Went to the palam branch. Attended by Ms. Sarika (executive nurse) and Mr. Raj Kumar Sain (technician). Not just they were attending the patients well and comforting them with their polite behaviour, but also educating them with the answers to the questions patients asked them. Despite short on staff on Sunday and volume of patients, there was hardly 10 mins.waiting.quite hardworking.my reports r still to come but for the politeness, professionalism, hardwork and information provision ability, they are a star performers and far better than the staffs of many renowned labs. Prices r reasonable.will update on the report accuracy when reports r out. Good luck to the organization and congratulations for such nice staff.
