We (2 persons) intend to travel from New Delhi to San Francisco tentatively during the Last week of June/ 1st week of July 2024. We also want to book an additional seat adjacent to the seat booked. Kindly confirm the Possibility

The return Journey is tentatively during Last week of July/1st week of August 2024. Theticket details of the same may also be furnished.
The possibility of getting a transit accommodation within the Haneda airport during layover may also be confirmed

After a significant flight delay, the staff were able to provide a great resolution for my partner and I. I have been traveling with JAL for the past 17 years. I have always had a wonderful experience onboard. It's been a hit or a miss at the Delhi airport, but the customer support at Delhi office is exceptional. Each and everyone who I have spoke to in Delhi office has been alays helpful, but I want to specifically highlight Mr Shaik. I interacted with him for the first time for my refund at the back of travel shutdown in 2020 due to Covid. He was so helpful back then to get the refund processed seamlessly. And since then whenever I have needed a help to make a booking, changes or confirmations on itinerary, Mr Shaik has always been super helpful. Kudos to you Mr Shaik!
I love the airline, but with the online booking engine JAL has and ticketing rules implemented online (very customer unfriendly), JAL needs Customer Service leads such as Mr. Shaik, or else JAL would lose business rapidly (I hope this never happens, as it is such a good airline otherwise). I hope JAL CX team is listening and working to improve the website and functionality.

I was extremely happy with Japan Airlines staff at T3. Ms. Lovedeep Kaur and Ms. Manisha greatly helped me with smooth baggage check-in and any queries I had like even how to tie the name tag on my cabin bag And I’m also thankful to Mr. Nadir for helping me unload my heavy bags unto the weighing belt (where luggage gets weighted). Awesome people! God Bless You all!

My digital connect with JAL (Japan Airlines) Delhi office at Connaught Place was amazing experience. Though i was not allowed to visit their office due to covid restrictions but through telephonic conversation with Mr Shaik their front office offical.i got my daughters travel related issues to Tokyo sorted out. Mr Shaik is true AMBASSADOR OF JAPAN AIRLINES. Thanks & gratitude to JAL & Mr Shaik

Amazing customer service by Japan Airlines staff in Delhi. Mr. Shaik from reservations department provided full assistance and ensured that my ticket changes were completed as per my satisfaction. He reached out whenever required and explained everything with great clarity. By far best airline customer service experience for me

We booked JAL rescue flight during the lockdown in India. It was very urgent schedule to book the ticket and hard to explain our situation, but Mr. Shaik who works at sales department of JAL INDIA understood our situation very quickly and guided us to book the ticket smoothly

His guidance and hospitality to take care of customers was perfect, and made us relief even during these critical situation of COVID19. He made me surprised by speaking Japanese fluently!
We could go home safely without any problem because of his great supports!

Hi I booked my ticket and due to some reason I had cancel it. After I cancelled Mr. Shaik did a great job to help me with my refund he was polite and understood my problem I'm very much thankful for that and I also want to thank japan airlines for giving my refund. Apart from that I 100% recommend Japan airlines they provide great service too.
