It is a fraud testing lab. First they tell low prices and after taking test samples they ask more money to give reports.
If u refuse to give, then they will. Misbehave with you.

Worst people in the lab. They have no empathy and are rude especially ladies at the reception they talk in a very impolite manner. They behave as if they are owners of the lab

Cohnters for specific 2 or max 3 test which saves time both your employees and people seeking service and one counter exclusive for blood test.

Very bad behaviour of main counter staff. I am sitting idle with patient only for the Blood sample submission. There is no one in waiting for the blood samples and still your staff want me to kept on waiting for billing first.
My token number is 130 and the number is still stuck for 91 on counter from last 10-15min. Means i will need to keep my patient on hold for minimum 30-40mins just only for the billing.

Seems you guys are just running a Business only. You don't care about an person's health problems.

VishuYadav is an asset to the organization because he understands the importance of customer who calls for help. Mr Yadav has patiently listened to me and helped me on what I wanted. Prior to talking to Mr. Yadav I spoke to one lady on help line but she has, instead of helping me, passed the buck back to me, then again I contacted on help line and
Mr Yadav helped.

Got the reports on time.
I saw one girl named Khushi who was assisting with report's collection and saw here hard work and the kind of customer service was pretty humble. I literally wanted to get up and ask her name and put it especially in the review. Usually i have seen staff talking like they don't care about anything or anyone's time but here the case was different and positive.

I am satisfied with the services of janta x ray tilak nagar. I brought my mother for MRI which was planned to be done by giving anesthesia to her. Here the doctor advised to give only a tablet to relax her and fortunately MRI was done smoothly without giving any kind of sedation to my mother.
They performed to MRI very well.
