faced. Sansui seemed a big brand to me, but to be honest I even got better services from small companies like VU for my previous televisions. I was sold this television by Reliance digital with high recommendation and paid for extra warranty but it seems even their ResQ service team is not bothered about it, as a complaint is raised with them also.

They top the chart when it comes to sub standard services. The insubordination is so high that a note to the CFO Mr. Rajendra on the issue I have been encountering has also not been acknowledged. Sansui is a top brand but the service partner they have choosen will certainly help them in destroying the brand image. Plz restrain from considering these guys for your service requirements
