Wow after calling me to apologise, the staff has the audacity to say that the barber is great and excellent whereas he is nothing less than an idiot. It seems so bad that a person like jawed Habib who inspired a generation with his unconventional talent will be let down by his staff. Be it in lajpat Nagar or Saket, each and every branch staff is just bringing down the name of the brand name with their services. From duping their customers to giving 3rd grade service, there's so much more. Mr javed habib if you are listening to me or reading this review, your Saket staff has compelled me to disassociate from you forever after 6 long years. It time I move to something better like Toni and guy. I really sympathize with you javed habib. Good bye

Probably one of my finest experiences with the chain. Farhan was just wonderful. My hair looks and feels perfect and the customer service was brilliant too.

I visited this salon for the very first time and opt for three services - manicure, pedicure, and hair spa. I must say that the pedicure service was really good and the staff member “Shivam” who did it was quite skilled and was very polite and humble.
I want to emphasise that while the result of the hair spa were great and the team member was skilled and pro at his services. It was great.

However, during the hair spa, I was a bit uncomfortable with the upper body massage that was included. I wasn't able to speak up at the time, but I did ask if it was a standard part of the service, and was told that it was. I would like to suggest that saloon should have a clear communication and massage should be optional (especially for females). So, people can get a time to think about it and accordingly choose the services. I appreciate more transparency. I had a mixed experience at this salon and would recommend it for certain services but advise caution with others.

Although, I appreciated the good work done during the pedicure and hair spa, I would like to request that male employees do not perform massages without clear transparency.

Really bad experience.
Paid 11k for kera smooth and it's
washed away in just 3rd hair wash.
Even after informing the particular staff about the incident he said i can't do anything regarding this.
Feeling really hopeless after paying this much amount i don't know what to do.

Arif was the person I met at the salon and he os extremely good at what he does.
Absolutely loved the haircut and blow dry!

Well the service was very good. Went for Hair cut and spa as my hair was very dry. So M. Arif did the treatment and hair cut. And since two days I did not see any hairfall. He had just changed the whole look. So extra star for him.
If you ever plan for this Salon go for M. ARIF.

Absolutely loved the experience of hair cut and styling by Farhan. He is knows his profession very well and reallly care for your hair.

I would give 10stars if there was an option, I took facial service from Sowmya after a long travelling week and it has been so relaxing and she is absolutely amazing in what she does and very polite:)

MGFmall saket I had the worst experience in this salon I had a hair cut they cut it too short and the layers are uneven the hair dresser is not well trained / experience enough
When I complain about it they are unapologetic

Got an amazing hair cut by the hairstylist Mr Rajesh Kumar. As mesmerized as I could be. Got just what I wanted of my look. Surely recommended!

I went for haircut service. Cutting done by Rajesh. The guy who washed the hair was good. Delicately done and only pressed the hair to remove excess water. Hair cut was also good. Length as requested. Overall good service.

I have had the worst salon experience of my life with them. I am a professional model and hence need to pay attention to every detail of my services. I specifically asked for a lady who earlier did my threading, however, a highly unprofessional and not trained staff member pretended to be her and lied to me. I was doubtful so I still instructed the person on how to exactly do it. She did not listen to me at all and did something of her own which actually ended up ruining my entire face that too before an extremely important event. Their standards have fallen beyond imagination. The remaining staff was just standing and laughing. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. PATHETIC SERVICES PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF NO MANAGER ON DUTY
